Why? Survivorship bias. I believe that there are more people that put in 10x the efforts or whatever it is but still can't be termed as successful. So if we focus on listening to "successful" people only, we might actually missed out on the non-survivors. Let's talk to these people!
From what we've seen from the recent political chaos in Malaysia like the infamous Sheraton Move or Riza Aziz getting a DNAA, I think the best person to talk to would be Julian Chen. In this episode, we talked about his life as a soon-to-be lawyer during this pandemic, how he past his time and, what's a constitutional law, how its important, and why he love diving into constitutional law.
Intro/Outro song: Fly me to the Moon - Oscar Peterson Trio
Explicit Warning
Vincent used to be my ex-housemate, like Sean, I've not talked to him for a very long time. To be honest, I didn't expect him to make such a big change in his life and definitely learned a lot from his stories. Some of the topics that we've discussed includes making life decision, banters and just regular life stories.
Explicit Content Warning! Just having a friendly conversation with Sean, some of the topics we touch on the coronavirus pandemic, airline industry, recessions, Malaysian politics, and meme.
Glad to have Sean on-board as the first guest on The Regular People Podcast. Our conversation revolves around career growth and hardships in Australia, and the pandemic's effect on regular people's lives.
