Here we will discuss the patterns and principles taught in the Bible. They are the most important truths on the face of the earth. The patterns and principles discussed here can lead you into dimensions in your life that will set you free from the fears you face in our troubled world and also as you face the reality of an afterlife. We will look at the truths that reveal how you can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A relationship that will free you from sin and give you a knowledge of where you will spend eternity.
We must all make a decision concerning our lives in eternity. Will we spend it in heaven with our God or in Hell separated from Him? We can only get to heaven through the acceptance of salvation in the name of Jesus Christ!
God knows all about you and you can lean on His promises. He is always there to help you in any trial.
We as Christians have a deliverance even in these times of rebellion and sin. God has provided for us a deliverance through His Son, Jesus.
With Jesus Christ as our Savior and the Holy Spirit living within us, We always have comfort.
We are living in a troubled world. We desperately need peace. We need to turn to our only source of true peace, Jesus Christ!
Consider the things that bring glory to God in your life and let those things be an example to the world around you. In contrast remove the things from your life that blur your testimony.
In the face of opposition to the church and your personal beliefs, do not be discouraged. God is still in control!
God can make you content as you turn your life over to Him. He will supply all your needs.
We need to return to the foundations that have brought us blessing. If not we will reap the results of our sins.
We need as a nation to humble ourselves and call on God. He needs to heal our country if we are to have change.
Jesus experience the results of the sin that he bore on the cross. He experienced the helplessness and rejection of the presence of God.
The love of Jesus for you and me is revealed by His concern for those around Him at the cross.
It is never to late to call on Jesus for His salvation. Observe the thief on the cross.
We need to accept the forgiveness that Jesus has offered to us. I pray for forgiveness for all of us. Let our nation cease to rebel and turn to God for his deliverance.
This is a very special week in the life of Christians. It the time when Jesus paid the price for the forgiveness of our sins. Everyone of us needs to take advantage of His sacrifice.
Without Jesus we are hopeless and life can seem worthless. We need to lean on Him and He will fill us with peace and joy!
The Generosity of God to us is expressed by the giving of Jesus and also by the many physical gifts with which God blesses us!
We celebrate Christmas because the Lord has given us His only son. Jesus delivers us from all condemnation.
Hebrews gives us a view of Jesus that is Unique in Scripture. Listen to the description of Jesus given by Paul.
As we celebrate this Christmas, we do so as heirs of eternal life. Because of Jesus we are sons and daughters of God.
What a great encouragement are the words of David in the 18th Psalm. The Lord is my strength and deliverer.
There is nothing to hard for your God. Let Him meet your needs in these troubled times.
Hear the words of the angel of the Lord In Luke chapter 2. We do not need to be afraid.
The birth of Jesus is the real meaning of Christmas! We love the decorations and the giving of gifts. But we must not forget the real meaning of Christmas.
It is not by the law but by our faith in Jesus that we are delivered from sin and set free!
If you are facing difficulties in you life, turn your eyes upon Jesus and let Him bring you comfort and peace.
Jesus is deserving of all respect! His name is above every other name on the earth. Give Him praise!
There is no other way to have salvation in your heart but through Jesus Christ. If you are to be saved, you must call upon Him.
We are so blessed let us pause during this day of celebration and give Thanks to God. He is our provider! He gives us far more that we deserve!
God has so richly blessed us! We must give Him Thanks for all He has done! His mercy is far beyond our human ability to understand!
Do Not forget that all your blessings are God made and man made. Without God we have nothing!
The closeness we have to God is our choice. He is there for us! Seek Him and He will come close to you.
God has given us peace! It does not matter what is going on in the world around us. His peace is promise that we can have in any circumstance.
Do not let the processes of men discourage your heart. God is not the author of confusion and He is in control!
These are confusing times. Who will be the next leader of our nation. At this point no one knows. Be we know who will control it all.
We may yet face persecution in our nation. Do not be afraid but trust God for courage to bear testimony of His Truth.
You never know what God can use to touch a life until you respond with His love and compassion!
We are a nation in Crisis! We as Christians must pray that God will give us mercy and forgive the rebellion of our government.
Our Strength for daily life is in the Lord! He gives us joy as we labor through every trial and difficulty.
Let us get our priorities in place so that we can continue to see the blessings of God in our lives.
The most important elections in our nation's history are only weeks away. Let me encourage you to vote and pray for God's will.
Believe in yourself! Stand in the Love of God and let him help you reach your full potential!
As We Approach the elections of our nation in 2020, We need to remember our foundations. We need to declare once again that we are "One Nation Under God".
When we do not know how to pray the Holy Spirit prays for us. He takes the groanings of our hearts and conveys them to God.
Your life is what you make it. Though we find age advances quickly we can still be vibrant and creative. God will give you strength to live with a real zeal for the years ahead.
Say a good word to someone so their heart will be encouraged. You will not only help them but you will help yourself!
Life in this world seems to be a battle. We need to give the fight over to God! He is greater than all our opponents.
Even in difficult times we can look with hope and expectancy at the promises of God. Jesus said He is coming again and we will join with Him. It can't be far in the future.
God is in control. He can take the evil that is intended to harm us and turn it to good. Trust Him to protect and keep you!
As Aaron and Hur held up Moses hands when he was weary, we need to hold up each others hands.
The blessing of God comes to those who trust in Him. Yet our society denies the power of God and the truths of the Bible. As a result we are a fulfillment of the prophecy "The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked.
Isaiah the prophet gives us the promise that God will help us overcome our fears. Do not be afraid!
How faithful is our God! He leads us and guides us through the most difficult times in life. Take the words of this great Psalm and use them to encourage your life.
Our lives need to reflect the image of Jesus. We need to be an example of how He would treat the people and circumstances around Him.
Even in our weakness we have strength. God is our source of power to stand in all circumstances.
Men try to become their own little gods. They fail miserably. There is only one true God and we must give Him His place of honor. He reigns over all the universe.
Open and honest communication with God is so important in our lives. We need to express to God in prayer what is really in our hearts.
You are never alone if you have Jesus as your Savior. David realized this in Psalm 139.
We need to have a renewed hunger for God that we might be able to be His witness in our world.
We are reminded on the 19th Anniversary of September 11 that we need to get right with God so that we have His protection and guidance.
As believers we need to pray that God will have mercy on our nation. Unless He gives us mercy we are in great danger of incurring His judgement.
What ever is happening in your life, you do not have to face it alone. Lean on the almighty God!
When you know God is your personal Lord and that you are alive in Christ death has no control over your life.
We need the hand of God to deliver us from those who would steal our freedoms. We are in danger of facing the most difficult times we have ever seen in America. We must pray that God will intervene.
We are blessed by God! He provides the wealth and possessions we have. We must not turn from Him or the scripture says we will face destruction.
Our Nation is in great danger of falling from the greatness of its earlier years. God Has greatly blessed us in the past. However, we have not held onto the faith upon which our country was founded. We need to seek God so we can re-find our foundations.
Through Jesus we can have peace in our troubled world. Lean on His promises and let Him comfort your heart.
What a joy it is to have the presence of God in your life. He has come and is calling us to come unto Him. Enter in to His glory!
We need to surrender our emotions to the Lord Jesus and allow Him to live through us! Like Paul we can have total victory even in these troubled times.
The prophet Isaiah gives us a good word for our day. We have a great God who encourages us. He is in the middle of our current struggles as a nation. Lean on Him! He is right beside you!
What a promise of God! He thinks of us and wants to give us a future. He wants to give us Hope. What a promise!
Our only hope for the saving of our nation is the hand of God! If we do not return to Him we are facing a time of confusion and finally destruction. Oh Lord please have mercy on us.
You can depend on God to be with you in good and bad times. Even as you read in the scripture He will meet your needs.
We need to stand as a testimony of Godliness in this time of confusion, hatred and opposition to the church. We need to be prepared in these next months to pray and vote.
How do thinks God looks at your life? The scripture says God loves you so much He gave His son Jesus for you! You are Special!
We need rest in this troubled world in which we live. God will give us rest if we ask Him!
God snatches us from the horrible pits and the miry clay. He steps into the place of deliverance in our lives and lifts us up!
We need to get our lives centered on God's kingdom and put our faith in Him. He will meet our needs!
You cannot trust in the things of this earth they will fail you! They are only temporary.
Have your ears tuned to the voice of God. He will speak to you. He will give you guidance, comfort, encouragement and a variety of other words. He wants to speak to you!
Let God create a clean heart in you. As He does you will become an earthly testimony of the reality of Jesus!
We need to get close to God to receive the answers in prayer that we desire. It is only Jesus said by prayer and fasting.
The promise of scripture is that we are going to meet Christ in the air. He is coming again!

We need to once again find the foundations that made us experience God's blessing. We need to return to the old paths.
God Has given us His promise that we do not need to have fear! We can lean on His promises.
Many circumstances in life are difficult but God has promised that His Holy Spirit will intercede for us during those hard times.
Jesus is given over 50 names in the New Testament that describe his personality and reveal who He is. How many do you know?
All Jesus had to do was speak the word of authority and whatever He said came to pass. It is the same today. Speak the Word Lord!
God's Word is our foundation. As We stand on His word we can live in a world of confusion and strife without fear.
We are nation in peril. We have turned from God and as we live in our own wisdom we are failing! We need to find our way back to our God and let Him give us His wisdom.
We are in danger of losing the greatness that made the United States the greatest nation on earth. We need to regain the goodness that has made our nation great!
We are bombarded by many voices trying to guide our lives. Yet there is only one true word to guide our lives and that is the Bible. Weigh all other voices you hear by what is said in the Word of God.
You never know what an act of kindness can do in the heart of another. Take action today to be kind and considerate to those around you and see what God can do in their lives.
God can work miracles in many different circumstances in your life. Do not be overcome by the world around you. Depend on God that through your faith He will even work miracles in your life.
Today we are the temple of God according to the scriptures. The Holy Spirit dwells in the believer. We need to pray that God would so fill us that we would be overwhelmed by His presence as were the priests in the Old Testament.
Realize that God really does want to bless your life. He even wants to give you the desires of your heart!
In the midst of violence in our world, let us remember that as believers God has promised us peace!
We need to return to the foundations on which our nation was founded. Principles taught by God in His Scripture. Without those precepts we will lose our indentity.
God has not promised that we would not face trials and difficulty in our lives. But He has promised that He would be with us whatever we face. Do not get discouraged when things are not perfect. Lean on your God and see His power and deliverance.
Even things are difficult the Holy Spirit is present to help us. When we are in indecision, He will guide us. He even takes over our prayer so we can pray according to the will of God.
We all age. We grow old as far as the body is concerned. However God has great things ahead for us! Look to Him and let Him put the hope of the future in our hearts.
We are celebrating the Day of Pentecost. The day of the outpouring of the Holy Spirt as reported in Acts 2 and also the Birthday of the Church.
God is always present to comfort protect and Keep us! Have confidence in His promises. Let Him rejoice with and comfort you in troubled times.
The word of God gives us comfort and peace. We need to read the Bible and hide its words in our hearts. Then in times of stress we can call to remembrance the promises God has given to us.
When you become weary of all the turmoil in the world, remember that you are only here for a period of time. Jesus has given us promise that He is coming again to take us to be with Him.
Psalm 23 is a wonderful Psalm of Comfort as it tells us of God's care for us. He restoreth our souls!
We honor those who have given their lives for our freedom on this Memorial Day in 2020.
We need to exercise our rights to pray. Enter your private place of Prayer and present your need to God. Ask and You Shall Receive!
It is a great truth of the life of Moses. We need to make sure that God is in our plans and purposes in life.
It is hard for us to face life without fear when the world seems to be falling apart all around us. In these times we need to stand on the strength and power of our God. The Psalmist tells us that God is there to sustain us.
You are never alone! When you are facing trials, Jesus is praying for you. He is always interceding for you!
We need to return to a time in the church where men and women waited on God. They stayed at the altars of the sanctuary until they felt the presence of God. The wanted to hear the voice of the Holy Spirt. O God give us that hunger for you!
The wealth of God is greater than we can even begin to imagine. His power is greater than all our needs.
Human Minds cannot grasp the tremendous God that we serve. We need to ask the Holy Spirit to open our minds that we can understand the power and the authority that He has.
Our Nation must bow before God and repent of all the sins we have committed. We need to humbly approach God if He is to save our society
God can deliver you from the most difficult times of your life. However, you must follow his instructions and yield to Him. Keep your eyes on Him and not your circumstances.
We are in trouble as a nation. We must repent of our sins and ask God to deliver us. If not we will contribute to our own destruction.
In times of distress we must learn to stand fast and wait for God's deliverance or direction. When we move in our own wisdom we leave God's protection and His provision!
Many would oppose our faith in Jesus Christ. But our God is greater than anyone who oppose His gospel!
Our nation desperately needs men and women in government who honor God and follow His leadership.
We need to follow the example of the Apostle Paul and let Christ take control of our lives. We need to let Jesus do the living through us.
There is only one true God and we must return to worshipping Him. To worship other gods is fruitless. He is the only one who can bring us hope and salvation.
Jesus is ready for you to invite Him into your heart. He is knocking at your hearts door. Open it and let Him in.
The crucifixion of Jesus Christ is the only deliverance for our world. All around us is violence, hatred, sickness, and cruelty. We cannot deliver ourselves with legislation, law enforcement, or any other earthly means. Our deliverance must come as we turn to God through Jesus Christ.
If we give God proper respect, He will bring healing and restoration to our lives. Do not live under the judgement of your sins. Allow God to bring deliverance and victory to your life.
In this time of sickness and trouble we need to call upon God and ask Him to once again bless our nation!
The scripture declares " God is not a man that He should lie". We can depend on the word of God. What He says he brings to pass. His word is truth. In this uncertain time we can depend on our God!
God has made a way for all of us to have relationship with Him. He saw us while we were yet in our sins and still He loved us. It is up to each of us individually as to whether we accept the opportunity to come unto Him.
David the Old Testament king of Israel demonstrates his value of God by his actions. He refuses to give God an offering for which he has paid nothing.
It seems like a number of the podcasts lately have centered on the thought of not being afraid. It is because of the problems we are facing as a nation. It is easy to be overwhelmed. We need to lean on God and let give us peace and not fear!
Love is at the center of our relationship with God. He loved us even when we did not love Him. His love will carry you through all circumstances. God really does love you!
God is faithful to those who believe in Him. He has promised to supply our needs and even many of our desires.
If your heart is heavy with the burdens of the day, allow God to provide comfort and peace. Go unto Him and let Him give your rest.
When we are in a time of great sorrow or trouble we may feel life we have fallen into a pit. It may seem like a pit so deep that you cannot climb out. It is at that time we need God to deliver us. He will do so and put our feet on the Solid Rock.
Jesus paid for you redemption from sin and for all of humankind. Today He is risen to forgive our sins and to bring us into right relationship with God!
The love Jesus demonstrated for His mother as He hung in agony on the cross also shows the love that is the center of His heart. It is the same love that He has for you and for me!
The second saying of Christ on the cross has great meaning for all of us. We all look forward to being with Him some day!
The first words of Jesus on the cross after the soldiers had nailed Him to the awful tree. The reveal the love of God for you and me as Jesus prayed for our forgiveness!
Jesus paid a great price that we might be free from our sins. Don't let that be wasted! Ask Him to be your personal Savior!
The fact that Jesus is risen and is alive today separates Christianity from all other earthly religions. Because He lives we have the promise of eternal life.
We are approaching Palm Sunday and Easter 2020. There is no greater celebration to the Christian than the death and resurrection of Jesus. The religious leaders of Jesus time did not see that His crucifixion and His resurrection was the only way to eternal life. We know He is alive today and so we shall also be alive for eternity!
We trust in temporary things that pass away. The cannot give us security. We can find security by putting our trust in God because He is always there.
Hear the prayer of the psalmist and make it your prayer. Ask God to cleanse your heart and create a right spirit in you.
There is no way to make sure of your eternity but by accepting the gift of Christ as He gave himself on the Cross. Eternity is only secured as you accept Him as your personal Savior!
You can read in the scripture what God desires for your life. He does not want evil but peace. He wants to bless you and strengthen you through every trial and hardship. Let Him minister to you through His Holy Spirit.
You can know that you are safe for eternity. You need to come to God through His son Jesus Christ. Ask Him to become your personal Lord and Savior. He will not turn you away! It is the most important decision you can make.
In these times of panic and fear, we need to lean upon the promises of our God. He is in control. He reigns over all. You can trust in Him. He will not fail!
The question asked in this scripture is one we must all answer. Have we kept the same zeal and love alive in our lives that we had when we were first saved? God wants us to love Him even more than He wants us to do good works. Look inwardly and see if your heart is still as much in love with God as it was when He first saved you.
God speaks to men and women today just as He did in the Bible. We need to be alert and recognize His voice so He can give us wisdom and guide our lives.
God does not want you to live in fear. It does not matter whether you are being opposed by men or women or if you are facing an emergency health problem. God has given us His promise that He will be with us in all of life's circumstances. Study the promises of the Bible concerning fear and you will be encouraged during your times of problems and conflict!
These are the immediate actions we are taking at Fountain of Life concerning the pandemic that is afflicting our nation and the world at large.
When we face extreme circumstances we can become frustrated if the answers to our prayers do not seem to come. Even the disciples had such experiences. Jesus instruction was that these are times when we need to pray and fast.
What God did for Hezekiah He is willing to do for you. In your time of need, call upon God and ask Him to answer your prayer. He will do it! If you will give your life to the Lord, you will find that He is faithful. He really wants to meet your needs.
It is our choice to spend eternity in the presence of God or separated from God. God has made a way for us to spend eternity with Him through His son Jesus. You do not want to spend eternity separated from God. Let me encourage you to accept the salvation God has provided for you! Do it today!
There is no burden in your life that God cannot help you carry. Jesus has experienced every hurt and heavy burden you bear. Take your needs to Him in prayer and let Him minister to you!
You and I need to make sure we are prepared for the second coming of Christ in the event called by many the Rapture. He the scripture declares will call the believers on the earth to be with Him in the air. It is often called the Blessed Hope of the church. We look forward to the calling of God to be with Him for all eternity.
Abraham showed his faith in God by obeying God's command to leave the homeland in which he was raised and going into a land with which he was not familiar. Do you have that same strength of faith when God gives you his instructions?
As believers in Jesus Christ we have a promise that the Christ who was crucified and raised from the dead will come again and receive us unto Himself. We will live with Him in heavenly places for all eternity.
It is only through the cross of Jesus Christ that we have hope and expectancy for Eternity. It is through the cross that we are forgiven of our sins and promised eternal life.
Paul and Silas find themselves in prison and still sing praises unto the Lord. As a result they are set free from their bonds and lead the jailor and his family to salvation. Let the words here encourage you to turn to God even when things are difficult in your life.
We celebrate communion or the Lord's Supper the first Sunday of each month at Fountain of Life Church. It reminds us of the great price that Jesus Christ paid for our salvation!
In times of stress call upon the Lord! As He spoke to Israel, He will answer you. We need to learn to pray in our difficult times for He is always there.
The Psalm our verses are taken from were written by King David. They express his desire to get closer to God and really know God. These verses challenge us to have the same desire. How close do we want to be to God?
We need to look at the principle of God's love toward us and learn to forgive as He forgive as He forgives. We can change our world if we learn the secret of forgiveness and not revenge.
If we are going to do the works that Jesus Himself said we could accomplish, we must develop a close relationship with God. He is available. The closeness of our relationship is dependent on us.
Even when we do not understand our circumstance and we feel misused or betrayed it does not mean that God is not there. In the life of Joseph we can see the hand of God directing his circumstances. In the difficult times in your life realize that God is still there to direct your life as well.
If we depend on God there is no need to be living in fear. He is our light and our salvation. He will be with us in all circumstances. We can lean on His strength and His power. Because of Him we have confidence that we will overcome the most difficult experiences in life.
The Only way to real peace and Joy is through relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Let us encourage to find Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior!
God is full of mercy and He wants to relieve of the guilt of our sinful lives. If you will ask Him, He will remove your sins and take away the guilt of bad history. He says He will take your sins so far away from you that you can forget them forever - As Far As The East Is From The West!
If we are to find peace in the troubled world in which we live, we must find once the again the paths that led to our success. Our forefathers founded our nation on the principles given by the God who created us. We must return to those principles! It is the only path to peace.
The word of God is true! We can depend on what He has promised us. This illustrated by the words He spoke to Joshua. He has promised! He will never leave us or forsake us. His words are a foundation on which we can stand.
God has given us promise through Isaiah the prophet that He will always be with us. It does not matter the circumstance, He will hold our hand. We do not need to be afraid.
Our world offers little security. However, the psalmist tells us we can lean on our God. He is a refuge even in the darkest storm. In Him we find security!
You may feel unloved or even think that you are not able to loved. However, there is no question that God loves you. His is an unconditional and never ending love.
There are many parts of life that can be difficult and hard to understand. Yet as we have faith in the care of our God, He even brings good out of the trials of life.
We must return to the place where we recognize sin as the Bible identifies it. Our society suffers because we ignore Bible truths and allow sinful activity to rule the actions of our nation.
In all of the busy activities of our day, we need to ask God to direct us so that we do His will.
We must look to Jesus and His direction to find the freedom from strife and division and to discover real peace. Philippians 4:6-8
Jesus Himself declared that He is the way, the truth and life, no man cometh to the Father but by me!
It is only through the name of Jesus that we can have a personal relationship with God. There is no other name given under heaven whereby we can be saved!
God Loved us so much that He sent His only son Jesus to die for us. Through Jesus Christ and Him alone we can have eternal life.
We Need to pray for the United States of America during a critical time in our history!
Jesus Christ has the power to overcome any obstacle in your life. He can speak the word and every sickness and opposition must disappear.
Hebrews 13:8 We have a God on whom we can depend because He is always there. He never changes! His promises are always true.
