Many of his works are created from his own aerial photographs, taken while hanging out of helicopters. Michael digitally manipulates and colors his images to produce artwork printed on usual materials such as aluminum, copper, reclaimed wood, mirrors, magnets, vintage windows, and more. Capturing New York City’s gridded avenues, Los Angeles’s Hollywood Hills, and the Thames River winding through London are just some of the cities which have inspired Michael’s work.
