I need an outlet and the walls are done listening. So if you want to spend 5-ish minutes on a hot take, a random opinion or some news about pretty much everything... I'm not saying I'm your gal, but I'm not not saying it either. My content is mostly clean, but you will run into a random swear word or two.
What I think about people taking sides, publicly calling each other out for being quiet & demanding an echo chamber in their online space and from their preferred "influencer".
Self care is the individual practise of health management without the aid of a medical professional. In health care, self-care is any human regulatory function which is under individual control, deliberate and self-initiated, for the purpose of the maintenance of health and wellbeing.
I get fired up over Megan & Harry, they were forced in my life and I don't want them there. Sidenote: I just found out that she said she lost the will to live for a while and...I still don't care about those two, but I take that seriously and if you feel like you are in a similar place you need to look for help. Take it seriously and try to get help. As quick as you can.
Few quick tips on how you can stop them from mingling. I hope they work, I'm just rambling from experience.
Dr. Mike, not my doctor. My doctor is unreachable at the moment. A friend suggested I analyze the video, but I didn't want to have a 30 minute episode, and others have already done a great job with it. I suggest you give Dr. Todd Grande, Observe and Doctor A a watch to see some opinions with an analysis.
My frustrations with it and with people. I have it, so it sucks beyond measure when people use it as a crutch. I end up enabling them, because I know how bad it can get and how hard it is to fight.
Are we the blood that made us, the people who shaped us, or the thoughts that plague us?
Don't cover up your judgment with love and your hate with grace. Think about the things you do, what will they teach you about yourself?
