  1. Develop a tendency to save $$.

  3. Prioritize sleep and wake up early.

  4. Be purposeful about the people you allow in your life (especially social media).

  5. Consider skipping breakfast (what?!)

  6. End each work day by making a list for the next day.

  7. Put nature on your calendar.
