We welcome Australian Hockeyroos goalkeeper and R U OK? ambassador Rachael Lynch! She joins us to shed some light on anxiety and depression, how to maintain a healthy mindset and some tips on how to reach out to a friend who may be struggling during this time.
Join us in our discussion with former solider Private Bond as he takes us on a journey through his experiences in the army and the daily life of a soldier. He gives us his perspective on mental health and well being and advice on how to get through trying times such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
