Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, but spent 5 years of his childhood being raised in Ghana his grandparents, Nat came back to the U.S. at 7 yrs old and lived with his mother and 2 sisters in a 1 bedroom apartment. Â Â

John purchased his first live-in flip in October 2015, but started getting serious about real estate in December 2020 and began a furious self-education through podcasts such as Military Cashflow and Bigger Pockets. Â Â
In March 2021 he purchased both a single-family and his first multi-family rental. On October 15th he closed on an off-market seven property portfolio with 18 units, bringing his total to 14 properties and 29 units. Â
By using a small amount of cash, and numerous creative financing options, as well as value, add projects, he has been able to scale at an incredible pace. Â Â
He is currently working on two assignments of contract deals and working a HELOC on his portfolio to take out cash on his equity earned to scale into a small apartment building.

Daniel Kidd graduated from Virginia Tech in 2013 with a BS in Civil Engineering and a commission into the US Army Infantry.
After realizing he wanted to transition out of the army he decided to partner with his brother on real estate deals.
One of these deals was a quad that the seller was willing to finance in VA and decided to close on that. He is currently, pursuing smaller deals to make AirBnBs with 2 in the works and 8 active.
