I'm a sales & accountability coach and I surround myself with small business owners on a daily basis. In my podcast I give other small business owners the opportunity to share their journey. No two stories are the same of course, they share why they started it and how they help people and the difference they make. And how they get through the tough days.

In a fast based world we often forget to take time out and 'Pay It Forward' and thank the people who have helped us on our journey.

Professionally I'm a sales coach, accountability partner and trainer. Without question I was an accidental salesperson like many others who start a business and then realise they don't know a lot about selling they just want to be helpful and make a difference and are passionate about what they do.
I've walked the walk had successes and had the tough times too. There have been plenty of learning curves along the way and when we run a business every day is a school day.
