It’s playoff time, so as the league stands divided in their respective championship and toilet bowl brackets, let us all unite to enjoy the latest episode of the pod. Representing the porcelain side of the brackets we have our resident podcast leader Tom Mundey, joined by our commissioner Motor City Mase who is playing for the big dance.
It is said that while the cat’s away, the mice will play. I wasn’t able to join in this episode and the boys have taken the opportunity of my absence to enjoy some good old fashioned gambling chat. They will also take us through one of the more extraordinary cases of a stat correction the league has even seen, and set the scene for our playoff run with a lovely Christmas twist. In this episode, I am joined by fellow GM, clubhouse leader and return guest Danny Jackson. We take you through the league’s updated power rankings which have shifted considerably since last week, with 11 of 12 teams changing position. We talk about the recent news around the NFL particularly with regards to Covid, and lastly run through the Opposition Blurbs, with a few standout contributions and stellar efforts yet again. Was a good laugh recording this one and I hope the league enjoys listening to it.
