My new book, It’s Your Life, Isn’t It? paints a picture of how to look back at your past, analyze your present, and reimagine your future. It provides a way to assess your desires, your strengths, and weaknesses and to put these into a framework that will help you construct a more fulfilling lifestyle.
The theme of the book is based on how to manage change. Throughout my lifelong career as an entrepreneur, as well as seminars I have attended, and countless ones I have conducted, in many parts of the world, I believe that I have a broad perspective. It openly discusses the successes as well as the failures, and the lessons learned from the achievements and the errors. Many of the life stories came from those programs, as well as the friendships I have been blessed with over the decades. – Beverly Kievman Copen

AN ODYSSEY OF SURVIVAL AND GRACE Birthed into poverty and violence, my early life was one of extreme vulnerability. I spent long evenings in the spell of neon lights outside the military bases of my childhood where my mother picked up men. My mother prostituted me for the first time at age nine. I found refuge in the world of language, books, music, nature, and the world of Spirit. There were human angels who came into my life, each for a short time, with the face of compassion and whispers that left behind miraculous seeds of hope and the ability to reach out and past the unbearable circumstances of my life, again and again.
Institutionalized shortly after beginning college, I would not have survived if not for Sydney, a courageous nurse who fought for my release. When I first began this book, I searched for and then learned from her that the institution I was held in was conducting experimental research. My unwillingness to be compliant and take prescribed pills led to my commitment to the worst state hospital in the Illinois System.
As I began writing this book, Sydney and I returned to Elgin State Hospital for a visit and conducted archival research. We discovered that throughout the Cold War our nation used thousands of vulnerable, unsuspecting citizens as research subjects: newborns, institutionalized children, African-Americans, Native Americans, prisoners, mental patients, and our own military. But this book is not just about surviving the impossible, it is about recovery of the soul, healing into wholeness, and the possibility of living a luminous life.

Her undergraduate B.A. in English and history was followed by an M.A. in creative writing from the University of Houston. Among her jobs in her 20s, Julie taught English as a Foreign Language in Lisbon (Portugal), Barcelona (Spain), and Wimberly (England); was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Houston; and worked in the private sector for a law firm and an audio company.
In 1981 Julie began her diplomatic career with the U.S. Information Agency, principally working overseas at embassies on press, cultural, and exchange issues. In 1999 USIA was absorbed into the U.S. Department of State, and Julie continued her diplomatic career there until her retirement. During a 33-year career, Julie rose to the senior Foreign Service while serving overseas nine different times in seven different countries: Israel (twice), Paraguay, Guatemala, Indonesia, Colombia (twice), Malaysia, and Chile. Human is a small book with a big mission: challenging what it means to be human.
If you’re seeking to reconnect with yourself, Human will remind you that behind the blindness lies your truth.
Written by award-winning corporate innovator, trained actress, and self-taught pianist and vocalist, Vanessa Ferlaino’s debut book, Human, takes you on a much-needed, humbling journey.
In rhythmic-like prose, Vanessa lets you in on her experiences with loss, trauma, and abusive relationships, with reflections and observations of the human condition.
It shines with abruptness, gentleness, and vulnerability.
As she deconstructs what she knows of the world, she’s reminded of how important it is to open your heart to both yourself and to others, and ultimately, what it means to be human.
With this book in hand you will feel inspired to explore who you are – let it rekindle your compassion!
As a culture development specialist, Dr. Karen’s dream is to spread collaborative compassion within care organizations and communities and contribute to the creation of a global movement dedicated to the improvement of the life of children and adults with special needs including disabilities.
She is a certified professional co-active coach, organizational relationships systems coach, certified coach master toolkit coach, and a leadership facilitator at Johns Hopkins International.
In this fun episode, Dana and I talk about being on the show and what she will bring as well as her transformative work with People. As great episode!

On Tuesday, the 28th of September, my memoir Personal Effects – What Recovering The Dead Teaches Me About Caring For The Living, was released by Macmillan / St Martin’s Press.
After spending most of my adult life responding to major disasters, both in the military and as a civilian I am switching gears and focusing on sharing the lessons learned. This book is part of that process. It is my second book; my first was published in 1999 and is a forensic textbook.
I have tried to approach writing and speaking for that matter as a storyteller – transporting the reader to different places, times, and experiences, bringing to life the events I have seen firsthand. With the goal of highlighting key lessons, I have observed — in leadership, crisis management, and transitioning through life-changing events to a new normal.
These disasters included OKC Bombing, Bali Bombings, Boxing Day Tsunami, 2010 Haitian Earthquake, Grenfell Tower Fire, 911 attacks, and sadly so many others. I have also written an op-ed for USA today, as well as different pieces for other publications.
Along with those, there are a series of print/audio/tv interviews. If you want to see those or what I am writing about they are here on this website under media.
Over the next several weeks we will be helping you find the best toys for your friend based on their dynamic type. And you can enter and win them for Christmas, such fun

Belgium... February 8, 1944... Shot Down and Alive For the first time, the full and complete story of the B-17 Flying Fortress Susan Ruth is shared in unbelievable detail. Author Steve Snyder’s story of his father, Lieutenant Howard Snyder, and the Susan Ruth crew, provides in-depth details about many aspects of World War II few understand or know about including the: • separation for young families as men went off to war; • training before heading to foreign soil; • military combat operations; • underground and resistance and what Lt. Snyder did when he joined it; • German atrocities toward captured crew and civilians; • behind-the-scenes stories of the Belgium civilians who risked all to save American flyers who were in the air one moment, spiraling down in flames the next; • creation and dedication of the monument to the Susan Ruth and its crew located in Macquenoise, Belgium in 1989 Shot Down was created from the vast number of letters and journals of Howard Snyder; diaries of men and women on the ground who rescued, sheltered and hid the crew; and interviews conducted by historians. Centered around the 306th Bomb Group in Thurleigh, England, it is informative, insightful and captivating. For most, 70 years is a long time ago. World War II fades in importance as each year goes by. Shot Down moves history out of the footnotes into reality, keeping the stories of real people alive as they experience being shot down. You are there, almost holding your breath as Lt. Snyder gets his crew out of his B-17 when bailing out over Nazi occupied Europe.

Following the success of Willie & The Good Souls' third album; (self-titled Willie & The Good Souls), the band is back from extensive European touring to solidify their place in your Rock n’ Roll playlist. Incorporating a vast, extensive range of instrumentation, this five member Rock band has channeled the sounds and emotions of the greats to create a unique dynamic all their own. Hailing from Finland, Willie & The Good Souls incorporate Classic American funk and roots with Slavic melodies and themes. Founding member Ville Vesalainen, (guitar and vocals), was once known in his circle as the Finnish E-Street band, as he played most of all the instruments on the debut album; Fortunate Son. A clever, a mature interpretation of classic rock anthems, Fortunate Son garnered the attention of Petra Wahlsten (vocals, violin) who convinced Ville to enlist an entire band for their second album; Free Willie. With an impressive catalog of material under V.R. Label Finland, including an array of videos on YouTube, Willie & The Good Souls look now to the future, a fourth album and a broader tour focus. Reviews for Willie & The Good Souls have been favorable; “Not much is done in this style of rock, and especially not so well” (SOUNDI 12/14), “Singer-guitarist Ville Vesalainen directs his band in a stylish and nuanced way. The soulful-sounding band blows fresh flame into the traditional fireplace and causes heat and vibration. ” (Aamulehti 11/16), “The best thing about this record is its relaxation and obvious love of doing. Fortunate Son contains wickedly warm-hearted blues rock with bow to the old masters. " (Jussi Mäntysaari 10/14), and "Glow warning given!" (Mesta 10/14) Current line-up for Willie & The Good Souls: Ville Vesalainen - vocals, guitar, Petra Wahlsten - vocals, violin, Tuomas Riihimäki – keyboards, Jukka Lehto - bass, vocals, Jussi Vuola - drums, vocals. It’s been said that country-pop singer-songwriter Larry Jay’s songs are “Five chords and the truth.” The New York native, now residing in California, injects that truth with hopeful lyrics and tasty melodies, to create his own brand of Award-winning Americana-tinged southern fried music. A first runner-up in multiple songwriting contests, including the prestigious John Lennon Songwriting Contest, Larry Jay says he started writing and performing music “To set my soul free.” Jay has performed at the famed and historic Troubadour in Los Angeles, and he’s shared the stage with Neil Young sideman and member of Crazy Horse, Sonny Mone. “When I perform, it’s just me and my guitar, and my rhythm tracks looper. I like to keep things intimate. While I’ve been told I sound like Keith Urban, I think I sound more like Neil Young. Either way, being told I’m a really great songwriter is the best compliment I could ever receive.” Larry Jay shows off his songwriting skills on his latest single, “Here’s To Us,” in addition tp to his #1 iTunes international smash single “Wow” featuring Caeland Garner of Team Blake on The Voice and his “end the pandemic” anthem, “Worldwide Party Day.” You can hear Larry Jay weekly via Livestream on his facebook page at https://bit.ly/3lh4AYD. When he’s not focusing on his performances and, of course, writing new songs, Larry volunteers with the local VA Hospitals and addiction recovery centers. BIO -Raised in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, Randy Hathaway is from Yakima, Washington. He has been a performer, teacher, administrator, composer, arranger and producer. Within Randy's compositions, the inherent sceneries of North America speak clearly through his use of tonality, while musical languages of European and Latin origins are respectfully echoed. The encompassing of these elements can be heard on Mr. Hathaway’s 2017 double CD release, Classical Guitar In America. Randy attended Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle WA where he holds a Bachelors of Music in performance. Following graduation, he performed and arranged music with two chamber ensembles. Composition seamlessly spun out of these experiences. Randy’s first composition was performed live on the radio just two months after completion. That piece then made its way to the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet for multiple performances. Soon after, a colleague performed Randy's first solo guitar work in Japan to an enthusiastic reception. Universities and colleges have since invited Mr. Hathaway to coach faculty and students in performance of his compositions and arrangements.

Everyone loves a good story about second-chances, and that’s exactly what Bill Abernathy’s story is all about. The Kansas City, Missouri resident began writing songs in his early teens. He played all through his school years, but then he stopped...Life took over. Bill went about getting married, building a business career, and raising his children. After his kids graduated from school and started their careers, Bill picked up the guitar again and began trying to rekindle his love of music. “Inspiration for my music comes from a variety of the many parts of my life,” Bill says. “Events and experiences of mine, my family, my friends, and sometimes even people I have never met all, contribute to the creativity of my music. I find it interesting and rewarding to let my imagination wander through the memory and spirit of life events and see where it takes me.” Bill is a pure "lyrics-first" writer...a bit of a storyteller. “I feel the story and lyrics talk to me and tell me what the rest of the song is supposed to sound like,” he says. His last album, 2017’s “Find A Way” reached #5 on the Roots Music Report Traditional Folk Album chart, and the single, “Goodbye Will Never Come Again” reached #1 on the singles chart. Bill’s last collection of songs, the Roots Music Report Americana chart-topping album, “Crossing Willow Creek” is available now. The first single, “Cry Wolf” reached the iTunes Top 100 Rock Songs chart, while hitting the Top 5 on New Music Weekly’s country chart. The next two singles also received national and international charting. Bill was also a December 2018 Billboard Magazine Emerging Artist. He recently toured the mid-west on his “Living The Dream” solo tour. “Sometimes life is good to you and gives you a second chance. In my youth I walked away from music for a myriad of personal reasons. Now, I've now been given a second chance to pursue this thing we love called music, and I am really enjoying the ride!” Bill’s brand new single, “A Thousand Wild Horses” from a forthcoming EP, was released in June 2021 and reached #1 on the South African ITunes Country Songs chart! https://www.billabernathy.com/crossin... https://www.facebook.com/billabernath... https://twitter.com/bill_abernathy

Randy Seedorff has been writing and performing for over 30 years, with his interest in music starting at the young age of 11 when his mother gave him his first guitar. A veteran singer, and songwriter, Randy comes from a musical family with a strong heritage in country music. In 1992 Randy joined the popular Kansas City based bluegrass group Greenside Up as its lead singer and guitarist and performed with them until 1999. During that time he fell victim to an armed robbery that profoundly changed his life. The experience turned his full attention to both his life and music, and he rededicated himself to serving God. Randy founded the group Soul Purpose in 2010. They released their studio album Rearview Mirror, produced by Larry Gann of Awe Struck Studios in 2014. Randy released his 7 track EP, Elevate, in 2017. The first two releases from that project reached number 1 on Christian Radio Charts. Randy serves as pastor of worship and discipleship at Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Independence, MO. Soul Purpose plays frequently at churches, festivals and other events, bringing the love of God, through the vehicle of music to as many people as possible. A prolific songwriter, Randy is a member of both ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) and GMA (Gospel Music Association). All his original music is published by Danjartay Music. Randy has artist endorsements with Petersen Tuners, G7th Capos, and Reverend Guitars. Tom Tikka picked up the guitar at the tender age of six after hearing Paul Anka's "Lonely Boy" in his father's old Chevrolet. Soon afterwards, he began writing songs. Tom's infatuation with music only deepened after his aunt's husband introduced him to the concept of lead guitar and even more importantly to the music of such legendary groups as The Beatles and The Doors. Tikka formed almost as many groups as he disbanded in his late teens and early twenties. Yet, when he finally signed his first recording contract on his 21st birthday, it was a solo deal and not a band effort. He recorded a three-song EP for Olarin Musiikki, a small indie label in Espoo (Finland), under the alias of Tom Spark. Unfortunately, the EP disappeared as quickly as it was released. Consequently, Tikka found himself in square one, without a band or a record deal. Disappointed, Tikka withdrew from music for a few years but began writing songs again once his brother Lappe Holopainen suggested that they form a songwriting team. Lappe had founded a group he was convinced would go far and he needed tunes for his new outfit. This group was Carmen Gray. Carmen Gray was signed to Sony/BMG in 2005 and during the next nine years, they went on to record three albums and one EP. The group's entire catalog (including such radio hits as "Lost In My Mind Again", "Gates Of Loneliness" & "Life Can Be Beautiful") was penned by Tom Tikka & Lappe Holopainen. After Carmen Gray disbanded in 2013, Tikka formed his current group The Impersonators with poet Antti Autio. In 2017, The Impersonators signed with FBP Music Group, a German label based out of Frankfurt. Together with their producer Janne Saksa, The Impersonators have released tunes to rave reviews and a considerable amount of radio attention. In 2020, Tikka began working with MTS Records and released a solo EP titled "Working Class Voodoo" under the name Tom Tikka And The Missing Hubcaps. On this self-produced venture, Tikka plays and sings everything himself. It featured the UK iTunes chart hit title single. On July 31, 2020, Tikka & The Hubcaps released the “Insane” EP on MTS Records. Following the global success of his Christmas classic, “Just Like Xmas (Love Is War),” released the “That’s What Winston Churchill Said” EP including multiple Top 5 iTunes worldwide hits in January 2021, and his single, “Heart’s On Fire” will be released on June 18th, 2021.

The self-proclaimed musical child of early-Aerosmith and Johnny Winter, the roots of ‘Izzie’s Caravan’ trace back to the early 2000’s when Izzie (guitars) and Sim (vocals) formed ‘The Deep Impacters’. The band soon disbanded after a couple of records, and becoming disillusioned by the music industry, Izzie took a decades-long respite from guitar, eventually returning to the instrument he loved, just a few years ago. Referring to himself as a “poor man’s Buddy Guy or Lightnin’ Hopkins,” Izzie cites bands like Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith as early influences, followed by later guitarists like Izzy Stradlin and John Frusciante. But, it was the blues of Stevie Ray, Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Johnny Winter, Muddy Waters, and of course, Buddy Guy, that inspired Izzie’s return to music. In December of 2019, Izzie’s Caravan released the EP, ‘Leo’s Guitar’, followed by the February 2020 EP, ‘Zephyrs’. Izzie’s next EP, titled ‘On The Pull’ was released on June 17, 2020 with MTS Records. The record saw much success reaching the Relix Jamband Charts and a #1 iTunes single (‘Drownin’ Man’s Blues’). Reunited with Sim, and joined by Robbie (keys) and Roque (bass), the band is set to release a full- length album in the Summer of 2021 titled ‘Blow The Lid’. However, to keep the music flowing, the band will be releasing one song every month for the next ten months from the album. Visit the following links to check out slamming singles from the new album including ‘Stick It To Ya’ and ‘Roadkill Rita’.

Yasmine Creese-Brown was the first born of 3 in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Albany, NY. She moved to California when she was 13. Yasmine went to middle school and high school in sunny Fresno, California and graduated in the top 10% of her class. Once it was time to leave the nest, she went off to attend American University in the Washington D.C. area and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting. In order to gain a better sense of her career aspirations, she joined a pre-professional development program that exposed her to opportunities on wall street and main street. Once she graduated from American University, she went straight into banking and worked for HSBC bank, where she obtained the Series 7 and 63, also known as the General Securities Representative Exam. Soon after, she landed a Hedge Fund Accounting position and accounted for 12 portfolios, which had a net asset value of around $1.5 billion. It didn’t take long for Yasmine to realize that there weren’t many women who looked like her in the finance industry. Discouraged but not quite ready to call it quits on Wall Street, Yasmine took on a position at the same non-profit that helped her break into banking. Over the past 4 years she’s helped hundreds of students strengthen their interview skills and refine their career goals to land their dream job after graduating college. Although her career has changed, her love for math has not. She’s always considered the challenges of math to be fun and found a way to incorporate it into a board game that parents can enjoy with their kids. Yasmine is the founder of the JUICE game: a roll-and-move tabletop board game that playfully exposes math skills. The purpose of the game is to take over the lemonade-stand industry around the city, by answering the most math questions correctly, combined with a tad bit of luck. There’s also an interchangeable beginners deck, sold separately, for the kiddos who are currently learning addition and subtraction. The game includes a unique board game design, 4 pawns, 30 math-filled questions, 30 action cards, 20 trading tokens, game money and instructions. Given how big of an effect the pandemic has had on children and learning, Yasmine hopes that the JUICE game can serve as a fun way to learn with family and friends.

“My songs are mirrors, and I often begin or end my performances by playing a version of The Velvet Underground’s “I’ll Be Your Mirror” extended to more than ten-minutes in length to include some of the images that most shaped my view of the world as a young man—working men and women enslaved in pursuit of the dollar, the now-vacant void from whence the spirit fled filled with the distraction of mindless entertainment, alcohol and assorted drugs, people so numb that self-destructive violence has lost its impact and the only way they can hope to feel anything is to hurt the people they love...God wanted me to grow up to defend the weak and vanquish the evil- doers by writing songs and telling stories. And if I’m wrong, I’ve wasted my life.” - Robert Wagner As frontman and chief songwriter/lyricist for 80s/90s seminal Pittsburgh rock band, Little Wretches, Robert Wagner rode a wave of local notoriety that led the band to the forefront of the underground music scene. The Little Wretches were founded as a folk/punk band by Robert (guitar) and his brother, Chuckie (violin). The “classic” Mach 2 era of Little Wretches included Ed Heidel (bass), Chris Bruckhoff (percussion, wind instruments, backing vocals) and Bob Goetz (guitar), rounded out by Dave Mitchell (drums), Mike Michalski (bass) and Ellen Hildebrand (electric guitar.) This rock edition of the band performed regularly and helped the band build its massive following in Pittsburgh. Michalski, Mitchell and Chuckie Wagner left the band, effectively ending Mach 2. Mach 3 began with the addition of David Losi (keyboards) and Mike Madden (drums.) When Madden couldn’t tour, drum programmer Gregg Bielski took over. When Ellen switched to bass guitar, this version of The Little Wretches entered the studio. They recorded two albums, with Angelo George playing drums and Jon Paul Leone playing guitar on a third. National press, attorneys, managers, and publicists came calling, as did life’s obligations, and the Little Wretches disbanded in the late 90s.
John McDonough is a singer/songwriter from Austin, Texas whose shows span five decades of hits combined with unique originals. John’s acoustic guitar work, passionate vocals, and personal lyrics result in a modern singer/songwriter sound rarely heard. John has spent the last 25 years playing in and around Austin while co- producing and self releasing eight CD’s of original music. He has played to the rowdy crowds of 6th street, the dinner crowds of Austin restaurants, and everything in-between. Nine years ago he decided to retire from practicing psychotherapy and focus solely on music. In that time he has written and recorded five new CD’s, played over 500 gigs, performed in eleven major music festivals, several times appeared and performed on local and national radio, and embarked on successful tours through the United States. His previous three releases, ‘Dreams and Imagination,’ ‘Surrounding Colors,’ and ‘Can You See Me Now’ all received great reviews and airplay all over Europe and the United States. All three releases spent six consecutive months on the Americana Music Association Record Chart as well as landing on other American radio charts. He has drawn comparisons to Elton John and Harry Chapin for his vocal style and abilities, while his emotional storytelling has been compared with the songwriting styles of James Blunt and Damien Rice. 2020 brought some unexpected changes for John. With the pandemic and travel restricted, John used his time to work on his guitar skills and record an acoustic CD named ‘Second Chances.’ ‘Second Chances’ consists of his favorite songs from ‘Dreams and Imagination’ (2014) and ‘Surrounding Colors’ (2016), and will be released March 17th, 2021. He also decided to move to Chicago to be closer with family as well as take advantage of new musical opportunities in the area. John plans to tour the United States and Europe in 2021, while continuing to write new music for his next release.
On December 18th, the iTunes Folk Song chart-topper from Finland releases his debut album, along with the 3rd single and lyric video for "Poison Woman." On December 18th, 2020, Turku-Finland based singer/songwriter and iTunes chart-topper Mauri Dark releases his debut album, "Dreams Of A Middle-Aged Man." Dark is also releasing "Poison Woman," the third single and (lyric) video from the album. This new single and video follow Dark's November 6th debut with the title track and the November 19th second single release, "Thin Line Of Understanding." “Poison Woman” is a rock-spiced, up-tempo song from the dark, folky debut. 70s drums, bass, Western movie-ish electric guitar and a doomsday piano are the framework for Mauri Dark’s acoustic baritone guitar and deep, low voice. After five albums and hundreds of shows, the frontman for metal duo, Mystons (born Mauri Kosonen, 1978) has stepped into the bare boots of a vulnerable acoustic storyteller. “Poison Woman” is the first song written for his debut. “Poison Woman' is the end song of my 7-year relationship. It is about two people who brought out the worst in each other," Mauri Dark says. “I wrote it when I was living alone in a forest cabin in Finland in 2016. My mother had stage 3 cancer, and the word ‘poison’ came from the treatments. She died on May 27, 2017. 364 days later I was happily married, and our firstborn daughter was born. This roller-coaster of life wrote my debut album.” Dreams Of A Middle-Aged Man, the album, was written, produced, recorded and performed by Mauri Dark. The sound was crafted with Mixing Engineer / Associate Producer Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, Apocalyptica), Mastering Engineer Vlado Meller (Metallica, Johnny Cash) and Associate Producer Jussi Vuola. The road to recognition has been fast since the November 6th, 8-minute debut single “Dreams Of A Middle-Aged Man”. Its 12K-viewed music video, directed by Vesa Ranta, was selected for the Sweden Film Festivals Finals. The November 19th single “Thin Line Of Understanding” has 21K Spotify listens. Worldwide radioplay, playlist adds, dozens of stories, interviews and flattering reviews can be summed up with Jamsphere’s “a deeply affecting sound experience.” Mauri Dark recently teamed with reputable US Manager / Promoter Michael Stover of MTS Management Group / MTS Records (IMEA Artist Manager of the Year in 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019). The album is founded on Mauri Dark’s experience: 25 years of songwriting, 8 albums, and 500 shows with different bands and instruments. Strong compositions and lyrics are led by Mauri’s low voice and backed by acoustic baritone guitar, with varying moods and soundscapes. The atmospheric, discreet backgrounds are built with acoustic instruments such as piano, pump organ, cello and upright bass, adding electric guitar ambience (á la Pink Floyd, Ennio Morricone’s Western soundtracks, blues and jazz), and acoustic drums and electric bass on two tracks.

What is an Extraordinary Experience? Extraordinary Experiences are those which occur beyond our five senses, time, and space. Such occurrences include Near-death Experiences, Out-of-Body Experiences, Past-life Memories, Paranormal Encounters, Contact with Non-Human Intelligences, Telepathy, Pre-cognition, etc. Regardless of the type of extraordinary experience, all are utterly transformational. They enable us to more deeply understand reality and realize that numerous commonalities exist among all phenomena. It is only when we open our minds and hearts to embrace experiences which lay beyond our three-dimensional world, that we may begin to explore the very nature of consciousness.

We find and vet the best designer or builder, then our escrow service secures payments so they only get paid for milestones you have already agreed to. No unpleasant surprises" He worked his way through college in landscape and specialty tile/stonework construction before pursuing his degree in business administration. He can speak on this concept and also on things like DIY renovations, what issues you might get into, how you can solve them, and also recently spoke on what homeowners are looking for in redesign spending so much time home during covid, what they will be looking for in the future etc.,... The innovative HomeDnB concept is of huge interest to homeowners and to contractors and designers its the AirBnb of design and contractors! "At HomeDnB, we make the home/property improvement process worry-free. For the home/property owner, we select the perfect designer/builder for every project. Our escrow service secures payments and the designer gets paid only on agreed-upon milestones. We research available designers, check their background, their reviews and references. HomeDnB will only select designers who are fully licensed, bonded and insured, with a good track record for quality work and fair pricing! For designers HomeDnB provides premium jobs and the opportunity to be paid on time while securing a trusted reputation in their field. The annual home/property improvement market in U.S. exceeds four hundred billion dollars, and has driven growth since the recession. But the basic model for home/property improvement hasn’t changed in nearly two decades - each homeowner needs to find their own designer/builder, do their own diligence and get left without any recourse if the job doesn't turn out as planned. HomeDnB platform aims to shake up the marketplace by giving home/property owners what no other company has offered, protection, transparency, reliability, and a backstop against unscrupulous contractors"

Imagine taking an extraordinary, life-altering voyage beyond time and space. One that is consistently described by experiencers as "realer than real," powerfully loving, and forever life-altering. One that transcends ordinary, three-dimensional consciousness. Near-death experiences, out-of-body experiences, contact with non-human intelligent beings, and past-life recall are examples of such journeys. All share numerous commonalities, and are ultimately uplifting and healing on physiological, emotional, and psychological levels. The authors propose all such experiences are inter-connected, rather than independent modalities, via non-local consciousness.

At the beginning of the school year, teachers in primary schools across the UK faced the challenge of finding a solution that was educational, engaging, and cost effective. In one of the most difficult years on record, it was a considerable problem for many. With the latest Covid lockdowns, it became an almost crippling challenge for some. Amongst the chaos and challenges, Lifewise Director Ezra and his incredible team stepped up with a solution. Ezra himself became a father last year, and with his young son just a few short years away from primary school himself, the new dad’s thoughts recently turned to the importance of learning. “Nelson Mandela said that there is no greater weapon than education to change the world,” Ezra said, recently. “In these challenging times we at Lifewise have made it our duty as a team to make it happen! The world is rapidly changing, education must evolve just as quickly with it to prepare our children for the different challenges and pressures of today and tomorrow's society.” Just what did Lifewise do? Well, they worked relentlessly to transform their platform of over 10,000 learning assets into a remote ready and home learning solution and gifted more than 2000 primary schools across the UK with their incredible, game changing program - one that has kids laughing and learning, educators breathing a sigh of relief, and parents watching with satisfaction. And that’s not all - they’re offering this program - 160 lessons, to the PSHE curriculum, click and play end to end (so the teacher preparation time is optimised) at zero cost, to any primary school across the UK that asks for it through lockdown. Specifically for the age of covid stay at home orders, unlike others Lifewise invested in the technology, and have launched their remote delivery lessons for teachers.
Two years ago, I contemplated suicide. I felt excruciating pain and had to emotionally surrender. My cat, Cleopatra, sensed my despair and kept me grounded. I chose to dig deeper into my spiritual practices and the following months transformed my relationships and business. I'm rising from the ashes and beginning to stand authentically in my truths. I arrived at a place called "I Know" and knew I was never going back.
I Know empowers you to transition from believing life’s answers come from outside yourself to knowing you can discover the answers already inside yourself. If you feel unfulfilled or unappreciated, this book will uplift and realign you with your life’s purpose. If you want to live up to your potential and generate value for your community, I Know will gift you clarity and confidence during each step of your unique journey.
I Know is a how-to guide I use with clients, from the c-suite down every level of an organization, walking you through the three phases of transformation and nine processes you can complete alone or with trusted friends. The book tells my raw, authentic, and deeply personal story. It offers research-based psychological truths. The text is full of real-world client examples. Although much has been written about defining your life’s purpose, I Know introduces you to a completely new level of living your authentic personal brand...and absolutely loving life.

Natasha Venter, medium Regan Forston, hypnotherapist and I talk about live and beyond in all its glory
I was born with a knowing; a true sense of who I came forth to become. Fortunately I grew up in a family where there was tremendous encouragement to explore every curiosity and embark on each incredible journey of self-discovery. I threw myself into the mix of life with a sense of wild abandonment. There was so much to experience and I was bound and determined to explore it all. I was ahead of my time, always choosing the road less traveled as I allowed my inner being to guide me every step of the way. The contrast that I have experienced throughout my lifetime has been stunning. Each and every wonderful moment has brought me closer to the clarity of the life that I have so joyfully created and live out each and every day. I am on what I often call my "third life." I have co-created a beautiful family with my successful and dynamic husband. I received my MSW from Loyola University, and developed a wonderful thriving private psychotherapy practice. I have traveled the world exploring all types of spiritual healing modalities. I am a passionate amateur equestrian rider on the AA horse show circuit. I have an insatiable appetite for pleasure, beauty and joy, and often refer to myself as a true pleasure junkie. I am now so appreciative to be able to offer this integrative approach to well-being, as well as a lovely new texting option called The Quickie, providing you with an easy way of checking back in with yourself at a moment’s notice, allowing you to re-frame your current thoughts and feelings, so that you may quickly be on your merry way.

ADHD causes more than just distractibility and restlessness. Dr. John Kruse capitalizes on his training in neuroscience and his decades of experience as a psychiatrist to explain how the concept of “executive function deficits” illuminates why ADHD can manifest as impulsivity, inconsistency, spontaneity, emotional volatility, poor follow-through, extreme candor, and troubles prioritizing. We avert tragedies by accurately identifying and treating adult ADHD, yet far too often we fail to recognize the condition.Through his political prominence, Mr. Trump nominated himself to be the poster child for adult ADHD. The President also showcases how we frequently ignore or mischaracterize even florid and daily ADHD-driven behaviors, particularly in individuals who also display other mental health conditions. Recognizing Adult ADHD utilizes information in the public record to demonstrate how Mr. Trump robustly fulfills the objective, behavioral diagnostic criteria for ADHD.Recognizing Adult ADHD explores feedback loops by which sleep, diet, exercise, social media, and Mr. Trump himself, drive our society in evermore ADHD-like directions. Dr. Kruse charts a path for reducing stigma around ADHD and other mental health conditions by delving into the intertwined fields of neuroscience, psychiatry, ethics, and politics. While the frenetic pace and information overload of our ADHD world threatens to submerge each day in new angst, this book adds nuance to help us navigate our lives.John Kruse has practiced psychiatry in San Francisco for the last twenty-five years, after completing both his MD and PhD (Neuroscience) at the University of Rochester. Witnessing an unending stream of undiagnosed adults with ADHD kindled his awareness that our world needs greater understanding of, and empathy for, those individuals with the complex and potentially disabling condition of adult ADHD. Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Kruse enjoys time with his family, runs marathons, bird-watches, and bakes.

In her personal life, she and her husband have been married since 2007 and have 3 children.
I grew up in the Big Sky Country of Montana, a land of rugged character and breath-taking nature. I had a pretty normal childhood, went to college to study business, and like everyone else, tried to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. But along that journey, I became aware that God had blessed me with a special gift. I knew that my mother had it. But, frankly, at that time, I was young and didn’t believe in that sort of thing. The more I struggled with this gift, trying to understand what was going on, the more frustrated I became. It wasn’t until my mother passed away at an early age that I finally gave in to these feelings. And, when I gave into acceptance, I learned I could feel other people’s energy. I began to foresee things and events before they happened.
When I finally found the courage to embrace this gift, I found my true voice, my true path. From that moment forward I began helping others to find their own true path. Today, I’m proud to say, with great humility, that I am an accomplished Spiritual Coach and Feng Shui consultant. At its most basic core, I specialize in helping my clients increase their flow of abundance, health, love, and harmony. I channel information, offer energy clearings and recommendations for change. I intuitively look at each client’s unique situation to provide the best practical advice. My wonderful good fortune has led me to travel through China and Thailand to study Feng Shui, yoga, nutrition, Qigong, Reiki, meditation and Thai Massage.
I bring together the knowledge of many masters to support my clients in a positive, confidential transformation. And, when you choose to work with me, I encourage an environment that is full of potential to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

My inner ding led me on a 13-year journey to the Middle East to teach in 2002. I answered the call and leaped, leading me on the most authentic adventure of my life. To do this, I had to leave behind my family, my partner of 10 years, and my ESL teaching job.
I share with listeners my story of finding myself, meeting the man I would marry, surviving the 2004 tsunami, and what it was like to live in the Middle East as an ex-pat.
But after 13 years of being away from home in upstate New York, I needed to return. That choice led me to divorce and forced me to start over. It was that re-do that allowed me to become my most authentic and joyful self. I have not looked back.

Welcome to passion and freedom!
The Blueprints™ are your guide, your GPS, your map to understanding who you are, what you want, how you want it and why you want it the way that you do.
Do you crave a certain touch?
Do you want more satisfaction in your love life but don’t know how put into words what you need?
Do you feel like you and your partner are on different worlds when it comes to your sex life and what you’re desiring in it?
When you find out who you ARE as an erotic being, you begin to discover the answers to what you NEED as an erotic being and then you discover how to LIVE a more satisfying, happier life.
There are FIVE Blueprint types and each has a Superpower!
Energetic: They love longing, anticipation, distance, space and tease. Superpowers: Orgasms with or without even being touched.
Sensual: They have sensory arousal. Stimulated by taste, smell, sound and/or touch. Superpowers: They can have non-genital orgasms through igniting one or more of the senses.
Sexual: They are what we think of when we see or hear the word “sex”. They enjoy penetration, nudity, orgasms, the sexual act, etc Superpowers: 0-60, HIGH sex drive, loves sex, arousal is usual fast, fun and easy.
Kinky: Anything that is thought to be taboo or naughty, creative sex play, psychological and/or sensation stimulation Superpowers: Endless creativity! The realm of kink is MASSIVE! There’s psychological kink: the play of the dynamic and polarities, sensation kink: playing different things that have an array of textures and sensations to them. The kinky also gives the Dom or Sub the chance to drop into subspace or domspace.
Shapeshifter: They are turned on by ALL OF IT! A true Shapeshifter could go literally on and on and on…..FOREVER! Superpowers: Huge capacity for pleasure, superpowers of all the others BP’s, the ability to shape shift into the different BP’s pleasing any lover, any time and in any circumstance.
Each Blueprint also has Shadow aspects to them. Which, when not healed, could cause an array of issues both personally for the individual who has them and their relationships with lovers, friends and even family.
Guiding you to acknowledge, nourish, and embrace your Blueprints, to heal and make peace with their Shadows and showing you so many of the delicious pathways to your sexuality gifting you with wholeness, aliveness and freedom of self; is much of the work that I can do for you and your partner(s)!

My Passion Is… to help you gain a deeper understanding of who you are as a sexual being and what feeds your soul and those of your partner(s).
to show you how to hone your natural gifts of intuition and inner knowing, and then show you how to use them as a powerful passion compass.
to show you how to create more passion in your life, how to nourish and awaken your sexuality in ways you never have before.
to enrich your pleasure which brings about more vitality, health and aliveness into your life.
to heal sexual shame, limited self beliefs and to expand your sex life to an orgasmic level.
to guide you how to embrace your pleasure, how to ask for what you want, to gain all that you desire and how to embrace everything that you are.
to inspire you and those who you share your passion with, to deepen your sexual relationships so that you can have passionate, HOT sex for the rest of your lives, because you deserve nothing less than that.
My story…
I used to be in a deep pit of self isolation & sexual shame.
I was filled with embarrassment over what I craved and desired both sexually & emotionally. I felt like I’d never be able to share this side of myself with anyone.
my secret felt too big…I felt too BIG, too MUCH.
As my pit became smaller and smaller and deeper and deeper, I felt like I was drowning in shame and starving the very essences of who I was.
(My full story can be read in my writings “It Started With a Secret” and “It Ended With a Truth”.
Then the Erotic Blueprints™ came into my life and I found out who I was and WHY I was wanting what I was wanting. It wasn’t just “because” or that I was “dirty” or “bad” for what I wanted; the quiz and then later a incredible event I took part in in Denver CO showed me who I was at my very CORE.
That knowledge gifted me with clarity, understanding, passion and a love and acceptance of myself that I have never had before.
I want to bring this wisdom of sexuality to YOU.
The Blueprints are more than sex, they’re about embracing YOU and in turn you learn how to do that for others.
They’re about how to feed your soul and that of any partner(s) in your life so that THEY in turn can feel fulfilled and then THEY can then give that passion back to YOU.
Like an oasis, the Erotic Blueprints can be your Sensual place of serenity, your point of Energetic exchange, the container where the Kinky Taboo is heard, embraced and nourished, where your hot and naughty Sexual needs are met and acknowledged and where you can be as BIG as you like and Shapeshift into whomever your soul is being called to be.
The Way I Work The way I work is over an extended amount of time and in sessions packages. This includes ALL my work with both people and pets. I find that’s the only way you’re going to find the results you want and the results I want for you.
Here is where I can best serve you * Intuitive awareness, relationships & sexuality * Communicating with your pets if you have questions you’d like answers to. Also aiding them if there are health issues or relieving unwanted behaviors that they are exhibiting.

In this episode I talk with Regan about his new book and reincarnation, as well as the life journey he has been on as an author, hypnotherapist, an actor and many other moments in time. A fun episode! The Newton Institute has now had 50,000 successful Past Life Regressions and Life Between Lives sessions with clients from all over the world. I am one of the 250 certified therapists that have been trained to carry on research into the afterlife that Michael Newton began in the 70's. We have fine tuned a process which allows almost anyone to experience their past lives.
The Newton Institute has taken things a step further by discovering that we all have the ability to go beyond past life regression. We have discovered a process that allows a client to visit where they go in between lives. Most people call this place Heaven. This may sound to fantastic to be real, but I assure you it is real as I have been there myself. I wrote about the experience in my book, 3 Hours 33 Minutes in Heaven, also available on Amazon. I'm hoping after reading this eBook that you will book your own session and have this life changing experience. The sessions can be done in person or on Skype or Zoom.

I have just released a new book, “You’re An Author? Don’t Get Hustled” (How to launch your book without getting hurt, hammered, or fleeced; a step by step guide).
This book details the experiences, often harrowing, of what happened when I offered my first book into the market. “You’re An Author?” seems to be causing a bit of a stir. I thought I would drop you a line to see if you might be interested in hearing about it on your show. The book includes specific information for Authors on what to do and what to avoid when offering their work into the marketplace
The book’s opening, I think, summarizes things: “So you’re a new author? Well, gird yourself—soon to descend upon you are legions of flim-flam artists, bogus publishers, ad purveyors, and social media “experts.” Their stated goal is to help you sell lots of books and make tons of money—quickly. Their real goal is to deflate as many bank accounts as possible—yours among them, sad to say.”
The book goes on to guide authors in such things as “How much promotion should you expect to be doing yourself? Should you get a publisher? Self-Publish? How about an Agent? Or Promoting with Social Media? Should you do Pay Per Click advertising? How do you get book and reader reviews? Should you pay for reviews? It’s all here, in detail and step by step so hopefully (Authors) will know what to do…and what not to do to keep (their) foot out of the New Author Beartrap.”
This book is a “must have” for Authors. And don’t just take my word for it:
“Splendid!...” “Hell, every page is a winning ticket! (Would I recommend this book to Authors?) “…I’d (tell them to) garnish with cilantro and devour it!” “…(reading this book is like sitting down with a friend). “….Make that a lifelong..buddy who’s giving me the REAL skinny…” “You’ve set a new standard…congratulations!”-- Bill Lenz, Writer, Producer, Director, Narrator; 4 time Cindy Award winner; 4 time Telly Award winner; 2 time Cine Golden Eagle Award winner; winner Grand Award and others

For me, yoga therapy is the culmination of a lifelong cultivation of creativity in the context of healing and yoga.
When I was a young adult I was in a car accident that synergistically helped me to discover my drive to be in the health field contributing to people’s truest self. Contrary to my younger self’s perspective, I now realize that the summer I healed from the car accident was actually quite tumultuous and left me feeling disheveled and disoriented with my world around me. But I am forever grateful for this because it set me on this path towards becoming a yoga therapist.
In the military my aptitude for the medical field landed me a role as a medic. The rigid structure of the military stifle my creativity which made me realize that further searching was needed to find my best place in the health field. This experience enabled me to realize the importance of one the missing pieces of myself: creativity.
There were a few years that I experimented with becoming a Medic One Medic, working hard at school at community college towards Nursing, getting my CNA certificate at Green River CC. All the while realizing that I am meant to strongly and nonjudgmentally hold space for people rather than diagnose and operate on them.
A health concern in my early 20’s lead me to discover yoga and its benefits. I found Sivananda Yoga classes to be calming and provide almost immediate relief to my symptoms. My commitment to yoga expanded to other classes, videos, festivals and seminars on various topics. At a yoga festival in Vancouver I discovered Eoin Finn and realized creativity can come through in yoga as happy, positive, playful movements. Around the same time frame I discovered one of my current mentors Hemalayaa Behl dance yogini. These uplifting experiences inspired me to become a yoga teacher. There was a short transition between knowing I wanted to teach and knowing I was to become a yoga therapist.
I spent years studying different types of yoga healing for myself. I took a chronic pain class for healing my back injuries, only to discover a plethora of other things going on inside of me that needed to be healed as well. I went to yoga therapist, Laura Humpf, and discovered that all of my answers were available if I just listened to my deeper self within. She had a way of showing me how to access those hidden spaces inside. Through yoga I restored my physical self and released the effects of car injuries and both familial and relational emotional abuse.
After dating an alcoholic, I figured out that I have a gift of listening and picking up the subtleties of others. I recommitted myself to becoming a yoga therapist. Because of my own traumas in my past, I am able to see the importance of doing things gently and with mindfulness, especially in being present with other people. My approach can be especially helpful for clients that have severe traumas they are working through, or big life changes.
In my practice I work with clients looking to find mind-body connection, release past traumas, and integrate parts of themselves into their present life. As a 600 hour Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, I combine assisted yoga postures with bodywork, talk therapy, and meditation all into one lovely package that is unique to each individual in their present moment. I bring creativity to this healing process, and meet each individual where they’re at.

Millions of people right now are experiencing a yearning and desire to awaken to their unique gifts and offer them in service to the world — while living a life of joy and fulfillment. It’s a surging of the Enlightenment of spirit, that is your truth, a virtual global awakening, on a scale never observed before. The Truth is 99% of the people born on this beautiful planet have waited a long time to have this experience. An opportunity to awaken to their Divine Consciousness. Why do people love the site of Light Shows, gold, diamonds rare gems? Why are we so mesmerized by Fireworks and Light Shows? It unconsciously reminds us of the Light and the experience of Divine Dimensions. Of going through the Divine Stargate. It is the Divines way of giving us a taste of where we really live in consciousness when we are awake. Everyone wants to be there be home. OM. I always thought it was only saints and old gray-haired or bald-headed Holy men who could be Enlightened. That is not the Truth EVERYONE can become Free. I know this because I have become free and now I dedicate my life to others becoming free and also enjoying their journey towards freedom through teaching how they can become more successful and happier right now. Happier in every area of their life starting with their soul.

A Desire to Awaken Millions of people right now are experiencing a yearning and desire to awaken to their unique gifts and offer them in service to the world — while living a life of joy and fulfillment.

Girl Power Begins! As a mompreneur, I wanted to create a company that encourages girls to be strong, active and goal driven. I was born with a heart defect that limited my activity level. After a number of heart surgeries, I set a goal to have an active lifestyle. So far, I have beat the odds and have run 25 marathons and three 50k's. I am currently training for my first 50 miler. I want my children to learn the importance of hard work and perseverance on the field as an athlete as well as all aspects of their lives. I have used coaching as a way to encourage and impart the things I have learned that ultimately, you can overcome the odds. Through dance, gymnastics and sports, girls learn to be assertive, work as a team and test their abilities and strength. In the words of Shalane Flanagan, "Keep your head up, keep your heart strong," I want girls who wear my products to feel pride, feel assertive, feel the sense of team and above all, feel they can beat the odds while maintaining a sense of kindness for others. As an entrepreneur, I wanted to take the passion I have had in discovering and building out lines of children’s and women’s clothing and active-wear for large department stores and create a line of girls sportswear that is ecologically sound and equally socially aware. Moreover, I wanted to create a brand that empowers girls to be their best and test their limits. I also wanted to create a fit that moves with the body and allows each girl to shine in her own sense of style. Our fabrics are bold, trend driven and inspiring. Our leotards are of the highest quality and designed and hand sewn in Washington state. Through Girl Power Sport, we have expanded to girls athletic apparel that can take you on and off the field. Finally, Girl Power also means changing the world through kindness and giving back to the society that allows them to compete. Many companies say they are socially aware and where we differ is our promise that we will always give at least $1 to the charity each leotard represents. All of the charities share our belief in molding strong, courageous and kind young women. Live to your full potential and test your limits! Girl Power Sport thanks you for your support!
About Matt
Matt Shea is a developing author having published nine books. He is greatly inspired by the writings of Andy Griffith and focuses on the common folk that small towns are made of.
He credits the success of his first book, "The Groundskeeper And Other Short Stories" to his family. The values that were instilled throughout his childhood gave him the strong sense of justice that is conveyed through his writings. The Shea family is only an average American family from an average neighborhood. Their secret was that they were close knit and accepted others.
Matt's mother, Vyerl set an example of being self sacrificing; having never placed herself first. She always cared about the feelings of others, no matter who they were. She even sponsored many foster children despite having a family of eight. During the holidays, the Roman Catholic mom would also have a Hanukkah bush for their Jewish friends. There were years when the family would make Christmas gifts and personally deliver them to seniors in rest homes.
The very table that Matt writes all of his stories on came from a childhood neighbor, Netta Wilson. Through time, Netta had to be relocated to assistant living due to deteriorating health. Vyerl never forgot that she and Netta traveled to see the Vatican together. Care packages, visits, and transporting Netta to spend Sundays at their home became a ritual until her last day. When she passed away, Matt was bequeathed an antique table from Netta. A priceless heirloom that he regards as sacred.
I’m not a healer, a teacher, or a guru. I’m just a “reminder”, here to remind you of what you already – and always – know. Maybe, like me, you’ve spent a ton of money, time and energy on self-help, personal development work, and “spiritual” approaches, hoping to finally “find” your happiness, freedom, power and peace. Perhaps you’ve had some positive results, but the deep scars and pains remain. Maybe, like me, you have spent a lot of time, energy and money on diving into the “deep stuff” and, finding yourself still stuck, you wonder if there might be something wrong with you – that maybe you are “broken” in some way.

Hello and Welcome! I’m delighted for you to know who I am and how Life’s experiences aided in my spiritual growth.
The Universe has given me many spiritual gifts of psychic medium insight, then through life I have learned to listen deeper to the angels.
Looking back to when I was a child; I remember being born, having my guide Peter as a best friend, later to find out he was known as St. Peter.
Then in 1993, my beloved father passed away without physically seeing my first son who was born six weeks later. Three years later, in 1997, I received the gift of my second son. Devastatingly, three weeks after his birth, my loving mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness.
My parents’ passing, the passing of others close to me, all coinciding with additional major emotional experiences, threw me into days of deep ups and downs. Gratefully, the Universe stepped in. They helped me understand this was a time to release fears, emotions and negative events of Life. I wiggled forcefully through this process. What ultimately helped was I began participating in many classes with spiritual teachers. In these classes, life, my deep awakening and stepping into the next level I was receiving and learning spiritual gifts and insights. At this point I TRULY began to apply the integration of the lessons of the soul.
After several years of additional classes with spiritual teachers and Energy work such as Reiki, I truly began tuning into myself and the universe like never before. That’s when I heard the Angels, my guides, and the Universe clearer then before, ask me to step out and be a voice for them. Since then, I take life"s daily experiences/happenings and turn them into teaching moments. Also, with the channeling of Beings like Mother Earth, Archangel Azrael, and to me a new Archangel Medidone along with others. I have gained a deep knowing of trust.
I have so enjoyed sitting with many people individually or in group settings receiving and sharing messages. The Universe loves to bring assistance and opportunity for those seeking guidance when needed.
My intention is to bring the Knowing of The Universe to every connection I make.
Blessings,
Natasha Venter

n Memory of Don Edgar Lenz (19571983)
In 1983, a recurring dream Paula had proved to be a precognitive warning. The sudden, shocking loss of her brother, Don, that year would come close to completely destroying Paula. She did not know, however, that his death would result in strange occurrences and outreach from him for the rest of her life.
Three days after Dons funeral, Paula had an out-of-body experience with her brothers spirit while she was driving. The result was a visit to infinity and a change in her consciousness.
Paula recounts stories about her brother from her family as well as from Dons closest friends, painting a picture of a beloved brother, son, and friend. She hopes her story will provide comfort to those who have experienced the loss of someone they love deeply.

Nutrition-based healing for concussions is gaining recognition for the vast research supporting not only how to treat a concussion more effectively and naturally, but also because nutrition helps prevent serious results from traumatic brain injuries. This book allows you to learn from someone who was “in the game” as an NFL football player and saw first-hand what traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and concussions do over the course of a lifetime for anyone in almost any sport. You’ll learn * Which two women’s sports are in the top five for highest risk of concussion. * How your nutritional habits can increase risk for brain damage. * Best practices for recovering from a concussion. * Exact recommendations for nutrients while healthy and after an injury. * Foods to avoid because they slow brain and injury recovery. From field/ice hockey, lacrosse, and soccer as well as basketball to volleyball, reviewing the whole body after an incident as a system rather than just the symptoms from a traumatic injury is much more important than seeing individual signs after an event. Dr. John DeWitt has earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and has been studying holistic nutrition. John is a believer in holistic applications of nutrients that can help reduce or prevent concussions when consumed in the proper amounts — even if you or a loved one has already suffered from a TBI, the nutrients you learn in his book can help lessen the symptoms and create a healthier lifestyle for you and your family.

Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before experiencing his now famous conversation with God. The Conversations with God series of books that emerged from those encounters has been translated into 37 languages, touching millions and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives. Neale has written 29 books on spirituality and its practical application in everyday life. Titles in the With God series include: Conversations with God, Books 1-3; Friendship with God; Communion with God; The New Revelations; Tomorrow’s God; What God Wants; and Home with God. Seven of the books in that series reached the New York Times Bestseller List, CWG-Book 1 occupying that list for over two-and-a-half years. His most recent books are When Everything Changes Change Everything (2010), The Storm Before the Calm (2011), The Only Thing That Matters (2012), What God Said (2013), GOD'S MESSAGE TO THE WORLD: You've God Me All Wrong (2014), and Conversations with God: Awaken the Species (Book 4) (2017). Conversations with God has redefined God and shifted spiritual paradigms around the globe. In order to deal with the enormous response to his writings, Neale has created several outreach projects, including the CWG Foundation, CWG for Parents, Humanity’s Team, the CWG Helping Outreach, and The Global Conversation --- all accessible at the “hub” website www.CWGPortal.com, and all dedicated to help the world move from violence to peace, from confusion to clarity, and from anger to love. Neale's work has taken him from the steps of Macchu Picchu in Peru to the steps of the Shinto shrines of Japan, from Red Square in Moscow to St. Peters Square in Vatican City to Tiananmen Square in China. And everywhere he has gone --- from South Africa to Norway, Croatia to The Netherlands, the streets of Zurich to the streets of Seoul --- Neale has experienced a hunger among the people to find a new way to live, at last, in peace and harmony, and he has sought to bring people a new understanding of life and of God which would allow them to experience that.

Strengthening Millions of Relationships … One Language at a Time Lasting relationships, like anything worthwhile, take intentional commitment over time. But when you’re just not on the same page, keeping your love alive can feel intimidating – or even impossible. In his #1 New York Times bestseller, The 5 Love Languages®, Dr. Gary Chapman presents a simple truth: relationships grow better when we understand each other. Everyone gives and receives love differently, but with a little insight into these differences, we can be confidently equipped to communicate love well. This is true for all forms of relationship – for married or dating couples, for children and teenagers, for friends and coworkers, for long-distance relationships, for those brand-new loves and for the romances that are older than the hills.
Hello Dear Friends, We all have a story. I started out as a sensitive little girl who grew up with a love-hate relationship with words. I was painfully shy, taught to live up to the expectations of others, and struggled with dyslexia before it was a ‘thing.’ Back in grammar school, each child had to jump through an academic hoop in order to be able to go out for recess, so most of my play time was spent inside the classroom. To pass the time I would help my teacher, a nun, decorate bulletin boards, and I was entranced watching her do amazing lettering. By osmosis I learned calligraphy, and gained a love of art that led me to my Bachelor of Arts degree. I was the first in our family to finish college which made my dad proud, especially since his formal education ended when he punched his principal in the nose. However, with nothing but good intentions, my dad suggested that I might now want to find some other way to support myself since I would likely never make a living as an artist. So, I went on to achieve my Masters in Education and Doctorate of Psychology. My life changed direction in that instant. My art was demoted from a life’s-calling to a hobby. The artist and word-smith in me became demoted and well-disguised as a mom, teacher, psychologist, speaker… anything but an artist… Until now. I finally have the courage to embrace my art as a powerful way to heal hurting hearts, make a difference, and it is now a vital part of who I am. I treasure most my innate gifts and the hard-earned life lessons that taught me that I am enough, that even the bittersweet moments matter, and that I am stronger than I think. My life’s twists and turns, a near-death-experience at 17, and my gray hairs have made me aware of the legacy I want to live now, that love is the answer to every question and that every moment is precious, even the challenging ones. My grandkids know me as ‘Tutu’. They know that they can count on me for unconditional love and can trust that my words and actions will match. Rather than only embellishing return envelopes as a hobby before mailing off my bills, or doing kitchen table art with my grandkids, I now confidently share my lettering skills to make a meaningful difference. It is my intention to use my creativity, curiosity, courage and caring to make life just a little bit easier for us all.

Cancer Pathways was formerly Gilda’s Club Seattle – named in honor of Gilda Radner, who, when describing the emotional and social support she received when she had cancer, called for such places of participation, education, hope and friendship to be made available for people with cancer and their families and friends everywhere. The New York flagship facility, with its International Training Center, opened in June of 1995. Anna Gottlieb, our Executive Director, saw an article in People Magazine on a rainy Seattle afternoon many years ago about the first Gilda’s Club opening in New York City. She was so intrigued by the family focus and the humor that went along with a cancer support community that she went to NY to see it for herself. She was so convinced that this wonderful program was needed in Seattle that she spent the last 19 years pursuing this dream. Anna says, “This has been a journey filled with much love, dedication, passion and commitment on the parts of so many. It has been a privilege and honor to play a small part of this incredible team.” We officially opened the doors to our clubhouse in 2001 and have been continually growing, adapting, and walking along side people with cancer ever since.

This Is an encore presentation of Positive Talk Radio, Martha Norwalk is on the air on KKNW in Seattle every Sunday from 9 am to noon Visit Martha Norwalk.com for more info about this incredibly gifted individual
Meet Martha Norwalk Animal Behaviorist and "Animal World" host
• Frequent guest on Seattle radio & television • Subject of numerous newspaper & magazine articles • Owner: Martha's Canine, Feline, andAll Creature Counseling • Associate Degree with honors in Animal Technology • Canine and Feline Behavior Therapist • Laboratory, X-ray and Surgical Technician
Martha's unique presentation centers around her beliefs in the innate intelligence and emotional capacity of animals. She dislikes the use of the word "pet" because it connotes ownership; a concept that devalues the life of the animal. Martha teaches and practices the art of inter-species telepathic communication — the ability to relay visual images between animal and human — as a means of exchanging thoughts and feelings with our animal-friends. It is a practice that produces a great deal of controversy but, at the same time, results in a profound bond between human and animal. This is, of course, in addition to her ability to draw upon a wealth of knowledge and experience in the raising, training, caring, and healing of a variety of animals over a 25-year career as a vet-tech and animal behavior consultant. Martha attended the University of Washington College of Arts & Sciences in the late '60s, and earned a degree in Animal Technology from Fort Steilacoom Community College in 1971. She has been employed as a veterinary technician, surgical assistant, laboratory X-ray technician, and has owned two businesses involved in animal training and behavior modification. She currently maintains a private counseling practice and is a frequent lecturer and media guest.

Do you confuse spirituality with religion? We can be both religious and spiritual, or religious without being spiritual, or spiritual without being religious. By Dr. Margaret Paul.
You go to church every Sunday and you say your prayers every day. Does this mean you are a spiritual person? No. You practice yoga and meditate every day. Does this mean you are a spiritual person? No. You belong to spiritual group and are devoted to following the teachings of the group. Does this mean you are a spiritual person? No. What, then, does it mean to be a spiritual person? Being a spiritual person is synonymous with being a person whose highest priority is to be loving to yourself and others. A spiritual person cares about people, animals and the planet, and strives to be a kind person. A spiritual person knows that we are all One, and consciously attempts to honor this Oneness. You can go to church every Sunday and say your prayers every day, without caring about being kind and loving to yourself, others and to the planet. You can practice yoga and meditate every day without being conscious of what is loving and what is not loving in your thoughts and actions. You can belong to a spiritual group and devotedly follow the teachings, yet still be judgmental toward yourself and others in your daily life. There are many people who do not practice a religion, who do not meditate, pray or belong to any group, who are very spiritual people. These people naturally do caring things for others. They think about how they can help. Their thoughts are kind rather than judgmental toward themselves and toward others. When you look at them, you see kindness in their eyes. There are many religious people who are anything but kind. We all know of religious people who are extremely judgmental, righteous and outright mean. Can you be both religious and spiritual? Of course! But only when you are operating in your religion from your heart rather than from the learned dogma of your mind. Years ago I very briefly attended a "spiritual" group. People would meet in an auditorium to hear the leader of the group speak. The second time I attended I heard a number of parents yelling at their children and judging them to try to control them. These parents were being anything but kind with their children. That was the last time I attended the spiritual group. The focus of the group was surrender to God, but love was rarely in the picture! They obviously had a very different experience of God than I do. My experience of God is that God is the energy of Love that created us and sustains us. In my experience, "God is Spirit" (John 4:24) and "God is love" (1 John 4:16). Anything that is not of love, peace, joy, truth and kindness is not of God. Praying to God does not mean that you are allowing the spirit that is God - the love, peace, joy, truth and kindness that is God - to guide your thoughts and actions. Practicing yoga or meditating does not mean that you have invited the love that is God into your heart, or that you are turning to that ever-present love to learn about what is in your highest good, and the highest good of others and the planet. If you want to be a spiritual person, then let kindness be your guiding light - kindness toward yourself, toward others, toward animals and toward this beautiful planet that is our home. Recognize that we all have the spark of love that is God within us, and learn to honor that love so that you can know and experience the Oneness of all that is. Practicing Inner Bonding and learning to be kind to yourself inevitably leads to kindness to others. Inner Bonding is a powerful spiritual path.
Kat James transformed her body and skin beyond recognition after a 12-year eating disorder and autoimmune disease nearly took her life. Without drugs or deprivation, the principles, strategies and resources that took her years to stumble on ultimately cured not only Kat's heroin-like addiction to food (resulting in a loss of ten dress sizes), but the skin-disfiguring liver disease and other issues that destroyed her health, beauty, and self-image for more than a decade. Today, at forty-four, and with none of the effort typically made to maintain such dramatic weight loss and transformation, Kat continues to defy the no-pain, no-gain, "boot camp" myths of beauty and slimness in her well-researched teachings, and in her vibrant living example. Called "a master of self-transformation" by Self magazine's Mary Christ Anderson, Kat's advice and programs have been featured on Today, Hallmark Channel's New Morning, TBS' Movie and a Makeover, and in nearly every fashion and natural health magazine, including Vogue, Glamour, Oprah's magazine, O, Alternative Medicine, and Natural Health. Through her newly updated and re-released bestseller, The Truth About Beauty, national health columns, PBS special, and acclaimed, cruise- and villa-based Total Transformation® programs since 2000, Kat has helped thousands to mastermind their own healing transformations using science and strategy, rather than suffering or short-sighted quick-fixes. Known for her powerful "lifestyle upgrades" that produce visible change in a matter of days, and for her collection of one-of-a-kind resources that spell the difference between failure and success, Kat's teachings have consistently enabled others to replicate her own remarkable results, and garnered the endorsement of many leaders in nutrition and health. Adding a compelling dimension to Kat's rare perspective are her years in the world of fashion as one of the most sought-after beauty experts and celebrity makeup artists of the 90's. A former consultant and on-camera spokesperson for Maybelline, Max Factor and Revlon, Kat's aesthetic background, along with years of creating illusions of perfection on models as she struggled to conquer her own beauty demons has deepened her grasp of the emotional, physical, and superficial constraints that must be shed in order to unlock the true radiant potential in each of us. The recent re-release of The Truth About Beauty has garnered James the 2009 Silver Nautilus Book Award. After ascending to #1 out of 200 titles at Beyond Words Publishing in 2006, primarily by word of mouth, publishing giant Simon and Schuster's Atria Books division honored The Truth About Beauty with a Featured Re-release in January of 2008. Kat's part-memoir, part how-to encyclopedia—relied on by consumers and professionals alike—is now comprehensively updated. With forty percent new material, book-wide research updates, dramatic success stories, Kat's highly anticipated collection of Recipes for Transformation, and her Total Transformation® Teleseminars and full-curriculum Teleprograms to reinforce its application, the featured re-release takes readers' transformations to unprecedented levels. For more information, visit Kat's website, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year: www.InformedBeauty.com.
The podcast is the culmination of almost 20 years of studies, people and concepts. I tried my best to remain pure of heart to provide the best information possible. About what you ask? Why we are here and all the questions about what in the hell is going on. I ask nothing from you other than if this message makes sense to you please share it with everyone. What message? WE ARE ALL ONE, and together we can solve humanities problems.
I made money. I lost money. I did not know what psychic was. Now I am one. I traveled, taught and consulted; everywhere. I learned a few things on my journey to make me think outside the box. I started doing readings as a joke and learned that is the best training. I wrote a couple of books to offer new perspectives. I learned to do regressions so I could uncover my own issues. In an accidental 4 hour intensive consultation one night people freed themselves of paralyzing burdens; so I added it to my bag of tricks. I learned to have a listening ear, to hold space and to meditate. I embrace change, kicking and screaming. My worthiest goal is to have every thought be loving. I fail well and often. I keep trying. I love what I do. I am happy.

Sadly Michael has passed on now, but he truly left behind a lasting legacy. As he lays out in his book anyone can learn to heal others through "laying on" of the hands, using energy to actually heal what problems you may have, both in person and remotely. His goal was to teach others how to use his system for good. Rest in peace Michael, I hope this podcast helps to bring awareness to your book so that you can continue your work!

With original chants that are used for meditation, yoga, stress management, massage, and sleep playlists worldwide, Deva Premal & Miten not only model spiritually-conscious living but also share powerful tools for wellness, mindfulness, and personal growth. Creating an alternative to contemporary music culture, Deva Premal & Miten additionally offer sacred global gatherings with a temple-like environment, where music is not an ego-driven performance, but rather, a portal to contemplation, inner peace, and heart-centered connection. As the musicians chant the core of mantra and improvise with instruments, all those assembled participate with their voices – making each gathering a unique work of art, an interweaving of humanity, and an offering to the Divine, as well as an antidote to the isolation, stress, and chaos afflicting so many in today’s world. Against the backdrop of cutting-edge research in music and epigenetics, where scientific studies have proven the efficacy of “lifestyle medicine” in treating mental and physical health issues, those touched by Deva Premal & Miten’s albums and musical gatherings have written in to share dramatic shifts in their lives – including spontaneous improvement in, or even complete resolution of, chronic health issues – thereby validating the power of mantra to heal the world, one chant at a time.

In the aftermath of 2 new mass shootings, I talk with you about hate division and fear, and how President Trump is dealing with it and in fact using them for his own political purposes. It must stop and we must all come together to say enough hate, enough fear because we are in fact all one family
Kristen a long time friend talk about the challenges of being part of a "blended Family". A family where they are truly all one, but one that faces the real scary prospect of just leaving the home. This is a difficult time for them because there is so much hate, division and fear. Starting with the occupant of the oval office, Mr. Donald J. Trump. I am outraged that good people, Americans all should live life this way. It must change now. In November 2020 we must come together and vote to restore the presidency to a position of honor, that respects each one of us regardless of who we are. VOTE- WE AER ALL ONE!

"Our most revered heroes, such as Jesus, Gandhi and Martin Luther King, distinguished themselves by their ability to remain true to themselves even when facing adversity. Whenever we exhibit this kind of integrity we feel like our own hero," writes Dr. Jordan Paul in his latest book, BECOMING YOUR OWN HERO. "It is available to us all but," he adds, "even our inspirational heroes usually have not shown us the way to apply this principle in our close interpersonal relationships." Now, Dr. Paul, co-author of the national best-seller, "Do I Have to Give Up Me to Be Loved by You?, fills this gap. By showing us how to respond to difficulties in ways that do not compromise our own integrity or that of others, he provides a guide to finding greater fulfillment in relationships with ourselves, significant others, children, friends, and co-workers.
From the New York Times bestselling author of The New Revelations and Conversations with God comes a galvanizing vision of spirituality unlike anything you've experienced before.... Humanity is about to create a new form of spirituality on earth. Neale Donald Walsch believes that this New Spirituality will allow humans to express their natural impulse toward the Divine without making one another wrong for the way in which they are doing it...and without killing each other in the name of it. In Tomorrow's God, Walsch offers compelling reasons why adopting this new belief system is in the best interests of humankind -- now. Tomorrow's God contains an astonishing prediction, one that comes from an astonishing source: God. Presented as a conversation between God and Walsch, this startling, profound book is offered in two parts: Part One deals with humanity's current conception of God, and the new ideas about the Deity that will characterize God in our not-too-distant future. Part Two examines how these ideals will be put into place -- and how they will impact our lives, and help us to create a newer, better world. Controversial, challenging, and illuminating, Tomorrow's God provides both spiritual and down-to-earth advice on what each of us can do to cope with the current world crises -- and experience God in such a way that ourexperience of one another will be healed at last.
Hilarious and addictive, this chronicle of a small-town girl’s stint as a celebrity nanny reveals what really happens in the diaper trenches of Hollywood.
When Oregon native Suzanne Hansen becomes a live-in nanny to the children of Hollywood über-agent Michael Ovitz, she thinks she’s found the job of her dreams. But Hansen’s behind-the-scenes access soon gets her much more than she bargained for: working twenty-four hours a day, juggling the shifting demands of the Hollywood elite, and struggling to comprehend wealth unimaginable to most Americans, not to mention dealing with the expected tantrums and the unexpected tense–and intense–atmosphere in the house where she lives with her employers.
When the thankless drudgery takes its toll and Hansen finally quits, her boss threatens to blackball her from ever nannying in Hollywood again. Discouraged but determined, Hansen manages to land gigs with Debra Winger and then Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman. Attentive, welcoming parents with a relaxed attitude toward celebrity–looks like Hansen’s fallen into a real-life happy ending. But the round-the-clock workdays continue, rubbing some of the glitter off L.A. living, and Hansen’s not sure how much longer she can pretend to be Mary Poppins. Even bosses who treat her like family can’t help as she struggles to find meaning in her work while living in a town that seems to lack respect for nannies and everyone else who comes in the employee’s entrance–but without whom many showbiz households would grind to a halt.
Peppering her own journey with true stories and high drama experienced by other nannies to the stars, Hansen offers an intriguing, entertaining mix of tales from the cribs of the rich and famous. You’ll Never Nanny in This Town Again is a treat for everyone who is fascinated by the skewed priorities of Tinseltown, for anyone who has wondered how high-wattage supermoms do it all, and for readers who love peeking behind the curtains of celebrity, all of whom will devour this unparalleled–and unabashedly true–account of one girl’s tour of duty as Hollywood’s hired help.

NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. NLP relies on language processing but should not be confused with natural language processing, which shares the same acronym. NLP was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who believed it was possible to identify the patterns of thoughts and behaviors of successful individuals and to teach them to others. Despite a lack of empirical evidence to support it, Bandler and Grinder published two books, The Structure of Magic I and II, and NLP took off. Its popularity was partly due to its versatility in addressing the many diverse issues that people face.
