Su vocación por impulsar la diversidad de género inició cuando cursaba un MBA en Estados Unidos donde se reunía un grupo de 200 estudiantes chilenos, de los cuales sólo 5 eran mujeres, desde ahí ha buscado contribuir de manera activa para aminorar la brecha. En la parte de reclutamiento, siempre busca un pool inicial de talento diverso; considera que la diversidad en los equipos de trabajo los hacer ser más ágiles e innovadores.
Sobre el liderazgo, comenta que un líder debe de ser directo, transparente, debe estar genuinamente preocupado por el desarrollo personal y profesional de sus equipos y fomentar una cultura de feedback que permita que los equipos den lo mejor de sí.
Para Adolfo, la industria energética es un termómetro de la economía del país, es un sector donde se manejan altos volúmenes y hay alto riesgo.
Sobre el futuro, considera que es importante que en México se generen reformas, existan un marco jurídico adecuado y sinergia entre el capital privado y público optimizando los recursos del país. Entre los países a los que podríamos ver como referentes se encuentran Japón, Estados Unidos y Chile.
Entre los aprendizajes del trabajo remoto comenta que se encuentran el ser empáticos, flexibles, tener mayor comunicación y tolerancia.

Luciana comparte que estamos en un mundo volátil donde no sabemos qué pasará, se requiere visión y entendimiento de la situación. Comparte cómo la pandemia ha impactado en los trámites y actividades regulatorias. Del lado de los consumidores, comenta que actualmente están buscando más productos enfocados en salud y bienestar, que sean sustentables; los consumidores se han vuelto expertos en seleccionar productos por cómo se hacen, lo que tienen, el impacto en la sociedad y el medio ambiente.
Sobre las habilidades que busca en su equipo destaca la capacidad de aprender, el entendimiento del negocio, y el ser aliado estratégico del negocio. Es importante que las personas estén motivadas, que crean en la compañía y que sientan que hay un equipo que los acompaña. Transmitir la pasión es muy importante.
Luciana agrega que, 70% de tu desarrollo depende de ti mismo, el 20% lo aprendes de tus mentores y 10% de cursos de capacitación.
Soledad comparte cómo empezó su camino en minería. Ha tenido experiencia en países como Estados Unidos donde se dio cuenta de la relevancia de la industria minera en la economía a nivel mundial y del gran posicionamiento de Chile.
En términos de equidad de género, comparte que localmente hay un 8% de participación de mujeres y las empresas de la industria se han puesto metas concretas para aumentar esta cifra. Soledad agrega que “La minería no es una industria de hombres, es una industria de todos”
