Ok so although it's Zero Down Payment there are some Stings Attached (Of course)... Here they are, so it's actually granted to you in the form of a 2nd mortgage which has no monthly payments and does not accrue interest and... does need to be paid back upon refinance, sale or once you've paid off the loan, But hey, it get's you into homeownership man! In this Episode I get into how when we have an idea for a new venture we can become so fixated on making sure we are completely and perfectly ready before launching that we often can become paralyzed and not take action. Taking action is often the thing we need to do to get some momentum going and punch fear in the face! I like to say, do it anyway.
