This episode is heavier than others simply due to its content, however, it’s an important topic to discuss and one that has been on my heart quite recently. This is my experience with death and grief and my hope is that this episode can maybe bring some comfort, clarity, or guidance when it’s come to navigating the trauma that comes with death and grief. Healing is not linear, grief is an eb and flow, and pain is meant to be felt, but we do not have to suffer alone. Whatever you may be currently experiencing, I wish you nothing but love and compassion.

Yo yyyyoooo! Welcome to another Friday episode release, dear friends. This one is a jab-hook of motivation; quick, but does the job. I was inspired to record this spontaneous encouragement by the motivation Goddess herself; Mrs. Rachel Hollis. In a recent podcast episode of hers, she spoke about doing a midyear check-in of your goals, dreams, desires, aspirations to reflect on how far you’ve come, and what more you can achieve. Believe it or not, we are half way through 2019 - are you on track, or do you need a kick in the ass? Listen to this to get amped up (hopefully) to continue progressing šŸ‘ŠšŸ»

In this episode, myself and my best babe Marisa Gorjeu discuss an ongoing epidemic; the harmful toxins and chemicals that are in beauty and skincare products. We give insight and personal opinions as to why we made the switch to become more conscious and intentional skincare product consumers, as well as uncovering and sharing secrets the beauty industry doesn’t want you to know about... We have obtained this extremely useful knowledge by becoming consultants of an AMAZING company called Beautycounter (no it’s not a pyramid scheme), and feel it is our duty to share this shocking new knowledge with you. I would highly recommend checking out Beautycounter’s website at www.beautycounter.com, and of course you can follow my girl Maris on Instagram at @genuinelymarisa and @genuinelysafer. Happy listening! PS As embarrassing as it may be, I say ā€œlikeā€ about a billion times in this episode... bare with me people šŸ™ƒ
