The Winx Club podcast has your masters of ceremonies (ember and Bloom, two fanfic writers and general fangirls) discussing anything and everything Winx Club-related. Fairy forms, seasons, favorites - you name it, it's here.
Here's the deal; last week Bloom and special guest Chris made a post about Baltor totally not being a bottom in any relationship. What should have been over and done with instead spiraled into a tag-wide discussion with posts and arguments. So logically, the next best thing to do was discuss every character and most ships in detail of where they fall: top, bottom, or switch. Bloom and Stella? Got it. Aisha and Nex? It's here! Matt and Tinkerbell from World of Winx? Shockingly here too! Strap in adult-kiddos, and get ready for an adventure of epic proportions.
As Netflix announces plans for a live-action ‘Young Adult’ Winx series, and Rainbow releases some truly...unique art from Season 8, Bloom and ember rise from the ashes to do what they do best; ask questions, make fun of things, and go off on random tangents no one really cares about. Welcome back!
Netflix and Rainbow announce their collaboration for a live-action series
First official art for Season 8
In a turn of events so shocking it isn’t, World of Winx has been pushed in its release date. That’s bad news for everyone, including Bloom and ember, who have been banking on that show coming out to get them off hiatus. But a lack of release date can’t slow them down, so instead they’re talking about what we do know, taking time to get caught up in looking at Rainbow’s other products (and Ever After High), and - as usual - making generalizations on subjects they have no firsthand knowledge about. Oh yeah, and discussing whitewashing, because it looks like that’s gonna be a thing.
It’s summertime, and Bloom and ember are here to talk about the long awaited Netflix series World of….wait, what? What do you mean it isn’t out yet? They said Spring; they can’t push it back! We were banking on this to do a podcast! ….Well, that’s awkward. Now what can we talk about for a super extended period of time? Umm….oh! I know! Season 3! Yeah, that works; this time around, Bloom and ember are finally giving a lowdown on Season 3, so maybe they’ll finally stop talking about it every episode (Spoilers: probably not).
as if onepodcast a year about a couple wasN’t Enough, bloom and ember are back, Very EaRly in the month for once talkinG abOut bloom and sky. the winx club maiN darliNg couple have Always loved each other no matter what - but is that a Good thing? After 2 episodes of kinda serious topics, it’s time to kick back and have some fun! With Alternate Universes! This month, Bloom and ember have come up with AU plotlines that would totally turn Winx Club on its head, one for every season and the 1st movie. The only problem? Neither knows what the other has thought up, and once read aloud, they need to come up with how the world would change! This ought to be fun!
For the second year in a row, Bloom and ember are spending Valentine’s Day the month of February discussing one of Winx Club’s most controversial couple; Musa and Riven! Well, not talking so much as fangirling, because as you know, they love them. But to spice things up this year and keep them on track, they’ve enlisted the help of @realms-delight?, aka Chris! So sit down for some fics recs, favorite episodes, in-depth discussion, and tons of fun!
Happy 2016, Winxers! To start the new year off right, Bloom and ember are sending you to boot camp - writing boot camp, that is! Considering their first encounter with each other was through fanfiction, and both actively write to this day, they’re giving the down low on how to plot out some awesome stories, get new ideas, and keep it fun! So grab a pen and paper and figure out a better name for Tecna’s kid than ‘Digit,’ cuz we’re going in!
