Please help me in welcoming, the founder and president of Women of 4D, Kadetra CooperToday’s guest is a Warrior of Personal Growth and Development and understands self-awareness is essential to elevate and transform into the person we are called to be. She believes even if we are unprepared for a life encounter, we have to be consciously equipped to handle whatever comes our way. She experienced a major identity shift upon becoming a mother, at 20 years old, which intensified as she combatted the stigma of being an unmarried mother. She desires for mothers, especially single mothers, to balance the expectations and demands of motherhood with the power and resilience of being a woman. She is committed to creating a platform to be a resource and advocate for single mothers through a diverse network of sisterhood. She feels experience is a building block for wisdom and an opportunity to display God’s glory. Each motherhood journey is unique, but the assignment is the same. Circumstance does not have the power to write your story- it can’t hear your heart. Kadetra acknowledges her “why” is to inspire, educate, encourage, and empower women to see past the “right now”.EMAIL - info@womenof4d.orgWebsite: www.womenof4d.orgFacebook and Twitter: Women of 4DInstagram: @Women_of_4D“You will also decide and decree a thing, and it will be established for you, and the light [of God’s favor] will shine upon your ways.” – Job 22:28

This belief compelled them to develope a website that makes it easy for anyone to type answers to interview questions and then publish their writing as hard cover books that they can give to their family. Meant to be a gift that will keep their legacy safe and secure for generations. Asked what Their favorite thing about this creative work is they responded, "We believe strongly in the vision and potential to change lives and improve relationships through this project. It has the potential to spread throughout our communities, the nation, and the world, helping people understand their one-of-a-kind importance. We need to be dedicated and resolute that what we seek to bring the world is worth fighting for." It is my pleasure and honor to welcome to the Morning fuel podcast family. Having lost 2 sisters to cancer inside of 3 years she decided to turn her grief into good. She has been working to let everyone know there is an alternative to sending flowers as a means of expressing sympathy. When asked What her favorite thing about her Creative work is? She responded, When someone calls I get to know the person or pet who has passed away. Learning more about their life and interest allows me to help select the perfect memorial gift. Her hope in this endeavor is to continue to search for unique special pieces she can add to her collection. Believing that is the perfect way to tell someone you share in their sorrow. The most valuable lesson she has learned is that Empathy is probably the most important trait you can have in this business. She says that she doesn’t have to work at it at all, it comes naturally as she reflects about her own loss.

OvercomeHQ is a personal development organization that is grounded on a foundation of faith and stoic philosophy. Our mission is to lead, inspire and drive people to become a better self, specializing in areas of life, leadership, career, and financial development. Our vision is to eventually become a fully function nonprofit organization with a philanthropic heart that will be able to support the local community by offering college scholarships to young leaders. What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start? For many years I have known that I wanted to start my own business, and since serving in the military, I found myself being drawn into to leadership, I found a passion in leading and mentoring young people. Additionally, for many years I struggled with addiction while facing many challenges, and on October 10, 2016, I found my faith, and after exploring what I truly wanted to do in this life, I realized that serving others and bringing encouragement to people who may not have hope in the moment. This is one of my greatest gifts and want to share it. What’s your favorite thing about your job? Watching others grow as they realize that there are people out there willing to support them, while walking by their side through trouble and trying times and seeing their faces when they finally “get it”. - Listen to Episode for MORE.

A lot of things have been surprising. But I think the biggest thing is that these things are MY spiritual practice. Painting and writing are just as critical to my spiritual growth, as praying, meditating, studying the Bible, or reading other books, etc. We were made in the image of God. We are all creators. We may not see it yet. And poetry may not be the thing that releases your soul but building a car or building, might be. Playing with food, or fabric might be, or saving the planet or a life, might be also. Talent isn’t always in the arts, and creativity is need in every platform. To my kids is a book where I speak to my kids and tell them all the things I would tell them if they had the attention span to sit and listen to me talk for hours. I'm sharing 46 years of life experience and lessons learned with them with my intent being to help them avoid making the mistakes I made and to help guide them through life. I want them to learn from me instead of having to go through the things I went through because I was ignorant.
