The Podcast by Students for Students - The Fourth Antiphon is a short, college-led, college-produced podcast for college students. OCF Podcast Student Leader Marcus Lotti talks to friends, parents, teachers, and clergy members to provide a listening experience that every college student will understand and appreciate.
For college students, fasting is often difficult to do on campus. Knowing this, Marcus talks about the history of fasting and reminds his audience that fasting is more than a set of rules; it's a way of life for an Orthodox Christian.
Marcus goes into full storytelling mode to compare the lives and sayings of multiple 20th century saints in this longer podcast in which he shows how important it is to be humbled but ultimately joyful because of the lives of saints not too far removed from our own.
After a Christmas break, Marcus turns to Psalm 40 and St. Paisios to both meditate on God's justice and righteousness and also think about what happens when we lose sight of God in our human attempts for justice, equality, and mercy.
