In this episode I've tackled the wrong approach to sin's relationship to grace. Grace abounding is not dependent upon sin's commission. It is rather the law's just exposure and condemnation of sin that increases the radiance of grace in the believer's life. Enjoy, comment and share.

In this episode, I look into the substance of the language in Romans 5:12-21, and find that Paul basically presented the Covenant of Works, juxtaposing Adam's administration of it with Christ's administration of it. The application of this knowledge moves one to a better understanding and appreciation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The language and structure of the text, reaching all the way back to 2:1, shows conclusive remarks made by the Apostle. Many of these were conclusions about one universal truth that lead directly to his presentation of another universal truth. Sin's origin and universality as well as the salvation of men from every nation are explained as being tied to just two men--Adam and Jesus Christ.

Christians are not an anomaly of redemptive history. We belong to it, to the very root. True blessedness is being counted righteous and forgiven by God.
