With Mr Topping out of contact, Layla and the gang need to get to the town hall to find out what is going on. Can they stop a potential disaster?
Mr Topping suspects Mr Fraser is up to something so enlists Layla and the gang into a spot of spying whilst he follows a lead.
A new secret group is formed and in a secret meeting, the children learn about the gadgets a spy may use.
Life in Year 6 does not seem as bad as Layla first thought, until she has a run-in with an old enemy,
