Together we discuss our similar personal histories of being very disconnected from our bodies, and the reason that so many of us learn to not trust our bodies as a safe space. Hello True Creators! Eeek! This episode may be uncomfortable to see, but hear me out! I have been seeing this with so many people that I desired to speak to it, once again.
Did you know that shadow work ends? At some point along our awakening journey we learn to be in pure presence, and then our "work" is to stabilize this presence as we continue to expand. From here we learn to play and be True Creators. And if we continue to look for shadow work instead of playing, we get caught in a very uncomfortable limbo of stagnancy and confusion.

Hello True Creators! How have you been doing, navigating these massive energy releases and clearings in the past month? Wow, I have felt so much, and cleansed more incongruity to allow space for the awakening of more light codes within. It has felt difficult at times, and also incredible. So much light expansion within me! I hope you are feeling and experiencing something similar.
Through all of this expansion, my consciousness is once again drawn to the Heartspace, within myself and so many whom I channel for. We have the potential to open this center in a big way, and stabilize our energy in the strength of vulnerability as well.

Hello True Creators! I know it has been a WHILE since I brought you a new podcast episode, and I'm so happy to be back and sharing with you once again!
For a few months I have been exploring open relationships. This is an area I am hearing many people question within themselves, because as we awaken, we want to be more open and expansive and question our assumptions.

Hello True Creators! I recently got back home from Mexico and I feel refreshed and so grateful. But the trip was not what I had planned it to be! I ended up doing a three day fast and so spent a lot of time in self-reflection - not writing my book as I had set out on the trip to do. But it was (of course) exactly what I needed.
In this episode I share about the very powerful channeling session I had years ago where I learned about my soul history and mission that drew me to Mexico in the first place, as well as why it's so important to PLAY - especially right now.
