Looking for Aha-moments? Surprisingly useful connections? Interested in learning more about You, how your personality was formed, who you truly are? I know I am. And so, as an INFJ type I enjoy finding underlying patterns and share them in this forum. I also talk about Non-Duality (Advaita Vedanta). Take this journey with me and with your questions and comments we will tread forth together, attempting to make sense of it all. :)
In the previous episode we noted that merely focusing on practicing the mutually beneficial win-win situations will not fulfil our longing for meaning and connection. Thus it may not be sufficient to move us out of an increasingly addictive world, where all we have are fast pleasure hits provided by addictively designed food or social media.
What is more satisfying than the currently addictive model of society? The key to this question has been presented to us for thousands of years in all sorts of mystical traditions. Here we look at chapter 38 of the 2500 year old "Tao Teh Ching" by Lao Tzu, translated by Hua-Ching Ni.
We also look at what it predicts will happen, step by step, if one is not in touch with ones inner essence. And we look at what it suggests one do to find a way of living aligned with all, so that kindness is natural and the win-win interactions become beautiful and satisfying.

Narratives are stories that we give power when we believe in them.
They may originate in traumas, developmental traumas and this form our personalities, telling us who we are.
They may come from our society and be partially factual or fictional.
By moving beyond our current identity we can loosen the grip they have on us.
This move will also tend to move us beyond just mutually beneficial exchanges, where we exchange one thing for another, into deeply meaningful and satisfying interactions.

Beauty with capital B is like God with capital G - inexplicable. And yet, there is so much to say.
It is our essence. It is one part of the trinity of our essence: Beauty, Consciousness, Love.
Beauty is related to one of the fundamental ways in which we experience, in particular through perception. It is tied to Being. Moving away from our wholeness we move into separation, and it becomes more and more difficult to find beauty in all form, though it is its essence.
We also talk about Consciousness and how it is tied to our awareness, our thoughts and our sequential sense of time.
And we mention how Love provides us a direction and dynamics and is the essence of all feelings. When moving into separation it becomes fear.
We also talk about Art being able to move us closer to Beauty, and thus closer to our essence and talk about the idea that the purpose of Art is to reveal Beauty.

The idea of moving from Beauty can be accessed through all we do but is perhaps easier to find through dance.
When we move from Beauty we act from an expanded sense of self and a larger perspective. We act from love, instead of acting from fear.
By letting go, opening up, becoming present, receiving and inviting in the moment we can let Beauty build up in us until it becomes almost inevitable for us to move from it. Then we move in service to it and it becomes of benefit to all.
Practicing moving from Beauty can be deeply transformative and profoundly meaningful, and is, unsurprisingly, in service to our world.

The astrologer Michael Lennox once said, in passing:
"The world is not happening to you, not even for you, or through you, but as you."
I found these perspectives thought-worthy and decided to think about them out loud.
It is interesting how each step along this process of going from the first, to the second, to the third and to the fourth perspective is automatically achieved by letting go of identification. In the end, de-identifying with everything cannot be distinguished from being all.

Is it possible to keep our faith in spite of all the dark moments we experience? What is faith? What can we base it on an how can we use it to have a beautiful life?
We start off by listening to a part of the tango “Tormenta” (Storm, in English), arranged by Carlos di Sarli featuring Mario Pomar, as a poetic expression for the lack of faith in life.
"...Yo siento que mi fe se tambalea,
que la gente mala, vive
¡Dios! mejor que yo…"
In English:
"...I feel that my faith falters,
that bad people live,
God! better than me..."
We note that, as we spoke in the previous episode, the systems of our world are set up in a way that favours people who are not ethical actors.
However, we also note that we are actually not set up in that way. We actually prefer love over what we call negative emotions. In wishing to live in a way that enables these expansive emotions we actually use faith.
Such a way is similar to what we discussed in episode 47, where we do not focus on the details and the reductionistic step-by-step process in the beginning. Instead we need to be able to open up to a wider field of possibilities, potentialities.
The basis of faith is uncertainty and our knowledge of how profoundly limited we are in our minds.
We mention Michael A. Singer and his book "The Surrender Experiment", as an example of a person who manages to let go of his attachments to the details and roles and is thus able to live a life filled with miracles.

Why is life so difficult? Why do we have to struggle so much and yet often gain so little? Why are millions starving? Why is there so much lack and why is abundance so difficult to come by?
Even though most would agree that abundance and love are what we value, the systems around our material world are not set up that way.
Instead our systems are set up to value scarcity. We protect it and manufacture it. And we use fear to make sure that we can keep whatever scarce goods we can gain.
Is it possible to build a system that values abundance instead of scarcity? What would that mean?
Then, that which we value would not be something that could bring me an advantage over someone else, instead we would value that which elevates us all the most.
This requires a profound change in all of our interactions, including communication, and could lead to a system where we would live more aligned with who we feel we are and with what we feel we value (love, freedom, creativity, abundance).

Inspired by the movement called "Effective Altruism", I asked myself the question as I have seen it posed: "How can I do the most good, given my limited resources?"
As I asked it, I wondered if the second part of the question, "...given my limited resources", was not tripping me up in finding the most natural answer.
To show how the second part is problematic I start out by one of the suggestions from the Effective Altruism community members, which proposes that we end greed.
Thus we explore the subject of greed, desire, power, time itself, instant gratification, addiction, sacrifice, and end up focusing on identity.
If we were to act from our infinite essence, as our essence, within the finite world, would the natural consequence not be that of automatically doing "the most good"?

"The Devil is in the Structure", and it is the structure, or the system, that provides a slanting floor and makes it easier for us to become, identify as, and live as agents for the system.
Systems ultimately lend us their eyes and we end up seeing the world through their perspective, losing other sight. We talk about this in the context of the system of "Capitalism".
If this is so, what type of system or structure would we be interested in? How would we like to see the world?
We mention that our current system is in the ending phase of self-termination. To create one that may stand a chance to survive long-term and thrive, combining with our nature, we look to a system beyond separation, where all-win is the objective.
We briefly say state some of the core issues to be addressed.
Thus the easier, and harder, path to becoming what you truly choose to become, based on your pure inspiration, is one where we start by living in a way that eventually creates a structure, or system, which allows us to envision the world as we truly wish to see it.

PS. In this episode I also mention Marshall Rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication". I you feel inspired, I just recently put up an 8 week course on Udemy based on it, so that we may find ways of connecting deeply and in satisfying ways with others, despite the polarisations in our society.

Do you feel the urge to help others? Do you know where it comes from? Sometimes it comes from love, and sometimes, like those times when you feel the need to give others advice and solutions, it might come from another place.
Learning to recognise where it comes from for you can help you become more free and loving.
In this episode we investigate where it often comes from for the schizoid structure (based on Lowen's Bioenergetics). In this case it may be based on past trauma and come from fear. We need to help in order to feel adequate, worthy of being a good person, worthy of love.
We look at three examples of how this may present itself, and how it creates an internal drama that leads to suffering and is disconnected from the actual situation at hand.
We then talk about how by identifying the fear we can look for a larger perspective that will let us drop it. Here we discuss the paradigm of judgement, releasing it, and moving into ones essence.

In this final episode of 2021 I discuss the following picture: http://basiapiechocinska.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/EP60Crossroads-scaled.jpg
It represents a crossroads that we currently find ourselves at as humans on Earth. We see the hand of technology pushing us into a place of choice and two main roads being presented to us.
One road is represented by a caterpillar and invites us to continue living as we have, with a tribe-like identity and attitude. It leads to slavery or destruction.
The other is one represented by the chrysalis and invites us to morph internally into a butterfly-like being, leaving behind a limited identity that comes with ideas of threats and fears.

In times of great polarity we talk about two ways of stepping out of it and gaining insight and perspective.
The first method is related to ancient battle tactics, where the opponent wishes to distract you and create an internal fight, so that they may have the upper hand and be able to achieve their goal.
Here is the picture of the King and his Adviser I was referring to in the episode https://labourheartlands.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/pitchforks-.jpg.
The second method is related to going deeper inside, finding the inner trigger, and disarming it, so that it will be more difficult to pull you into polarity in the future.

We are currently finding ourselves in situations we would not have seen as justifiable only two years ago, and yet we are there. The situation is continuing to escalate as a totalitarian-like movement sweeps across the many countries.
In this episode we talk about some of the things we could have thought unthinkable, such as medical mandates, talks of lifetime prison for non-compliant persons, concentration camps and them being used as pure punishment for lying, without any recourse to law.

When we become aware that we are an actor we get the freedom of being able to choose what roles we play.
By relaxing and dwelling in the unknown present, we train our mind in a way that transcends and translates into all our experiences. It is like strength training, which automatically makes us stronger in all situations where muscles are involved.
By mindfully staying present for as little as 15 minutes a day we start being presented by opportunities to respond to situations, as opposed to automatically reacting to them. The presence also tends to spill over and spontaneously manifest as beauty.
In this episode we also talk about the effects of mindfulness training on deployed military.
Also we talk about further training of thought and feeling patterns in our mind and body and how a basic meditation habit can be helpful.

Understanding how and why judgement is problematic for us may be helpful in directing our attention towards alternative ways of being.
In our society we have been trained away from our natural way of being into a way that is based around praise and punishment, judgement, and consequently violence. We employ this when interacting with others as well as with ourselves.
It takes away our ability of being present to the beauty of the moment and reduces our ability to solve problems. On a level of society it is currently driving us into extinction.
We can, however, move into a fuller, wiser, way of being, that will bring satisfaction. It is a way of being beyond the Mind.
By learning to pay attention to when we tense up physically as well as emotionally and when we judge, we can start practicing "letting go". By spending time in non-objective meditation, we can become more confident in our nature and allow ourselves to let go of the identification with our roles.
This way we may anchor our mind in our heart and naturally live from it, as opposed to living from the stagnant constructs of judgement.

In this short, short episode we connect some of the ideas we have spoken about. In particular we see how The Art of Silence, of practicing silence, is the origin of the language of the giraffe. This is Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication. It is also the language of win-win games.
It is what is needed if we wish to physically stay on Earth, and not extinguish ourselves.
By dwelling in silence and letting go of identification with our roles, we awaken love and can speak directly from it. As such, we elevate all and become a gift to the world.

In this episode we primarily look at Hannah Arendt's 1951 book "The Origins of Totalitarianism" and try to see if we can recognise some of the dynamics she writes about, in our current covid-world.
The prerequisites for the beginnings of a totalitarian dynamics, of rootlessness, unattached anxiety, and meaninglessness have been escalated by covid-lockdowns. A central narrative is being presented to the masses.
Should we worry about the next step? What did the next steps look like in past totalitarian regimes? How can we make sure we avoid the atrocities?
By finding a bigger threat than the current one we can snap out of a totalitarian hypnosis like state, but such an exit is only likely to lead us to latch onto a new narrative. A constructive way out is one where we find meaning and rootedness in a natural way, thus making it more difficult to fall prey to totalitarian dynamics, as well as addictions in general.
By learning who we truly are, and thus no longer identifying with ideologies or roles, we might find the satisfaction we are looking for.

Marshall Rosenberg´s "Nonviolent Communication", or "the language of the giraffe" is a heart centered all-win type of interaction.
In this episode we discuss it as a possible future language of a civilisation that is based around win-win solutions for all, including the planet.
We talk about money and how it is difficult to fit such a concept into the language of a giraffe as it creates incentive and is a key feature of the hierarchical power system we are currently in.
We also look at how Rosenberg was able to work around it.

This episode is actually inspired by a Disney song.
We all probably know that what we focus on we tend to notice more of and who/what we identify as provides a perspective for our life. These are almost cliché, and yet when used wisely can prove life changing.
Many of our globally most impactful problems can be traced back to an "we - they" outlook on life. It is the ancient win-lose game of tribes that is currently no longer possible to uphold and have humanity and most of the species on Earth survive.
In the podcast I mention a pdf I just finished drawing with these insights. Download the pdf with my pictures, called "The Societal Glitch", from here: http://basiapiechocinska.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/The-Societal-Glitch.pdf
The song, previously alluded to, is called "You're Welcome", and if listened to with a particular mindset provides a beautiful use of the idea of focus on what is true and beautiful together with an insight regarding our inextricable identity with all that is. You are given, gifted the ability to play your very particular and creative role because of all that is. You can be you because of everything else and every being that came before you. You have not "earned" it. You have not "paid" for it. You are gifted it. You're welcome.
By listening to the song and seeing, Maui, the demi-god, as a representation of Nature, you can get that feeling.

Sometimes it may be difficult to see how steeped in judgement we are and what it leads to. So, we start out by looking at the violence inherent in common compliments.
We talk about how not only compliments but all sorts of rewards and payments rob us of our joy and creativity.
We mention how our global, interconnected civilisation has interdependent and exponentially growing risks that increase our probability of extinction and how their interconnectedness requires an approach beyond that of one side winning, while another takes a hit.
We note that it seems that our inner nature is more aligned with a possible solution. That inner nature is adapted through our current societies to learn to live in judgement.
We also look at how negative judgment, through manipulation, etc, can lead to traumas. (If you enjoyed this part I have a whole course on how we are shaped on Udemy.com. Just search for my course on Bioenergetics there.)
Finally we point to our inner guidance system, which actually tells us when we are going against our inner nature. By spending more time just being, relaxing all physical, mental, and emotional tensions we can become more sensitive to it and will have an easier time to find a non-violent, heart-centred way of being that takes us beyond judgement and into the possibility of creating a beautiful world.

Can we bring more magic and miracles into our life?
What are some essential aspects of a magical life? Can we do anything to encourage the expression of miracles?
We find that awe, an open and expansive sense of surprise, appears to be an aspect of magic. For it to be deeply satisfying we would like it to also have meaning that ties all thing together, making it almost inevitable.
Such is the nature of art that is able to reach and touch us. To experience it we need to be open. Thus we talk about how to become more open.
That also brings us to fear and ways in which fear closes down creativity. We can easily identify the moments in our days that reinforce fear and then choose if we wish to continue such practices.

A friend recommended I listen to a podcast on stupidity, where the question was posed: "Why are we acting in ways that hurt ourselves and others? Are we stupid?"
(The podcast was from Dystopia and it is in Swedish. You can download it from here https://sverigesradio.se/topsy/ljudfil/srse/7878377.mp3)
I find that when we act in myopic ways that are counterproductive to ourselves and possibly others it is often related to an addiction. And it can be argued that our current systems, such as capitalism, lead us in this direction.
Also, to be able to make a living we will often be asked to follow the rules of a system that is in the end detrimental to the planet at large and to humanity in particular. Thus we may end up doing the opposite of what we actually intend. Perhaps we wish to heal people and so we become a physician, but end up having to follow absurd policies that end up creating more suffering.
We ask how we ended up with such systems and go even beyond capitalism and to the need of organisational capacity, which in the past has been tied to structures of power. We look at how inefficient these structures are at utilising the human creative and problem solving potential and mention alternative ways.

Today we talk about two thieves of joy that are interweaved. They are expectations and judgements.
In societies where things work well and our expectations are met we are often accompanied by these joy thieves. They rob us of the present moment.
In societies where things rarely go the way we would expect them to we eventually have to learn to let go of our expectations. And when we do that, we embark on a more present, joyous and liberating journey in life.
We may still have inspired intentions as to what we would like, but we let the universe surprise and delight us with their execution as we participate fully.
Expectations are types of judgements about how things should be. When they are not met we are often left feeling powerless. And reactions such as judgments may temporarily feel more empowering and energising than connecting to the feeling of powerlessness.
Finding ways of letting go of external and internal expectations, we can reclaim the joy that is there for us in the present moment.

We talk about the importance of learning to look for what is positive.
We mention that perhaps as a survival mechanism we have developed certain biases that are helpful when we are young but make thriving more difficult over time. In particular, we mention senescence and the negativity bias.
Then, we ask how one may go about solving problems and see that we often tend to use optimisation for that purpose. Indeed, much of our society uses it calling it rhetoric, public relations, advertisement, etc.
We discuss how optimisation leads us away from what is "true" and ultimately brings about damage through a perverse type of system, if insisted upon. We also talk about how our ontological essence is beyond the finite and can therefore never hope to be captured, represented by, or fully satisfied by any optimised system.
Then, I talk about my favourite alternative problem solving method, which goes through inspiration.
Finally, I share the practice of emotional surfing.

Stress in complex systems leads to an adaptive response, if it does not terminate the system.
In this episode we look at hermetic stress for our body and how it may provide health hacks.
Then we look at how stress to our "adversaries" may lead to, for us, unpleasant reactions. We look at the current pandemic situation and at the types of immune stresses being put on the virus. I mention my article on this http://basiapiechocinska.com/the-dark-side-of-vaccines/.
Then we talk about how our thought patterns are complex systems as well, adapting to their surroundings and how parasitic processes can get a hold of us and lead us into addictions.
Finally we talk about society in general and how we have recently been experiencing a stress on our freedom and how this may bring about a reaction. Thus the more totalitarian direction may usher in an age of never before seen freedom.

How can we have a more deeply satisfying life? Perhaps if we gain clarity around why we are here we will be able to see our purpose and then possibly move in a direction of fulfilling it, and that might be satisfying.
We all seem to want to move in the direction that makes us feel better. If we follow this we might end up with greater satisfaction but the more limitations we identify with, the more limited our satisfaction will be. This is because we will attempt to defend those limitations to make sure we can satisfy the needs related to them. We will tend to become more selfish. This will reduce our satisfaction as greed, defensiveness, isolation, etc become more prominent.
If we instead take the path of service to others, then we will notice that a problem may arise if we move far enough, as we neglect our personal needs. This may be draining and not as deeply satisfying.
What is the path? Some might say that the most satisfying solution is to find balance. But is it?
1
Or is there another path that is even more satisfying? The path I propose is that of transcendence. We discussed it in the episode 39, on the Unifying and Transcending Dynamics. It means to find what it perpendicular to it and moving into that dimension. It means to move up the pendulum of duality.
Thus, in this case you are not here for your particular self, nor are you here for others, instead you are here as an expression of divinity. And when you can live from that you will be able to find an even deeper level of satisfaction.
We end this episode by talking about how you can use intention in order to start applying the idea of being an expression of the infinite.

In this explorative episode we ask the material universe might be created as a type of Fourier Transform and how that could relate to more "New Age" types of ideas.
We also ask about the atemporal types of experiences that people who experience near death circumstances go through and how they might be connected to the ideas of a frequency space.
If the material universe is based on something like a Fourier Transformation, then all that is is created from a sort of primordial "sound".
It would be interesting to know what the primordial frequencies are. And so, physics explorations may be fruitful. If we choose to explore a more spiritual path, then quieting the mind may provide us greater access to the frequency space, from which timelines originate.
If you are interested in more physics oriented types of explorations of the Holographic Order, based on as few suppositions as possible, then you may enjoy "Physics from Wholeness: Dynamical Totality as a Conceptual Foundation for Physical Theories".

We talk about the pervasiveness of the Holographic Order and how by aligning with it we may be served. This is equally important and useful for what is perhaps seen as most fundamental science, such as physics, as for social constructions, and what may seem to be spiritual or religious.
We start by talking about how physicists look for un underlying order, beyond space-time, and how the physicist David Bohm looked for the Generative Order, that would also bring a direction into the dynamics and be capable of a sort of creativity. We mention how the quantum theory originally moved us away from ontology, and took physics to be algorithms with predictive power.
We ask if we can base our search for the underlying order on something more certain than the dubious supposition of materialism. And so, instead with build the most real ontology we can think of and by logically following three realisations we end up in the Holographic Order.
The assertions are that: 1. There is Being. 2. Being is unique. 3. A consequence of Being being unique we get the Holographic Order.
Then we look at how reflecting the holographic order in our societal structures may be of benefit. Finally, we look at how we personally may start using the naturally holographic structure in our lives.
You can read more about the Holographic Order and also find links to mathematical descriptions of it at https://basiapiechocinska.com/wholeness-preserving-movement/.

As some of you may know, 42 is the answer to the ultimate question on Life, the Universe, and Everything. :)
We honour Douglas Adams' idea from his book, "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy", and explore its depth by noting that meaning, connection, and transcendence are found by focusing in on the questions, rather than the answers.
We look at how this applies to practical human interactions, and how by asking questions around values we are brought into a more open space of potentialities, allowing us to find a common path of expression.
Then we move onto our actual experience, seeing how our perceptions display what already has been created. By moving into the space where we hang out with ourselves (see episode 41) we are moved into the open space of potential, where the that result in our experiences questions are asked.
By being more keenly aware of these questions our life experience takes on a beautifully satisfying hue of meaning.

This is an invitation to spend more time with yourself, your purest version of you.
By doing that you can actually impact your life profoundly. This is because it will start changing who you see yourself as.
A de-identification with any and all of the roles you play will make you less prone to fight, to want to win over others, to be defensive, to focus on appearance, to act from who you think that others think you are, to move into a growth mindset, to loosen your grip on knowledge and to not take things as seriously.
Truly, spending quality time with yourself, meaning in pure being, love, awareness will affect your entire perspective on life and life experience.

I have started creating a website, BasiaPiechocinska.com, where I will eventually be putting my "Make Sense" - game.
The purpose is to learn to focus on what really matters to us, so that we may connect on a deeper, more satisfying and meaningful level. The game is based on unifying and transcending dynamics. There are three parts, each related to a mode of experiencing: Make Sense - Mind, Make Sense - Heart, and Make Sense- Senses.
The process in all of the modes is that of first opening up, or unifying, and then of expanding, or transcending.
The idea of transcending may be seen as finding a perpendicular dimension and moving into it, like finding the y-axis in a Cartesian x-y-coordinate system. The dynamics of transcendence requires first the dynamics of unification or opening up so that we can see the full "x-axis" and realise what "perpendicular to it" means. Transcendence is a bit at odds with the dynamics of war or fighting, which is a separating dynamics that tends to keep us within the same dimension, and fixated only on a part of it.
Do give me some feed-back if you end up playing the game (once it is up).

In this episode I talk about where the ideas pertaining to Unifying and Transcending Dynamics originate.
We can see the pattern that when an empire reaches its phase of affluence is when moral decline starts to set in. Our current empire is in its final phase of chaos and lack of morals and ethics.
This makes it reasonable to want to go back to focusing on morals and ethics, and because we quickly need to change things, use will power to put us "back on track". But have we ever been "on track"? We have done iterations of this pattern, over and over, and we have not seen it culminate in a peaceful world. We even have countries, like the United States of America, that were initially built on this model. And yet, it has not worked out.
Is there an alternative? What would it be interesting to stress in the alternative? Here we talk about the Unifying and Transcending Dynamics as a way of relating to ourselves internally as well as with the world and in particular with other beings. It is unifying in all three aspects of the human experience, meaning in thought, emotion, and perceptions. It is transcending as it creatively takes us beyond what was previously realised.
By recognising its impact and therefore choosing to move more and more towards this way of relating and interacting, we can start to build a solid base for a butterfly version of existence.

Because we are in a meaning crisis, as nicely presented in the Youtube series of John Vervaeke "Awakening from the Meaning Crisis", we examine the concept of meaning.
To find out how we can make life experience more meaningful we start by examining what experience is, and then what "making more meaningful" means.
By experience we mean thoughts, feelings/emotions, and perceptions. By making more meaningful we settle on the idea of unification within the three arenas as well as between them.
Then we see that the deeper we go into either one, the greater meaning we find, and the more "real" things become. We notice that the three arenas converge in Awareness, Bliss, and Being, the trinity of who we really are. Therefore, a path towards self-knowledge is one that brings more meaning into our life.

How much of our thinking is conditioned by the historical setting?
We have already mentioned how our way of thinking is conditioned by our personal developmental traumas. In episode 6 we talked about the sadness in the schizoid structure. But how much of our intuition and our insights are just reiterations of what has already happened in similar historical settings and not really particular to us?
In this episode I take a look at two intuitions that are strong in me. One is that of knowing who we are. The other is to move towards unity and thereby especially love and a heart-centered way of being, instead of separation such as fear.
Then we go back to Vedas, stop in ancient Athens at the beginning of democracy, look at what Socrates was trying to achieve and his connection to uncertainty, Plato and his egoically highjacked prisoners in the cave, how Hellenistic turmoil led the philosophers to become therapists, like the Stoics, only to finish with Augustinus and the turmoil of the fall of Rome.
If you find this historical digression interesting you will enjoy John Vervaeke´s youtube series on "Awakening from the Meaning Crisis", where he discusses many of these and many, many other fascinating issues.
Throughout all we see the repetition of these themes, expressed in terms that were pertinent to the particular times. And so, the two intuitions that happen to arise inside of me, are just an expression of our times. There is nothing particularly original or personal to them.
We can use this realisation and thus loosen our grip on our insights and realisations and our instinct to identify with them. We are truly beyond them. And perhaps in these times more of us will ultimately be able to realise this and bring about a substantial transformation.

As discussed in the previous episode, holding onto knowledge can lead us to identify with it and stop our search for and openness to new information. It can become a self-imposed limit, where we put ourselves in a box that we end up defending and fighting for.
Uncertainty provides us with the gift of presence and opens us up to further development. In our current societies we often learn most through challenging and painful experiences. The cycles of life and death assist us in our development by stripping us of our identification with certain roles and forcing surrender into the present.
But there is another way to grow, where suffering is not required, By learning to become comfortable with uncertainty we can start moving into it. By relinquishing our need to know and our need to feel particular feelings, such as hopefulness or hopelessness, we liberate our potential.
A first step may be just to start noticing when we cling to certainty and welcoming the moments when we notices distress due to lack of certainty as opportunities for practice.
Movement in our Universe is possible due to uncertainty and infinity. When we identify with the infinite potential we are, we open the door to a spectacular life. It is a life where no knowledge is a threat to our identity. It is a heart-centered life of active creation through inspiration and deep connection with all.

I was inspired to talk about knowledge because I remembered an old saying that tells children that knowledge is the key to power. This has, indeed, been the model of our society.
We know that power can be problematic but is there any danger associated with knowledge? We look at how a knowledge focused life removes significance from it.
We start by talking about how knowledge is about limits and boundaries, and how when focusing on it we easily identify with our specific roles and the content of our knowledge. We look at how knowledge is the point at which we stop our development and any further thinking. We look at how our purpose and survival easily become tangled up with it and how we thus tend to defend our limitations, our pause in development.
We also mention that, as spoken about in episode 34, we might already have an intuition that will point us to move toward a more meaning oriented and all-win system. In particular we look at how affirming another person's fixed role changes the dynamics of interaction and closes people off.
Thus, if instead of focusing on knowledge and identifying with it and our roles we can identify with our infinite nature, as infinite potential, as learners, we may open up to a fascinating dynamics that leads to a life of connection, significance, and exhilaration.

In this episode we ask if we do not already have a "Butterfly Intuition". By "Butterfly Intuition" I refer to the metaphorical butterfly that we have a chance of turning into personally and as a society and civilisation. It is an intuition that guides us to make all-win choices.
We talk about the idea of diversity and based on it we look at how it appears in our current win-lose, competitive dynamics and its role in the all-win system.
We talk about how appearance and image is important in our current dynamics and how this is related to competitive information processing where judgement is a first key element and we see how polarisation and fighting for positions of power come in.
We contrast this to information processing in the all-win system and we see that appearance no longer plays the same role and in fact mostly distorts desirable information. The dynamics is that of starting by searching for a point of connections, seeing what we resonate with, what makes sense to us in the communication of the other person. From there we expand the basis adding experience from other perspectives and creativity in a joint exploration, where learning is the focus.
Here we stop to talk about how diversity becomes a natural point of interest as it broadens the reach of perspectives and is capable of providing greater insight.
Then we point out that we now have technology that could work with this type of human interactions. Indeed systems such as "the wisdom of crowds" work best when the input is from autonomous, diverse, and independent sources. Such systems could be used as systems of organisation, as opposed to the current hierarchical systems of power, whose shortcomings we are aware of and have explored for thousands of years.
Finally, we end by returning to the idea that because this is a heart centered system it actually feels better to interact in than our current system. And so, by paying attention to how we feel and then employing out logical powers of discernment we may have an internal guide to assist in out collaborative transition into a metaphorical butterfly (as discussed in a previous episode).

Three Ways of Focusing - Three Different Lives
For pedagogical purposes we imagine three different persons. The first lives their lives by focusing on achieving goals. The second has their focus on purpose. And the third one on meaning.
We discuss what types of differences arise as a result of this in their world views, in how they connect and interact with others, in how they view science, in their narrations of what is, and in who they believe they are. We also look at where win-lose and win-win dynamics fit in.
The three persons are fictitious but it is easy for us to tend to lean more towards one of them. By choosing to allow the view and focus of the third person we automatically gain a number of advantages as to our mode of operation in the world and how we feel about it. We are also given greater access to clarity, creativity, and imagination.
By spending more time in the realm of pure Awareness, uncluttered by mind concepts, the door for identifying with it opens wider, and thus also our passage into a different way of functioning.

We start out this episode asking if the effects on people of social online platforms might actually end up a helpful catalyst in the transition from a suicidal society, on the brink of extinction, to something new.
We talk about how the effects of the platforms are accentuating separation, disconnection, and fuling adversarial dynamics. Thus, they are bringing light to some underlying problems in societal dynamics.
A past solution has been to strengthen authority and impose a top down framework within which to operate. We know that such as solution is currently leading to our demise. Thus we look at an alternative.
In particular we look at decentralised nets where each person gains both power and freedom. We discuss how the information processing in such networks differs from the top-down, hierarchical structures. We address subjects like egoic manipulation incentives, clarity, and creativity. We relate it to the "Yes, and..."- technique of improvisation and also talk about the relation to it being heart centered.
We briefly mention how this the all-win-decentralised-network dynamics is a fractal manifestation of the deeper dynamics of creation, due to the holographic order, and how it is constantly fed by unity.
We finalise by stressing the importance of our de-identification with any set structure so that we may continue in a growth mindset, learning as opposed to knowing. As, by now customary, we point once more to the fact that if we were able to drop into who we truly are, this dynamics would arise as a consequence.

We talk about how the idea of "going deeper" can be used to engage in all-win dynamics, as opposed to win-lose dynamics.
We briefly mention that many of our societies have been engaging in competitive dynamics and that this is a dynamics that tends to optimise for a win and thereby incentivise destruction of what may appear to stand in its way, such as other individuals, opponents, ecosystems, etc.
An alternative system would be an all-win system that can be likened to a spiral that with each iteration brings everyone higher. Such a dynamics may also be connected to the male-female types of energies we talked about in the first episode. In particular, we are currently in a more action-oriented society where the being aspect is underused.
Thus we talk about how "going deeper" and "being" can assist us in engaging in the all-win dynamics. For this purpose, we look at two examples of concepts that are seen in a positive light in the competitive world but are not the best option in the spiral world, namely compromise and sacrifice.
We go into two anecdotes. And finally we also ask what it is that is stopping us from engaging in the spiral dynamics. There, we mention fear and misidentification.

In this episode I talk about some recent experiences I have had of letting go and how they have affected me. I talk about the magical power of the word “if” and how it can allow us to move beyond what was possible. We also discuss how our programs self-perpetuate and how we sometimes can decide what to run. We look at the basics of emotional surfing.
Then, we go onto finding the wisest version of ourselves and pay attention to what the wisest voice sounds like. Winnie the Pooh comes up and the idea that something that is limited is defined and by releasing our focus on the confinement we can allow for expansion and creation.
I created a 15 min long guided meditation based on some of the content in this episode. It is called "What if"- Meditation and can be found on my website: http://basiapiechocinska.com/guided-mediations/.

In this episode we focus on what may be required in order for us and our society to undergo a metamorphosis into an all-win society.
Is it enough for all to learn that we should be acting for the wellbeing of all? What if we all learn this and we all make personal sacrifices to make it all work? Such societies already exist and involve a great deal of suffering.
And so, we propose that the key to a working transformation is an actual internal shift that involves us learning about who we are. By doing this a number of hitherto seemingly unsolvable pieces automatically fall into place.
We ask if we are ready for such a shift now and what is holding us back.
Finally we talk about all sorts of little things we may start doing to start moving in that direction. Among them I reference the idea that science is now ripe for moving beyond materialism and that seeing this may be helpful, as many of us believe in science. But ultimately it will all come down to learning who we are.

I heard Daniel Schmachtenberger talk about the idea of our currently global society going through a metamorphosis. So, I decided to see how far I could take the metaphor.
We start by looking at the stages of the maturation of a caterpillar, and then at its metamorphosis into a butterfly, focusing on what drives it.
Then, we quickly look at the stages of the empires, recapitulating that we are now at a the final stage of one.
We look at what is different about the fall of the current empire, as compared to the previous ones. Then, we search for possible indications suggesting that we may be at a stage that is mature enough to transform into something new and we look for the driver of it.
In the caterpillar the juvenile hormone keeps its butterfly potential asleep until metamorphosis. Is there an unrealised potential that is being kept asleep in humans? If so, what is keeping it asleep? What prevents us from awakening?
We briefly mention the problems that religions have faced when trying to instill virtues (as we have already looked at them in previous episodes in greater detail). And, not surprisingly, we offer the idea that a key issue that delays the awakening process is related to misidentification.
We propose that once mainstream science advances past the materialist assumption it may not only provide us with new technologies and greater insights into the cosmos but into who we are and better align our identification process.
We also talk about how current technology has the potential of being assembled into a system that may address past issues that lead empires to collapse.

How much of what we are seeing in the world today seems new to us but is something that the world has already seen over and over again?
Did you know that there were women university professors, judges, lawyers 1200 years ago? Did you know that rock-stars were a thing back then?
Most of what we are going through now, even the Black Lives Matter types of movements are only to be expected due to the phase that the USA-Empire is in, as it is falling.
In this episode we go through the different phases of an empire, as described by Lieutenant-General Sir John Bagot Glubb (1897-1989) in his articles on empires.
This is interesting, but what really interests me is what we can learn and if we can use that knowledge to create something like Bret Weinstein´s Perpetual Abundance Society (that we talked about in the previous episode). Based on the cycles of empires there are a few things we need to solve in order to make it work. Some key factors seem to have to do with greed, relating to money and power and finding a way of turning us expansively onto a virtuous life without any threat or violence.

Inspired by Bret Weinstein´s idea of engineering a perpetual abundance society we talk about what it would take to create one.
Starting out we set the context for where this idea of perpetual abundance comes from in terms of evolutionary biology and it is related to particularly one basic characteristic that seems to be wired into humans.
Then, we mention how some technological tools are coming forth, like organisation through autonomy, emergent order system, and wisdom of crowds. We also talk about some big changes that are taking place where forward looking nations expand into renewable energy, greater interconnectivity infrastructure, 3D printing, etc. And we mention some of the ideas we discussed in episode 18, around conceptual changes taking place in how we view certain basic ideas like freedom.
Subsequently, we move into the main idea, referring to having a society where the most individuals feel abundant. We ask if a Universal Basic Income would solve this. We ask if the types of religions we find in our society would be helpful in the abundant society. We look at the problems they present.
Finally we propose a descriptive solution. If the individuals in such a society were made aware of who they are, it would automatically take them to a place of starting out from a feeling of abundance. This could be a sustainable cornerstone of such a society.

In this episode I present how I see Jordan Peterson´s views on some of the dynamics in society. We talk about why the dynamics of left and right exists, what the extremes lead to, how all this could be tackled through personal responsibility, and about objective facts and metaphorical truths.
Then I talk about how the above view relates to how I view some of what I consider the most relevant dynamics. We talk about how what we focus on increases.
We discuss how whatever view we start subscribing to we will tend to cement into our neurological pathways and reproduce in our life.
We talk about finding a different dimension for truth, one that is beyond objective fact and "tool" value.
And we talk about how moving in that direction of truth may free us from becoming blinded by fear or defence mechanisms.
I also mention that we already may have many of the tools needed for the creation of a radically different society, but if we can free ourselves from some of the blinding fear we may be able to put them to use more efficiently.

There are two themes in this podcast episode. One is to show what knowing who we are actually does for us. The other is showing how direct focus on what we think we want can lead us astray, and what we can do fix it.
We talk about four examples. One is a physical example of what one may think diabetes type two is about and how reating it may seem counterintuitive. I reference the documentary Simply Raw and Gabriel Cousens´ book on reversing diabetes.
We talk about Maslow´s hierarchy of needs and how despite it being logical its direct pursuit, in the sense of focusing on survival needs first, leads to suffering.
We briefly reiterate episode 19 where we talk about how being good is good but how focusing on wanting to be good leads into a trap of fear and suffering.
Finally, we discuss unconditional love and how attempting to pursue it may lead to disconnection, as opposed to leading to greater love.
If focusing on what we want leads us astray, what can be done? Bringing the focus back to who we actually are and living from that experience we automatically resolve the last three issues.

We talk about an underlying order to all that is, and look at how it is reflected in the illumination process.
We go into the two parts of the illumination process and see how the first can be fairly easily understood, whereas the second requires us to move beyond our mind, and therefore also takes us beyond the logical and causal structures of the expressed Universe.
By seeing looking at some intricacies with mathematical infinities we propose a way for "understanding" what may be required to achieve the second part of the illumination process.
I also talk about how being comes from Wholeness in podcast episode 10. There, I go deeper into the ontology of it all. Here I only do a two sentence recap and then focus more on other things. And in episode 14, The Appearance of Multiplicity, I talk about the trinity that is at the base of the holographic pulsation of creation.
And, on my website you can find more information related to all of this, from a physics standpoint (with links to publications in physics), a spiritual standpoint (with links to books - like my book "Non-Duality Illustrated"), as well as a more poetic standpoint.

Finding out what actually moves you can be profoundly insightful, healing, and even provide you with a meaning and direction in life.
As you recall a few situations from your life that moved you and ask what it is about those particular situations that moved you, you will be able to glean a pattern. This is a pattern that is pointing to an often hidden belief that is so terrible that it is guarded by defence mechanisms.
The situation that moved you, actually got you to consider the possibility that this deep-seated belief might not be true. And it actually made you a little more whole.
And by providing these types of experiences to others, you will be deeply satisfied and feel that your life has meaning, as you are progressing towards the identification with who you truly are.
You are not your beliefs. You are not your defence mechanisms. You are the worthy, abundant, fully loved and loving being that experiences this life.
In this episode I give you three examples of stories that moved me and show you how they relate to a particular part of my character structure beliefs, related to the schizoid structure (from Bioenergetics).

In the 1970's we had Raymond Moody who wrote very interesting books about near-death experiences. Then, we got accounts from people working with persons who were dying, and hospice workers. Now, we also have the material from Peter Fenwick, who started studying the different processes of dying.
Based on this, as well as looking at accounts by hypnotherapists that take their subjects beyond their death or birth, we can start paining a picture of what death may be like.
There seem to be distinct phases, and we can often know ahead of time that we are about to die. But we have to be open to the signals.
Interestingly enough, it seems that there are things we can prepare, so that our death experience will be a pleasant one. These things also happen to bring us peace and joy in our life.

The method for achieving something may sometimes be quite different from our understanding of the concept one is trying to achieve.
Moving towards fearlessness is not necessarily best achieved by going through ones fears. There is actually another way that can sometimes be more efficient and very helpful.
By expanding our perspective we may automatically remove layers of fear. And we can use fear and other triggers to show us where there is room for expansion, so that we can become more free.
We also talk about how censorship is a perspective founded on fear. Then we talk about Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and how to achieve happiness by inverting it. We finish up tying this in with episode 19 and the idea that being good is good but doing to become good is problematic in the same manner.
By expanding our perspective, expanding what we identify with, we will move away from fear and towards greater freedom.

Since we recently asked if it is good to be good, and found that it is, we now continue and find that being instructed to be good is a trap.
It leads us to the belief that our worth is related to our performance in this world. It also leads us to a life with guilt. We quickly take a closer look at guilt is and how it serves us.
Then we ask if it indeed is true that our worth is related to our performance. To answer this we must first know who we are. And so, we review who we truly are.
To see how the trap of tying our worth to our performance plays out we look at the example of sharing information, knowledge, experiences with others.
Finally we discuss how knowing who we are, we can avoid the trap of wanting to be good, and actually automatically be good.

Is it possible that society is currently moving in the "right" direction? Despite all the problems that we are facing - ranging from financial, health, to political - we just might be on the right track.
In this episode we tie together the two previous episodes, on freedom and a new type of organisation.
We look at how what individuals in society consider to be freedom is changing. We look at how ideals are changing. And we ask if maybe the reason new generations may look like they are not well adjusted is due to the fact that they are starting to adjust to what our future society will be like, and are not optimised for our current type of transitional society.

Since we are currently in a time when our freedoms are seemingly being taken away it may be interesting to talk about freedom.
What is freedom? Are we free? Can we become free?
We start by talking about the common association of freedom with the freedom to do what we want. We talk about what seems to be involved when the have freedoms "taken away" from us. We look at how freedoms are taken through overt violence, in non overt ways, and in different manipulative ways.
We briefly talk about how government tend to use fear to manipulate us. Then we talk about how our character structure is restrictive when based on developmental trauma.
Indeed most situations involving freedoms taken away also involve fear. And so we ask if it is possible to become more free by working on the fear. We talk about how true fearlessness is total freedom and also illumination.
We then talk about different ways of working with our own fears.
Finally we end by realising that, actually, we are always free, and our freedom can never really be taken away, we just need to find a way of seeing this.

I posed the question:
"If you could ask one or two questions about life or the world in general, what would you ask? What would you really like to know?"
And in this episode I tell you what people said. And we end up going into two topics. One has to do with ageing, if it is necessary, and what it may be good for...yes "good for". We discuss creatures who live among us that do not age.
And then we talk about why there are so many apparently destructive structures in our societies. Why are most people suffering? Why does "the Devil" seem to reign our physical world?
This is a particularly interesting topic because, for the first time in known history, we seem to actually have an option! And hopefully, more and more of us will engage in it and thereby create a completely different world.
This is related to a new way or organising - organisation through autonomy, instead of organisation through the hierarchy of power or trust.
I also talk about the wisdom of crowds and about the prediction engine, Augur.
And if you want to learn more about these ideas or alternative organisation, I have written more extensively about them in my book "The Devil is in the Structure" which you can also get on paper or on kindle.

In this episode I reveal to you a secret question I had when I was growing up. I never dared to ask anyone, but I secretly wondered if leading a moral life is a good thing.
And so, in this episode we discuss just that. Exactly why is it good for you to lead a moral life? We also talk about the major pitfall, that most of us fall into at some point at least, where we lead a moral life by creating internal violence...which sort of goes against the idea of leading a non-violent life.
We also talk a little about Yoga and Yama, one of Yoga's eight limbs, which has to do with a moral life.

Today we discuss questions like:
What is the underlying dynamics of our Universe?
How does multiplicity spring forth from an Indivisible Ultimate reality?
Why is there something rather than nothing?
Does it make sense to talk about the Ultimate if it is not describable?
We talk about how Niels Bohr, a physicist, got the physics community onboard to abandon ontology because he intuited an underlying "unanalyzable" wholeness.
Then we look at how David Bohm decided to look at the idea of wholeness in physics and try to describe aspects of it. He talked about the Implicate and the Explicate orders and a dynamical process.
This leads us to the idea of trinity. Oddly enough many religions seem to have it as its basis for how the world works. In Taoism we have the Tao that gives rise to the One which gives rise to the Two, which gives rise to the Three, and from there multiplicity springs forth.
In Christianity we have the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, etc. We also look at the symbolic representation of this in the Eneagram where the circle represents the ultimate nameless and the triangle the expression of it, and from there all forms arise.
We look at Advaita Vedanta and Sat, Chit, Ananda (Being, Awareness, Bliss) as our innermost nature.
Even though we are unable to describe the Ultimate Reality, we can describe aspects of what is described as the Trinity. And doing so would open up a new dimension for physics, but that would have to move beyond materialism (the idea that there is a material world out there independent of the Ultimate Reality).
And finally we ask if based on all these insights we can say that the Ultimate Reality caused our manifest world to become into being. Interestingly enough we find that it did not.
Thus we finish by posing the question: "Why is there something rather than nothing?"
And find an interesting answer.

Searching for something is different from finding it. This is true for logical problems, math problems, relationships, the search for happiness, or even the search for God.
Here we talk about what may be tripping you up when you are looking for something, desiring something, but not getting it.
This technique also works for interactions with others. In fact, we mention Chris Voss, a hostage negotiator, who teaches this technique to negotiators. And we see how it is also part of Marshall Rosenberg´s Non-violent Communication.
We discuss how to use it on yourself and know if you are on the right path.
We talk about one of the happiest persons sharing their insights into what made her enjoy every second of life, Claire Wineland. You can see a short and very inspirational documentary on Claire here:
https://youtu.be/kD_Fr3VAsYM
And we end by talking about the search for God and how it is different, and yet similar to other searches and how it, as if magically, brings solutions to many other problems.

I was inspired to think about aliveness. When do I feel most alive? Is there anything I do that makes me feel alive?
Aliveness arises in me whenever I am able to feel present. And presence is connected to tapping into the infinite. We can tap into the infinite through our senses and I talk about some ways that work for me.
I also talk about the masculine and feminin energy and how they are related to creating an experience of being fully alive.

In this episode we talk about defence narratives, how we justify things to ourselves so that we may go on doing certain things or living with certain choices.
We take a look at two examples, both related to slavery. One is the hero narrative and the other is the victim narrative. One is a historical narrative, the other is a current narrative.
The historical narrative is taken from Barbra Freese´s conversation with Joe Rogan about slavery. You can listen to it here https://youtu.be/cP0D2_jhqPU .
Then, we talk about an experiment that shows how quickly we can come up with narratives.
And finally we ask if there is a way out. Is it possible for us to stop ourselves from creating these narratives, that may even be leading to abuse and destruction?
In that discussion we note that since they are defence mechanisms they must involve a threat and we talk about how we can reduce the threat and increase our awareness.

This is a somewhat more ontological type of episode. We go into why and how being comes from the infinite (Limitless, Wholeness, Consciousness, etc).
Basically we talk about the ontology of things being washed out if we take a materialistic view, and the only way of gaining an ontology is to assume the limitless.
(Maya has no real existence on its own. Brahman lend it Being.)
The limitless is unique. That uniqueness results in a holographic type of order.
The holographic type of order is the basis of the dynamics of physics and is the basis for describing real, actual, movement that includes entropy increase.
This chain of reason is one of the ways in which we see the relevance of the ontological types of discussions. They are not purely for philosophical enjoyment, but can be quite practical in terms of physics as well as in terms of personal realisation.
You can read about the philosophical ideas discussed this episode in more detail in chapter 2 of "Physics from Wholeness - Dynamical Totality as a Foundation for Physics".

What is your greatest contribution to the world?
How can you reach your highest potential, so that you can offer the very best of you?
Oddly enough, this episode was inspired by a flying squirrel, on its way to realising its highest potential as a squirrel.
In the two previous episodes we already talked about how opening ones heart, increasing ones sensitivity and ability to love is a path of freedom and is essential if we wish to find out what our highest potential is. This is a path of love.
In this episode we talk about what the path of discovering who you are, has to offer. This is a path of knowledge, wisdom, and coupled with meditation it brings insight.
We also talk about the Ten Paramis (Generosity, Virtue, Renounciation, Wisdom, Energy, Patience, Truthfulness, Resolve, Loving kindness, and Equanimity), the Buddhist list of the ten Perfections, and how they can contribute to your life and the life of all who interact with you. This path involves action, but not empty action, or action out of obligation. Instead it is aligned action, where the action brings you a sense of expansion, freedom. This is a path of action, or karma.
The three paths lead us in the same direction. All ultimately culminate in spiritual liberation, freedom. They take us through our three ways of experiencing, through feeling, thinking, and perceiving.
The first starts with feeling and moves into love. Love is perceived when we "feel" unity. The second starts with thought and leads to awareness. Awareness is when we "know" unity. And the third starts with action and beauty. This is when we are unity.
These are the paths that lead us to being able to provide the world with our greatest contribution.

In this episode we talk more about increasing our sensitivity and the path of opening our heart. This is where we left off in the last podcast, talking about how without increasing our sensitivity we have no hope for growth and will never reach our highest potential.
We discuss what the ladder of sensitivity may look like when we interact with someone who is suffering and what the most challenging part of the ladder is.
We also talk a little how all of this fits into the changes going on in our society, how the drivers of change may be scarcity of resources and the drive to stay in power, but they may still lead us to a more heart centred society. One of the keys for that society to function is our ability to become free, independently thinking individuals with open hearts so that we can access all of us, without suppressing the challenging parts. Then we will open up the potential for achieving our highest purpose.

What is sanity? Who is the crazy one?
Do you sometimes feel like you are living in a crazy world? What makes you feel like you are sane?
In this episode we look at the core of sanity. What is the essence of sanity?
I talk about a few persons who I have, in some respects, found to bring some sanity into my life, like Andreas Antonopoulos, Edward Snowden, and Erik Voorhees.
I propose that sanity is related to freedom and particularly the freedom of being and expressing one's true essence.
That brings us to a discussion on oppression and on how both the oppressor and the oppressed are stuck and unable to move toward a true expression of their highest potential. We talk about systems of oppression.
Then we talk about the importance of increasing ones sensitivity and why opening ones heart is key to being sane and able to become free and the most accomplished version of oneself.

This podcast episode is about a general and lingering type of sadness. It is a type of sadness that does not seem to have any specific cause.
If you have it, chances are might be able to relate. This is often related to the Schizoid character structure in Alexander Lowen's Bioenergetics. And in this episode I will give you a real life example of how it can manifest itself and why it is there in a schizoid, me.
If you are interested in learning more about a pure schizoid and the four other fundamental Bioenergetics structures you can take my Udemy course on it. And if you only want to get a brief overview of the structures you can watch my YouTube playlist on "How you became you".

In this episode we continue talking about what is real. But now we also take into consideration something that is of great importance to us, namely suffering.
Through intuitive thinking we joyfully tie together:
The view presented is that Reality is our essence, and that which is of value to us. When we move toward it, we become more alive and tend to move away from suffering.
This episode will exclusively focus on the two quantum experiments I mentioned in the previous episode, but did not explain in detail.
These are experiments that suggest that perhaps there might not be an objective, observer-independent reality out there.
The first is Wheeler's Delayed Choice experiment, and the second Wigner's Friend Experiment.
You can find a link to last year's paper on Wigner's Friend Paradox here, it is entitled "Experimental rejection of observer-independence in the quantum world", by M. Proietti et al.
Science and Personal Experience and Spirituality
In this episode we start off talking about what most people automatically tend to see as real.
We talk about what has traditionally been related to the ideas of being scientific and how this has impacted our society and our values.
Then we slip into the world of Science and look at what physics actually seems to be telling us about what is more fundamental.
Here I mention two experiments and I thought I would give you the links to them so that you can read them if you are interested. The first isWigner's Friend and the other is Wheeler's delayed choice.
In regards to physics I mention David Bohm, implicit and explicit orders, holistic aspects, etc. If you would like to learn about these I recommend his and Basil Hiley's book The Undivided Universe.
I talk about science being ready for letting go of the cumbersome materialist assumption. You can read about that here.
Then we talk about our personal experiences and a bit of spirituality. We also discuss what drives the dynamics of of the Universe, from a spiritual perspective, and how it is manifested in our tangible world.
All in all wrapping everything up by concluding that science seems to show us that there might not be an objective physical world out there. Instead, what is real are the potentialities that become measurable when we choose a perspective.
Personal experiences as well as spirituality also seem to indicate that the perception of real comes from our intangible aspect and is lent to what seems measurable.

We start in the deepest of waters. :)
In this episode we dive into who we are and what Awareness is, all as seen through my interpretations of Non-duality (Advaita Vedanta), mixed with my experiences and other insights.
So, know that I am not a non-duality expert, but I can recommend a truly inspirational teacher. That is Swami Sarvapriyananda. Look for talks of his on Youtube. You will find many at the Vedanta Society in New York Youtube channel.
In this episode I received a question that has to do with who we are, what Awareness is, and what happens after death.
In the podcast I talk about the Holographic order and how it enables us to always learn more. This is why metaphors are so useful. If you enjoy metaphors you may enjoy my book "Non-Duality Illustrated - Unlocking the Bridge to the Formless". It talks about 58 existential questions and provides the answers in the form of metaphoric pictures as well as text, based on my interpretation of the teachings of Advaita Vedanta. You can find it in print or as an ebook or in a kindle version.

Welcome to my first ever Podcast.
In this episode you will get to meet me, Basia, and learn a little about my personality and interests. My personality type, INFJ, will take us into a short discussion on intuitive thinking and I will give you some examples of how I tend to think, so that you may know what to expect. Outwards it may appear as though intuitive thought has abrupt jumps but seeing the underlying pattern one soon discovers the similarities. This is where logical thought becomes helpful in consolidating the discoveries intuitive thought brings and creating an understandable presentation as well as useful tools.
As an example of seeming jumps I give you my connections between "Masculine and Feminine", "The latest Astrological Ages", "Motivation and Inspiration", and "Structure and Willpower". I also talk a bit about how my book "The Devil is in the Structure" is ultimately just one single pattern that I discuss in a myriad of manifestations.
Talking about what fascinates me I give you the examples of David Lynch's movie "Mulholland Drive" as well as a magnificent and multifaceted talk, in Portuguese, by Lala, which you can see here.
What interests me, though, is not just any pattern. My main purpose is to gain and share greater freedom, inner peace, joy, and the ability to express the greatest version of oneself.
