Stimulus checks are hitting bank accounts, vaccinations are hitting arms, and America's foolery is hitting an all-time high. (Talk about having a "bad day.") It's a brand new episode of 2nd Service. Texas is experiencing unprecedented winter storms, yet their Senator has chucked up the deuces and headed to Cancun. (We saw you on that commercial flight, Teddy.)
Judas and the Black Messiah is finally out, and we’ve all seen it. (Including Miss T, that’s breaking.)
Then, in honor of Black History Month, Miss T quizzes J.Will and Marcus Aaron on their history knowledge. (It gets good.)

2021 has kicked off to an interesting start. So, is it 2021 or just 2020-2.0? We’re talking riots, pardon requests and just downright audacity. 2nd Service is live and lit.

Brothas, how y'all feel? Sistas, y'all alright? Your favorite Christian trio (next to the Holy Trinity) is back! And there's a lot to discuss.
First things first, Trump's got to go! And it's all thanks to Black women (like Stacey Abrams) for being the backbone of this democracy. (Somebody should let Eva Longoria know this.) Then, Hillsong fired NYC Pastor Carl Lentz for "moral failures" and we're pretty sure this decision was a moral failure in itself. And speaking of--white evangelical preachers--come to the front of the congregation, Marcus Aaron has a Word for y'all.
2nd Service is live and LIT.
The gang is back! Marcus Aaron is back like he never left.(But he did and so did J.Will.) Sean Combs has launched a Black political party, and folks are not really here for it. But y'all still need to vote. (And please don't listen to Ice Cube nor 50 Cent.) Episode 71 is live and lit!

A New York Times report shows that Trump has only paid back $750 in taxes in 2016 and 2017. (Uhm…hello, IRS?!)

Then, Cece Winans is receiving backlash for appearing in a coronavirus ad that was reportedly commissioned by Trump’s campaign. (Not Miss Alabaster Box!)

Third, the 2020 Emmy nominations are in! (Black excellence) Then, it's time to get real about Black mental health. (We're talking Kanye West, Tamar Braxton and Nick Cannon)

First things first, Kanye West and Jada Pinkett Smith. (Both need to come to the front of the congregation.) A Michigan couple has been charged after the wife pulled out a gun on a Black mother and daughter. (That escalated.) We recap the BET Awards. (Did y'all enjoy them?) Then, Marcus Aaron drops a major positive note about Black-on-Black crime. (Class is in session.)
No Justice, No Peace.
All 50 states have seen protests since the senseless death of George Floyd. (And other countries have, too.) Blackout Tuesday was impactful. Or was it? (We break it all down.) Then we bring back #HolyRoast because...we keep it 2 Virgil. (Abloh that is) Plus, what story in the BIble had you saying God was buggin?

It's Graduation season! (Shoutout to the Class of 2020!)
With that, Barack Obama might have given the greatest virtual commencement speech of all time. (Full of wisdom, hope, and a lil' bit of shade, perfection.)

We're still bored in the house...but not bored enough to try injecting disinfectant. (Just saying.) With that said, we're breaking down the "battle" between Bishop Hezekiah Walker and John P. Kee. Happy Black History Month, y'all! Bishop Jakes has launched a new foundation to diversify the STEAM workforce. (Talk about legacy!) Pastor Mase has called out Diddy for his "extremely unfair" business practices. (Bad Boys for life?) Plus, we put together The Beginner's Guide to Everything Black in honor of Black History Month. Beyonce's Ivy Park x Adidas collaboration sold out before its official release. (Miss T got hers!) Bad Boys For Life had an incredible opening weekend. (Will there be a fourth?) Our review is in for Tyler Perry's A Fall From Grace. (We can tell it was produced in 5 days.) Then, Class is in session! Marcus Aaron schools us on the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr..
Happy New Year, Church! New Year, same Trump. (We're talking about his latest "power" move.) Everybody was in Ghana, except for us! (Who's buying that ticket, though?) (We're so tired of this church/John Gray.) An Atlanta Pastor is under fire for "critiquing" women during a "mentoring" session. (Did we mention we're tired of this church?)
