Bishop Rosie S. O'neal
Koinonia Christian Center Church (KCC) was founded by Bishop Rosie S. O’neal in 1989 with seven members. The name of the church was Koinonia Christian Church (which was later changed to Koinonia Christian Center Church Ministries, Inc.). The church held its first service on February 3, 1989, at the Ramada Inn in Greenville, NC. After the initial service, KCC moved back into the home of Bishop Rosie and Bro. Toiriste O’neal in Greenville, NC. Bishop O’neal continued to have Sunday services and Tuesday night Bible Study for about 18 months at their home.
In the summer of 1991, KCC moved to a storefront facility which held about 60 people and the church remained there until July 1993. On August 15, 1993, KCC moved into a church facility on the corner of Hudson and Ward Streets that could seat approximately 440 people. During this time, KCC began to experience tremendous growth. Bishop O’neal was divinely connected to her spiritual father, Bishop I.V. Hilliard, and received principles that helped catapult the ministry to another level of excellence and favor. In August of 2004, KCC moved into their present facility at 1405 SW Greenville Blvd. We currently minister to over 2300 members and have a location Raleigh, NC at 1110 Buck Jones Road.

What do you do when an ungodly thought comes to mind? What is a better comeback for responses? Bishop Rosie O'neal continues to teach how to have a comeback of calculated choice. As Christians, we must take the time to label the ungodly thoughts and be willing to attack thoughts that are not right. Bishop O'neal stated, "New life has to be put into a new lifestyle". We must humble ourselves to leaders that can see, submit to be filled with the Holy Spirit, relearn what we thought we already knew, and be willing to spend time in the word.

A true cry for help has trust embedded within the request. Therefore, we must yield to the worker--taking Him at His word--as He puts His qualifications on display. Bishop O’Neal gives us a revelation of what it means to deny as well has just how much we restrain the power of God in our daily lives. We can’t be willing to exercise our faith in just spurts. God is calling us to avoid getting comfortable in our pain and claim the promise. It might look like we’re drawing on empty but we must remember that God has already deposited in us all we need.

Whether it be towards those who have poured God into our lives or those simply poured into our lives by the grace of God--we owe SOMEONE a praise! We must honor our family, friends and loved ones. In this dynamic lesson, Pastor Trev Evans uses the story of Namaan in II Kings 5 to teach us to follow God’s instructions. Namaan’s leprosy was a private issue that he was able to cover up in his uniform, just as we can be admired in public but have nastiness in our private lives. However, God’s instructions for Namaan’s healing wasn’t what he expected, just as it isn’t in our lives. In this sermon, we learn that it is crucial that we obey God despite what we expect Him to do.

God wants to give us the power to get wealth because when we have financial strength, we have options. So, we cannot allow the enemy to trick us out of having money. We need to have a strategy to maintain a title transfer.

You may not be what you should be, but at least you are not what you should not be.
