Patience no tiene batería, Steven Adler el baterista, colaboró para los coros de la canción, tampoco tiene bajo, en cambio sí tiene guitarras acústicas a cargo de Izzy, Slash y Duff, acompañadas por el melancólico silbido de Axl.
Una balada que reprimía la energía de Axl y Slash, la convirtieron en una power balada de los Ángeles y de la gente que se sintió identificada con el sentimiento de ‘impaciencia’.
Si fue idea de Axl o Izzy, lo cierto es que Patience es una canción para el desamor, toca las fibras de esos amores que se están perdiendo y en los que ya no hay paciencia.

Gimme the power es sin lugar a dudas la canción más conocida del grupo mexicano Molotov; un himno de protesta que muestra la desilusión y la rabia del pueblo mexicano hacia un gobierno que abusa del poder. Un tema cargado de fuerza y coraje que incita al pueblo a no rendirse, a no bajar la cabeza, a no dejarse maltratar por los detentores del poder. La canción es un hito en la historia de la banda, a tal punto que el cineasta mexicano Olallo Rubio utiliza el mismo título para rodar un documental en el que recorre la historia de Méjico, narrando en paralelo la historia de una banda rock en un contexto lleno de cambios políticos y sociales.

«Thank You» (en español: «Gracias») es una canción escrita el interpretada por la cantautora inglesa Dido. La canción hizo su primera aparición en 1998, en la banda sonora de Sliding Doors; después apareció en el álbum debut de estudio de Dido, No Angel (1999), convirtiéndose en el mayor éxito del álbum.
