HEAR THE MUSIC Podcast - Mental Health Awareness

"Hear The Music" advocates for mental health awareness and is making an effort to open up an avenue for caregivers and families to share their journey, as it relates to their loved ones who have struggled with a mental health condition. Caregivers and families are in most cases forgotten about and their challenge is not understood. The truth is families/caregivers also need support. Let's talk and share for strength, encouragement, ideas, information, or just be a “shoulder” for understanding and support to say "You are not alone, because I, Hear The Music." You may feel as though you are alone and no one understands what you are going through, but someone somewhere does at least have an idea. Mental health is not a "one size fits all," but you do not have to be alone. We would like to speak with you as you are on your road to recovery, so that you may share your story of courage. You never know who you will help or who is listening that may be able to help you as you continue on your journey. We will make an effort to help all Hear The Music!
