Jess is an educator, as a color, makeup and product specialist, has worked at some of the top schools in New England, now works behind the chair and as a consultant, and was Rica's mentor at Paul Mitchell the School. Rica spent 15 years in corporate marketing before switching careers. She now owns her own salon in Norwalk, CT, and has become a hairdresser and educator.
