Jess is an educator, as a color, makeup and product specialist, has worked at some of the top schools in New England, now works behind the chair and as a consultant, and was Rica's mentor at Paul Mitchell the School. Rica spent 15 years in corporate marketing before switching careers. She now owns her own salon in Norwalk, CT, and has become a hairdresser and educator.
For Episode 2, we decided to invite the amazing Bill Schrlau, respected hairdresser at Adam Broderick Salon, visionary editorial stylist, and founder of N.A.B.A.E., Not Always Beautiful, but Always Entertaining, to be our first guest. In this episode, we discuss Bill's career, anticipating opening in Connecticut (and elsewhere) post-COVID19, and what services may look like with possible hair dryer restrictions and more.
