Dense layers of slowly evolving sounds. Trance inducing soundscapes. The melodies inherent in natural sound... I use techniques of layered looping, extreme time stretching and granulation, using bowed/struck metal, other found objects, and the spoken word to create slowly evolving soundscapes, generally with a more tonal than noise feel to them. I perform live with musicians and spoken word artists as sound sources.
