In the exercise rupture and repair recorded by Silke, we explore ways to work with or resolve conflicts - with children, your partner or a friend. Starting point is a situation in which you were not happy about your behaviour, when you got angry or stressed out.
Take care not to do this exercise when you are still overwhelmed by a conflict or in the middle of a stress reaction. It is best to first get back in contact with yourself before you listen to the practice.
