First take and I got this pretty cool song. I was relaxed and using headphones helped concentration (too late for speakers). There're some melodies you'll find familiar coming from Goodbye Pork Pie Hat (Charles Mingus).
I had some chords that I liked and wanted to develop into a song. This time I tried something with a little swing but it didn't last long and I went right back to my usual style, it was fun...
Last night I was tired and wasn't planning on recording but I found myself playing some Bach partitas and after that I recorded a couple of improvisations.
I like ascending/descending chords and melodies, so this song is basically that plus a leit motiv that keeps repeating with a stubborn character.
Sunday, winter cold, hands slowly moving on the keyboard as I try to let the flow going.
Just another improvisation, don't know what to say about this one, I think of a landscape, wind blowing, tall grass and a lake...
