Scott Bird is a former strength and conditioning coach at the University of Missouri, The Ohio State University, University of Oklahoma, University of Houston, Texas Tech and Kansas State University. He also holds the profession's highest honor of being named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. 

Bird has worked with close to 40 All-Americans, mutiple 1st round MLB draft picks, and was a part of a National Championship winning football team at the University of Oklahoma.

Hunter Mense is a former professional baseball player, Team USA member and now the minor league hitting coordinator with the Toronto Blue Jays. As a former professional baseball player, Hunter combines the skills that he had as an elite level athlete along with a masters degree in Sports Psychology. 

Combining these two skills has lead to him continuing to climb the coaching ladder and contributing to the ascent of the Blue Jays organization as a whole.

Former Super Bowl Champion and NFL offensive lineman Grant Williams joins the podcast today to talk about his upbringing and what it was like to be a part of multiple successful franchises in the NFL.
