Christina Muccio (Mooch)is a woman on a mission to not just make money as an entrepreneur, but to create IMPACT and serve the world.

She started MOVE with her friend Mel to help serve women in the fitness arena, but it grew to be much more than just helping women lose weight. They developed a mantra of "fuck the diet," and began to realize that so much of it was deeper than just what the women they helped were eating.

There was stuff underneath the surface that was the real issue.

Life coaching + fitness training +passion equaled complete transformation for the women that they served and the business exploded.

From there, they realized that they had a model of helping not just women in the fitness arena, but in helping people grow their businesses.

90DAY CEO was born.

They believe that people don't have to be "lucky" in order to start a business but that instead there is a very specific blueprint and method that can be implemented to help people get going-in just 90 days.

Sound too good to be true? Check it out for yourself and the numerous testimonials.

Christina has a soft spot in her heart for giving back to charities as part of her business model. She lost her Dad to ALS, and we speak a bit about how it's impacted her in her life on the show.

In this episode, we don't just talk about how to grow a business, we talk about how to build a life from a place of appreciation and authenticity.

Christina embodies that.

Enjoy the show.

Javi Gutierrez wasn't always an always optimistic, funny, relaxed and blissed out man who is now the founder of the successful Miami studio Breathtribe.

Javi had just moved to the US from Spain, and the adaptation was a lot to say the least. A new language. A divorce. A child. Stress. Back pain, body pain, and as a result, he did what many do and tried to escape by turning to alcohol and other distractions.

Then he was introduced to the Wim Hof Method and it all changed.

He felt alive again, back to being himself, and the pain (emotionally and physically) began to fade. He couldn't believe how much life could change simply by learning how to breathe consciously. From then on, Javi has been on a quest to master the breath and all it's functions. He's certified as an instructor in 3 major breathwork modalities, and runs the chic and trendy Breathtribe studio in Miami, giving people powerful healing sessions each week.

On a personal note, I had the privilege of going through the Wim Hof Method instructor training with Javi in the mountains of Colorado in the dead of winter. Javi was right in front of me as we suffered intentionally on the shores of a frozen lake in 26 degree temperatures with blistering winds. He's a powerfully passionate human being, and you will feel his passion in this episode.

When I need answers on anything breathwork related, I go to Javi. He's my breath mentor.

In this episode we cover:

-How Javi found breathwork and got his life back

-How to breathe for stress relief (we do the breathing LIVE on the episode together)

-How athletes can train more efficiently and maximize their oxygen levels for better performance

-How to become a better "breather"

-And much, much more!

Javi is always putting out the coolest content, so be sure to follow him:

Hey! This was my first solo episode of the show, and wow...I really tried to put myself out there.

Honestly, if my posterity could only listen to one piece of remembrance by me, I would hope that they would listen to THIS episode.

I got emotional at the end of it.

As I release this, it's on the eve of my 40th birthday. Yep, the BIG 4-0!

There's a lot of pondering that happens when you hit a milestone like this (at least for me)

In this episode I get real and raw about:

-My journey with anxiety, depression ad mental illness.

-What the #1 source of our Unhappiness is.

-How the Wim Hof Method completely helped to heal my anxiety

-How even sports and athletic ventures and ambitions can become an ADDICTION (it did for me)

-Why LIVING IN THE NOW is so crucial to our happiness (what other options are there?)

-What you need to really, really do in order to be happy.

-And much, much more.

If you only listen to part of this, please listen to the LAST 15 minutes of this episode. It's my deepest desire that the last part (at the very least resonates with you).

Love to all of you.

No, I didn't think in a million years that I'd ever be having a conversation about Yaks on my show, but Rob Williams blew me away this week in our conversation.

Rob is one of the smartest guys that I know. He's also one hell of a musician, a great father and husband, and a leader in his community. He's a fellow Wim Hof Method instructor and if you were looking for some new and fresh ideas on how to approach life so that you can find more joy, it's all in this episode.

We had a few technical difficulties early on, but stay with us, it passes. The conversation was amazing.

In this episode we discuss:

-Rob's journey to the ice and the Wim Hof Method

-What is a Yak? What can we learn from Yaks? And how they are one of nature's greatest teachers in the animal kingdom.

-How Rob and his family ended up opening one of the only Yak farms in the U.S. and why they did it.

-Rob's daily routine for happiness, health, and strength.

And so much more!

Matt Soule wants to help YOU to master the stress response and use it to your advantage.

This was a special conversation. I recently spent a week in the high mountains of Colorado completing my Wim Hof Method instructor training. Matt is the man who TRAINS the trainers. He's a Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor, Black Belt and accomplished martial artist who runs his own studio, and a man who is dedicated to always testing and measuring how we as humans can push past our own limitations.

Matt's new book is all about mastering the stress response and takes us through the following:

Fight

Freeze

Fast

F^ck

and Breathe.

In this episode, Matt takes us through his own personal journey (I made sure that I got into some of his own personal struggle and journey so we all know how hard this guy has worked to get where he is now) and through the 5 elements of his book.

This conversation was so full of wisdom, science, and easy-to-implement advice yet we needed more time. I can't wait to have Matt on the show a second time.

In this episode we cover:

-What IS the stress response?

-Matt's personal journey and how he went from a very rough childhood to being one of Wim Hof's right hand men

-How to use cold exposure to your advantage

-How and why fasting benefits us as humans

-How mastering the F^ck component helps us handle stress better

-How becoming a Master of the Breath will change your life for good

-and much, much more.

This was one of my longest episodes to date because it was necessary! Matt drops mad wisdom and I was grateful to have him on.

He's MY mentor and the guy who I call upon when needing to master certain components of my life.

Enjoy this episode!

Sam Morton's dream was to be a full time musician. Growing up just outside of Toronto, music was his first love from a young age. He had some success, and ended up playing gigs with some of the top reggae artists in the world, so he moved to L.A. to put all his chips in.

Life took a turn. The production company that had promised so much before he moved his little family to L.A. took a nose dive, and Sam was forced with a tough decision. Should he continue to pursue his dream but yet have his wife and little girl suffer at his expense? He was young, he was passionate, but now he was stepping into manhood and feeling the calling of what it means to be a father.

Sam had been having an ongoing spiritual awakening since he was 17 years old after a mushroom experience that cracked him wide open, and it seemed that the Universe was once again guiding him into a different direction. He felt heartbroken after the failed L.A. experience, but went back to the drawing board to regroup, and life took another turn for him.

He had traveled through the years as a young man all through the jungles of Central America (which is where his nickname "Jungle Man Sam" comes from) and learned many valuable lessons about life along the way. He started teaching the principles that he's learned along the way that had helped him to feel centered, peaceful, and whole: meditation, journaling, and breathwork. That soon evolved into Sam being able to transition into coaching others and helping them to manifest the lives they desired. He coaches full time now, continues to be a conscious musician and write music, and spend time enjoying beautiful Vancouver Island where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Sam has an incredible energy, a profound wisdom, and perspective on the world we live in. And he's not even 30 years old yet!

In this episode we had incredible conversations around:

-Daily routines and how to stay centered and charged

-Breathwork and what it does for us

-The pressures and joys of fatherhood

-How to trust that you are guided even when you feel lost

-And much, much more...

Jeremy Jackson is more than just the childhood star (Hobie) from the original TV series Baywatch, a star musician and a huge ripped dude who was featured on the cover of Fitness Magazines.

After years of getting caught up in the glamorous Hollywood lifestyle and "having it all" he began to notice an emptiness, a void, and began to lean more into finding spirituality. After years of being addicted to alcohol and drugs, he found recovery, and he found breathwork to bring him back into the body and to help him discover his true nature. Ever since that shift, he's been on a mission to help others in recovery find their true nature and speak his truth around what it really means to "have it all."

Jeremy and I had a very authentic conversation on the trap of getting caught up in external validation and "trophies" to make one happy. At one point, he had fame, money, was invited to all the parties, had penthouses, was dating supermodels, driving Lamborghini's, and yet, said this about happiness:

"Having $5 in your pocket and riding a beach cruiser alongside the beach, that's as happy as you can be right there."

Enjoy this conscious conversation with the one and only Jeremy Jackson.

They started with a small group of 6 people each Sunday.

The purpose? Get out in nature, connect with each other, heal, and to feel.

Little did Ryan know that in less than 1 year, they would have over 100 people coming up to the nearby mountain reservoir in the mountains of Northern Utah each Sunday.

Ryan Hymas works in the recovery community helping recovering addicts like himself who are trying to get clean and change their lives. He's a father, husband, brother, and man who has one hell of a story. Once out of control and addicted to drugs like heroin and opiates, he now helps people become free from the demons that keep them in shackles.

How are they doing it?

Through the cold ice water.

It began as a small informal gathering at the reservoir each Sunday morning where they'd meet for a small meditation and then cold dip in the reservoir, but as the waters got colder, they had to get more creative. Each Sunday, they ceremonially break through the ice again, forging a 10x6 foot hole where each person can jump on the ice water as a sort of cleansing ritual. The ONLY rule of the entire gathering is that there is ZERO judgement. Some people get in for a few seconds, some stay in for minutes, but all are having transformational experiences.

We go deep in this episode. It's a beautiful story of:

-Overcoming our personal demons

-People helping people with nothing but pure love

-How the ice water heals pain and emotional trauma

-How servant leadership is the best leadership

-And much, much more.

This is an emotional episode. Whether you are facing your own addiction or just trying to help heal and grow yourself, there's something for every listener in this episode. I know you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

Lance Allred didn't exactly have luck on his side when he was born. Born in a small polygamist compound in rural Montana, he was born 80% deaf. At the age of 13, his family escaped the polygamist community, and had to start over completely. Standing at 6 feet 11 inches tall, Lance didn't start playing basketball until much later than most of his competition. He wasn't allowed to wear his hearing aids while playing, and therefore had to learn how to interact with his fellow teammates and players using other his senses and perceptions. Truly incredible.

He ended up getting a scholarship with the University of Utah and played with the Utes the year they went to the National Championship, but ended up transferring to Weber State University the year after due to difficulties with his coach. (You'll just need to read Lance's book to hear what REALLY happened)

Finally, at the age of 27 after paying his dues and playing in the minor leagues and playing basketball on every continent (except Antartica), he finally was drafted into the NBA and played with the Cleveland Cavs.

Lance reflects on how much of his identity was then taken away suddenly as he was cut in 2008 and totally had to reinvent himself.

Lance began speaking, coaching, and helping other people from the valuable lessons he'd learned after years of refinement and deep self work.

In his latest book, "The New Alpha Male," Lance gives and incredibly brilliant perspective on the challenges that the current male in our society faces. I literally couldn't put this book down! I resonated with so much, and whether you're a man or a woman, you'll be so inspired by his book.

I hope you enjoy this conversation with Lance as much as I did!

In this episode we discuss:

-What is the New Alpha Male?

-Nice guys vs "Good guys"

-How to get in tune with your own spiritual path

-How to stop running from your pain

-What is heart drumming? (we do a live role play of it!)

-And much, much more...

You read that correctly. 200 miles! In the ultra-endurance community, running 100 miles has for a long time been a coveted event to strive for. But are 200 milers the new 100? In this episode, I bring back one of our previous podcast guests Bryan Paisley for a beautiful conversation on his recent successful finish of the Tahoe 200. We not only got the full report on his training leading up to it, and the race itself but in how to ENJOY something as monstrous as a 200 miler. But make no mistake: You don't need to be a runner to enjoy this episode. There's a powerful message in this dialogue with Bryan about mindfulness, enjoying our moments, and bringing with us "A big bag of gratitude" as he says. I'm confident you'll love this episode. Patricia Neubauer was born in an East German town and witnessed the wall come down when she was 7 years old. As she grew up, she became obsessed with running, sought out the help of a former Olympic medalist coach, and went all in. She competed nationally in the mid to long distance track events, and had a lot of success, until she got so skinny and so sick that she had to sit out of the sport for 2 years to try to regain her health. Patricia shares in this episode the ugly side of athletes who try to maintain the perfect power -to - weight ratio, but who often do it at the expense of hurting themselves more. After she got her health back, she was offered a scholarship to run for a college in New York City, where she fell more in love with running and eventually ended up moving to California. Patricia got a bike as a way to get around her city, and ended up giving triathlon a go. She found that she had a knack for it, and has now competed in everything from Sprint distance, all the way up to Ironman distance.

She not only holds a full time job, but trains religiously-squeezing in workouts on her lunch break, and then manages to work on her non-profit. Her non-profit, Neu-power Consulting, is dedicated to helping less fortunate athletes obtain scholarships and visas to the U.S. -without the heavy price tag that many other "consulting sports agencies" charge. She shares her experience of being able to train in Kenya many years ago, and seeing how dedicated the young Kenyan runners were, but how much they lacked in resources to be able to get out of poverty and compete. We even talk about the "dark" side of some of the sports agencies in Kenya, which will blow your mind.

Have you ever wondered how to get into a state of FLOW more often in your life? You know, that state you've felt once in a while everything just seems to click, where the great things are happening and it almost feels like a lucky streak.

What if it were possible to feel like that the majority of your life, and not only have to experience that in very fleeting moments?

Jackie and Justin both not only believe it's POSSIBLE, but they have lived it. And they believe we all can too.

Sound too good to be true?

In this episode, I asked a lot of the "hard questions" .

We talk about surrender, healing our inner wounds, quantum physics and the forces that are REALLY at work and interested in our happiness and joy.

And so, so, so much more.

You'll want to listen to this one again and again in order to fully grasp and internalize these ideas.

When the podcast was over, in my own notes I promptly wrote down: "MIND BLOWN."

Justin Faerman and Jackie Knechtel are global pioneers in the art and science of living in flow consciousness. They run high-level training programs worldwide teaching people from all walks of life how to bring their lives and businesses fully into flow and create exponential growth and success from a place of effortlessness and ease. After years spent doing deep research into the nature of reality and the mechanics of the mind with a focus on expanding human potential, they formed the Flow Consciousness Institute to bring their work to the world. They currently travel the globe conducting research and hold talks, workshops and trainings on living in ongoing states of flow, applying intuition in life and business and creating success without the hustle and grind. Their work has been covered in Fast Company and Forbes magazine and is being sought out by business and transformational leaders worldwide.

Kris Brown grew up in the Seattle area and even from a young age developed a genuine curiosity and love for food. He was also running competitively from the time he was 5 years old, so maybe he was just hungry all the time. He worked in various service industry jobs before moving to Santa Barbara, CA to help open a new restaurant-Barbareno, one of Santa Barbara's finest and most inspired. This last year, he took ownership of a new fast casual restaurant called Cubaneo, a Cuban inspired restaurant (which happens to be me and my girlfriend's favorite-get the yucca fries!)

In this episode we talk about his journey as a new restaurant owner, and the loves and hates of the business. The last half of the podcast we spoke heavily about his journey into ultra running and long distance running. Also in this episode we cover:

-How to successfully drink 3 IPA's over the course of the podcast and keep it together

-The fine art of Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

-How to think bigger and adjust what is POSSIBLE in your mind.

-How to balance life and training

-How to manage times of chaos and gracefully move through them

-Plus, MUCH MUCH MORE!

This was a very fun episode for me personally to record because we did it live. There's something for everyone in this episode!

A lifelong runner with a collegiate track background, he switched to long trail races to fulfill a trajectory he had been planning since childhood. Kris prefers long, difficult climbs to flat courses, but he can be found running anything from a track 5k to an obstacle course race as well. Kris's career highlights include a 10th place finish at Western States in 2018 and a 4th place finish at The North Face 50-Mile Championship in 2017. He owns and operates a Cuban restaurant in Santa Barbara.

Danielle McGhee used to travel over 250 days a year running educational events for a large company until she burned out in a big way. It was over the last 6 years that she started to find immense calm from various energy healers and tap into new modalities that brought her great peace, and finally...CALM.

She knew this was the work she was called to do, and since that time has built a successful international practice as a Reiki healer and energy worker. She believes that it is ENERGY and LIGHT that has the powerful to not only heal us from trauma, pain, and discomfort, but can help us find great inner peace and CALM.

In this episode, we discuss:

When I met Sloan a couple of years ago (via Instagram LOL) , I quickly found that she was a master of making connections, asking great questions, and making one feel important when they were talking.

Sloan started her career in the financial services industry in Canada, but quickly realized she had a knack for building businesses, helping clients get past their most pressing strategic problems, and helping businesses to be more organized and run more efficiently. She currently has her hands in 3 businesses as full time or part time owner and also has a thriving consulting practice.

We covered so many wonderful topics in this conversation, and I have no doubt that you all will love it.

Kaibae = “Hello, how are you? Are you well?” This is a true story about indigenous crops not widely known to the outside world. It is the story of a naturopathic doctor and a botanist-humanitarian, and their driving desire to make the world a better place. It is the story about how they came to know the potential of Lost Crops to promote health, beauty, community and the environment.

“It all started with the Baobab tree” Inspired by the Baobab tree, we traveled to Northern Ghana and visited local communities who have cherished the Baobab for centuries. Baobab (bao-bab), the Tree of Life, grows wild throughout the African Savanna. While Baobab’s benefits are recognized as a part of the local diet, its economic potential has never been pursued in this region. The Kaibae language is the language of living in a better place — from personal care to global concern: authentic, ethical, educational, beneficial, economical and regenerative. The Kaibae journey strengthens the connection among people, the planet, and the products that support a natural, beautiful life.

Have you been thinking of doing something for a while?

Listen in as we cover some GOLDEN material that will be sure to help ANYONE who is building a brand, wanting to start a podcast, or just share their voice and message with more people in the world.
