There is no doubt that there is an enormous amount of chaos and stress right now in our country and in our world. However, there are ways to remain peaceful, go within, and remain still. Today, I talk a little bit about my thoughts on what's happening with both the coronavirus and also the tragic event of Mr. Floyd. I talked about how one of the best things that we can do right now is to go Inward and to look at ourselves in the mirror and ask ourselves if we do have white privilege. To be really honest with you I have not thought about this in a really long time and after I saw that video it made me think a little bit more about how we treat each other and right now from the looks of it it does not look well. However, the answers are not in violent acts of aggression. The answers are in compassion, remaining mindful, coming together, and remaining solution-focused. When we stress or ruminate, we are mainly in our heads overthinking scenarios that will never really happen or perhaps continuing to think about situations that have already happened. 🍃👁💜💖💛Hey everyone!! Welcome back to The Multi Dimensional Journey. Today in this episode I go over a major lesson Ive learned in the medicine over and over again. If there is one thing Ayahuasca helps us with its exposing our ego defenses. I encourage you to look up on the Internet the many ego defenses that us humans come up with. Clinically, there is at least 28 ego defenses, but there's probably more that people just haven't written about. Ego defenses or ego armor are to either consciously or subconsciously protect ourselves. However, ego defenses often keep us from living from our soul we will often avoid life with ego defenses and we'll be living life with a false mask. Another thing to consider is the inner critic and when this is exposed. Our inner critic is often referred to the way that we talk to ourselves sometimes it can be consciously or subconsciously. the most important thing is that we expose it this type of thinking and learn to change it. In this episode, I talk about how educating yourself, reading about ego defenses , and the inner critic as well as cultivating a mindfulness practice will put you on the path of being more aware and changing. However, this is not done in a quick way. This is done with consistent work overtime. Hey everyone I am back on here and today's podcast is all about another lesson from Mamacita Ayahuasca. She teaches us that our true belief system is that we are worthy, we are deserving, and we are in a place to fully accept ourselves. The most important thing that we do with these true belief systems that are revealed to us is that we integrate them into our daily lives. It is very easy that when we come out of ceremony we get back on our default network and we want to fall back into Old belief patterns. Today I use the analogy and metaphor of physiology to compare Mental Health and physical health. If we think of mental health much like physical health it will be much easier. With physical health we can see the results that are accumulated from specific habits that someone practices on a daily basis. Same goes for our mental health if we practice certain things like self-compassion self-love and we take care of ourselves we will reap the benefits tenfold. In this podcast I will go over the signs and symptoms to notice when angel numbers have messages for you. I recently discovered a particular method that really showed me how angel numbers are speaking to me. It is a combination of trusting yourself staying in tune with your intuition and paying attention to the universe's signals to you. More so it is a combination in a moment-to-moment basis where you see a number and then you get a feeling that tells you the universe is trying to tell me something. It is in that moment that you want to look up that number and see what the message is for you don't spend too much time digging through Google rather allow your intuition to guide you in the message that it has for you. It has been my experience that as long as you're in tune with your mind and body that you will get the message that you need.

"Ayahuasca is a powerful anti-depressant which treated the cause of the condition rather than the symptom. In short, most depression is caused by problems with the way the brain processes serotonin, which could be called the “mood” neurotransmitter. Prescription antidepressants work by various means to keep serotonin in the synapses longer. Ayahuasca contains DMT, which bonds to the 5-htp receptor sites, the same sites as serotonin. The DMT bonds at a higher rate, and the body adapts to this by increasing the number of 5-htp receptor sites, making better use of natural serotonin levels."
