Every time I preach this message many people are encouraged and set free. That's because God set me free when He opened my understanding of how the devil wants to stop your faith from working through disappointments and apparent failures or shattered dreams. If you have had apparent "faith failures" listen to this word!

I was blessed to preach to Compassion Connection International Church in Australia to deliver a much needed word to our brothers and sisters in Australia that have endured much in the last few years. I believe it will help anyone who has had their faith severely tried.

Session 20 of 20. This is the final session of this series is on the subject of "Blood Covenant."  What is it and how does it relate to us today as Christians? Much in every way. In the Blood Covenant we come to understand the mercy of God and His commitment to us. Jesus established the ultimate Blood Covenant in His own blood. Heb 13:20ERV  "I pray that the God of peace will give you every good thing you need so that you can do what he wants. God is the one who raised from death our Lord Jesus, the Great Shepherd of his sheep. He raised him because Jesus sacrificed his blood to begin the new agreement that never ends. I pray that God will work through Jesus Christ to do the things in us that please him. To him be glory forever. Amen."

When I was a new believer I struggled with sin consciousness. I knew God wanted to use me, but I felt so unable, unworthy, unusable. At this time, after attending a meeting, a man from Africa walked up to me and my family. He began to 'read our mail' and through the word of knowledge and prophecy he began to speak over each of our lives. When he came to me he began to tell me how God would use me. I tried to say to him how I was struggling but he would not let me finish. He simply said, "You are dead!"  Each time I tried to protest to him he would not let me get the words out of my mouth but would keep saying, "You're Dead!" And that's how that conversation ended. Through all of these years the truth of that statement has continuously unfolded to me. It is the essesence of Paul's revelation to us in Romans, Ephesians, Colossians, etc. I trust this will encourage you in your relationship with God.

Part 1

It almost seems like a contradiction:  How to see what you cannot see, and how to not look at what you do see!

Heb 11:1  Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Heb 11:7  By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Heb 11:10  For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

Heb 11:13  These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. "Not seen," "Looking for," "Seen them afar off."

Real faith sees what the natural man cannot, and looks not at what at what the natural man sees.

The apostle Paul tells Timothy to "Fight the good fight of faith" (1 Timothy 6:12).  Near the end of his life, Paul writes again to Timothy and says, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith..." This is a story of two veils mentioned in the bible and what the significance is for us as believers. In both cases they had to do with the glory of God. Something happened to both of these veils in the New Covenant. Find out what this means to you!

**Part 2

Luke 4:43  And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

Mat 12:28  But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

Luke 10:9  And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.**

What is the Kingdom of God? How do we operate in it? How does it work? This is one area that many believers today have no clue about, yet it was central to the message of Jesus and the early church. We must understand this aspect of the gospel to appropriate and activate ALL that God has for us in the New Covenant.

Most Christians are familiar with the earthly ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ while He was on earth - the Gospels. What He did during that time on earth, and through the death on the cross, and the resurrection was critical for our salvation. However, what He is doing NOW - while at the right hand of the Father - is just as critically important. He is not just sitting on the right hand of God waiting to return someday. There is a work that is being done RIGHT NOW that absolutely assures our salvation, healing and deliverance.  These messages go in the details of what that is.

"Faith" is not some spiritual exercise created for humans on the earth. Heaven operates in Faith ("Now these three remain: Faith, Hope ane Love..."). Faith is the currency of heaven, as much as money is the currency of earth. We use money on earth to obtain things - exchanging one thing of value to obtain another thing of value. When you go to a foreign country you exchange you money into the local currency. To obtain things from heaven we must use heaven's currency: Faith.

"There's just something about that Name" - Jesus. There is power in the Name - but do we know it? experience it? Do we respect that Name so it will work for us in time of need? I believe this message will give you a renewed faith in that Name and the power behind it. Jesus is the Person behind that Name.

One of the unique priviledges of a Christian is that each individual can be led by God's Spirit in life. Jesus promised the Holy Spirit would lead us, guide us and show us things to come. In this message we look at the Bible to see what God says about it, and how to begin to apply it to your life.

Before His arrest and crucifixion, Jesus told Peter: "And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:   But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren." (Luk 22:31-32) Peter began to make bold promises, but Jesus told him he would deny knowing Jesus that night. Jesus told Peter He prayed for him that his FAITH fail not - yet then told him HE would fail that very night! Then He said, "and when you are converted (turned around) strengthen your brothers." There are times in life when we experience failures. But Satan is after is your FAITH. No matter what we go through, or whether we fail or not, we must not let our foundation of faith - the 'believer' on the inside of us - fail. In this message Kirk shows you what things the devil uses to come at your very inner foundation of faith - and how to overcome!
