Today we are heading to the Czech Republic to a city named Cheb! 70 years ago. Cheb was liberated by the US Army, and to show their appreciation, the city put on "The Liberation Hockey Game" which was a face off between the local hockey team and an American hockey team. It was a blast! Not only was the hockey fun, but the food and beer was delicious and cheap!

We landed in Pisa en route to Cinque Terre, so we took the time to walk around the city for a bit. Of course, we hit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, drank some Italian wine and had some delicious pizza! We will be back one day, but we defintitely enjoyed the few hours that we had in the city.

Another island, another bike trip. This time we are headed to the northern Scottish coast for an adventure of over 500 miles. Traveling alone through steep terrain and sometimes lousy weather didn't deter this rider from staying the course and pedaling away!
