Originally trained as an architect, Tobias Gilk got involved in MRI safety (20+ years ago) when he was stunned at how little physical environment MRI safety standards there were (there are only slightly more, today). That interest wound up getting him invited to serve on the ACR's MRI Safety Committee (about 16 years ago), where he realized how much he didn't know about clinical MRI care.
Since that point he has dedicated much of his life to better understanding MRI safety (both for himself and the professional community). He is a named co-author of three of the ACR MRI Safety Committee's publications, is one of the founding board members and past chair of the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety (ABMRS), and holds that organization's MRSO and MRSE certifications. He consults with hospitals on MRI safety issues, and provides MRI safety training. Just this fall he did a 3-day seminar on MRI safety in Dubai.

Charlene starts by prepping the veggies and fruit for a delicious detoxing reboot meal. Fresh fruit, veggies, green tea and some sprouted quinoa, mixed with filtered water and avocado make up this delicious vegan shake that will help you cleanse and reset. This recipe makes enough for a full day, so you can have your breakfast for days! It's important to Detox on a regular basis as it helps balance hormones and assists the body in removing toxins that may be stored in fat cells. Adapting to a vegan lifestyle is very beneficial but removing all animal products from the diet is not always realistic when life has other demands. You can maintain a vegan lifestyle while still eating eggs and dairy products. And remember: happy plants make happy animals... only if they are treated well while they are alive!!!
