We visited some local breweries crafting fantastic lagers, Sours, Ciders and Farmhouse ales using various style hops and locally sourced ingredients. Truly farm to table in every sense of the word. The Somms have been going to the Grand Vins Bordeaux Wine Tasting at Cipriani's in NYC for about 5 years now. We've tasted good and bad vintages from the previous years, but we were excited to see if the Bordeaux whites and reds from the new vintage were up to par. We also need to get Aaron's white wine game stronger. Cheers!
