A Discussion on Friendship on Live Best Skilled podcast with my friend Mr. Inder Mohan Bathla.
Just switch them off, The lights that have been turned on. Since last night unattended; Even though the sunlight spreads, With open arms.
Just switch them off, The taps that let the water flow, All the little droplets slide down the drain. Gone to waste unnecessarily, While you just watch it flow away.
Just switch them off, The engines of your car running, As plumes of toxic smoke escape. Isn’t your destination just beyond the street? Why not just use your feet?
Just switch them off, Every gadget and electronic in your house, They must be tired once in a while too, Of letting out invisible waves of radiation, Because you don’t think it matters, it’s only a little thing.
Just switch them off, For an hour and beyond, for Earth Hour, For the future generations to live on. Switch off the unnecessary things in your life, And change the way you live.

The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to simply as the Gita, is a Hindu scripture that is considered one of the most important texts in the religion. The Gita is a part of the larger Hindu epic, the Mahabharata, and is believed to have been written between the 5th and 2nd centuries BCE.
The Gita is a dialogue between the god Krishna and the warrior Arjuna, who is facing a moral dilemma before a battle. Krishna explains the concepts of dharma, karma, and moksha, among others, and offers Arjuna guidance on how to fulfill his duties while remaining detached from the outcome of his actions.
The Gita is considered a guide to living a moral and spiritual life and has been influential in shaping Hindu philosophy and culture. It has been translated into many languages and has been studied and admired by people of different religions and cultures around the world.
Some of the key themes of the Gita include the importance of self-knowledge, the idea that all actions have consequences, and the concept of non-attachment to outcomes. The Gita also emphasizes the importance of devotion to God and the idea that all living beings are connected.
Overall, the Bhagavad Gita is a rich and complex text that continues to be studied and revered by Hindus and all others who are seeking for spiritual guidance and wisdom.

In this episode, I'll discuss with you two magic tricks to make your success only a matter of seconds! The first one is the five-second rule and the second is the ninety-second corridor rule. I welcome your comments and suggestions on this podcast to info @rhour.com
The idea of success varies from person to person and it continuously keeps on changing. In this episode, my friend Inder Mohan shares his ideas of being successful. Success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose and is relative in nature.
Gratitude is crucial for your physical health and wellbeing. It helps to maintain blood pressure, improve the immune system and facilitate more efficient sleep. It reduces depression, anxiety and takes out a person from the feeling of attempting suicide.
Having gratitude can change your life by shifting your focus from negativity to positivity. It breathes positivity into everything you do. You move from living in a state of lack, to a state of abundance in every possible way. It gives you peace of mind and inner stability. It helps you to be victorious in all aspects of life as you have already created a platform for internal success. Being happy, healthy and stable in your mind and spirit, you can achieve your goals without too many external distractions.
In this episode, my guest Puneet Sharma who is the founder of the Self-Drive adventure expedition company ‘La Himalaya’ talks about the life philosophy of cause and effect and his personal simple tactics to lead a life with absolute happiness.
In this podcast, my guest Himani has attempted to answer some of the questions like Why it is so that many people possess high life conditions always and others are in a state of worry and regrets? Why is it so that someone is joyous and prosperous while others miserable? Why is one person a genius at work while another toil all his life without accomplishing anything worthwhile? Why is one fearful and anxious and another is full of faith and confidence? What is the connection between happiness and success?
The reason only the present matters is that everything happens here. Everything you feel and sense takes place in the present. Anything you can change or create is possible in the present moment. When you concentrate on the present, you don’t worry or regret it. Worry and regrets are simply the pain caused by resistance to the things you cannot change.
Your ability to think is the greatest gift you already have! It has given the greatest gift to humans – the ability to think. With the right thoughts, humans can create their own environment, whereas animals have no choice but to adapt to their environment. Sadly, it is only a handful of people to use this greatest gift – the ability to think – to its full potential.
I don't complain about the lack of time what little I have will go far enough. This day Today will achieve what no tomorrow can.
Is there something which you’ve wanted to do for years but for various reasons you were not able to do it as yet. What I’ve realized is, today is the day to get it done.
How you do ‘your’ anything is how you do ‘your’ everything. it's true. how you handle today - is how you handle every day. How you handle this minute is how you handle every minute.
What can you do today to contribute to this world? You get what you deserve. Think it this way, instead of being a good person today you’re opting to become one tomorrow. And you’re always in a constant phase difference with tomorrow.
