In July of 2016, Fremantle boy Kai Eardley took his own life after a long battle with anxiety and depression. Kai was just 20-years-old and his suicide changed his family’s lives forever. That same year, a 17-year-old from the Perth suburb of Kalamunda was dealing with his own mental demons. Luke McPherson self-harmed and almost took his own life. These are their stories....

Hugh Bowman is the jockey for the mighty mare Winx.
