I looked up the definition of GOOD to make sure my goals of being a good person are in process OR are attainable. I needed a text book definition since most people act like being a good human is one of the hardest things on this planet to do. đŊ

I've been sitting here trying to understand. When did a group of people learning how to grow there own food and co-exist peacefully become an act of racism? Please do some Root Chakra work and try to understand why it is offensive to. Here's a hint-- that's not the real problem.. Exclusion. I'm thinking some of you are feeling left out which is an understandable HUMAN emotion-- but people trying to survive AND EDUCATE OTHERS ON DOING SO shouldn't threaten you. Let's examine ourselves... thoroughly.

WHY AM I STILL SAYING THIS LIKE 20 YEARS LATER. PRO BLACK DOES NOT MEAN ANTI WHITE. DEAR WHITE PEOPLE, MELANTED PEOPLE ARE VERY WELCOMING. VERY. SOMETIMES AT OUR OWN EXPENSE-- SO JUST BECAUSE YOU WATCH A VIDEO AND DIDN'T SEE SOMEONE THAT LOOKED LIKE YOU, WELL-- FOR STARTERS, WELCOME TO MY (and many others) WORLD and second, that doesn't mean you won't be welcome. I heard it for the first time a few months ago while watching a show and while fighting back tears while listening, I was wondering with all the music I've come across in my life, why I never heard this song. I'm grateful to have "stumbled" across this beautiful song, sung by such a beautiful artist. RIP Donna Summer.

I accidentally slipped up and named the chain...but this is my last week and they need to pay their employees better. Point blank.
For two weeks now, I haven't had processed sugar. No bread, candy etc.(only natural sugars from fruits and vegetables), caffeine, alcohol & have only stuck to a vegan diet. I think detoxing from sugar is literally wearing me out. I'm trying to be strong but the temptations are next level.
I made an album! And I am so proud of this little collection of beats I created due to the fact that i kept getting copyrighted by youtube for using other people's music. I enjoyed this process so much that it has altered my life. I'm addicted now. I hope you all enjoy listening to these pieces as much as i enjoyed creating them. Thank you and I love you.
While watching Russel Brands YouTube channel, I learned every major baby food company has toxic levels of chemicals such as ARSENIC & MERCURY in them...and about two months ago I ate about 20 jars of baby food. Yesterday my daughter didn't come home from school and after several hours of confusion on everyone's part, i decided to have a conversation with her when she FINALLY came back home. A conversation I've been fearing since she's been born. To say mental health is important is the understatement of the century. We have to listen to our children. We have to take care of ourselves and each other. I'm all about each one teaching one...so this is just a glimpse into the true beginning of our healthy journey. Thank you for listening. I love music and although it's Monday, I will be making Spotlight Sunday a thing where I single out some great songs of all genres by some innovative & fascinating artists. Something has been telling me to listen to J. Cole lately. Every song I've heard of his, I've enjoyed but have yet to listen to any of his full albums. I look forward to binge listening to all of them in the very near future. I learned of this song while listening to his interview from a couple of years ago with Angie Martinez. J.
