I wrote this after seeing the fantastic Al Start of Go Kid Music (www.gokidmusic.com/) perform her track Creepy Castle in a pub with my kids. I loved the simple, almost plodding-like rhythm and I wanted to try to create something like that of my own.
I also happened to write it while Coronavirus swept its away across the planet and strangely I think the tune kind of fits.
