He enjoys that he is able to help his community and know that home is the best place for seniors. Mathew continues to spread the word that with help from a caregiver at home continues to be the safest way for seniors that are challenged with day to day activities.
As the Caring Senior Service franchisee in Tucson Arizona, Cindy Sheller leads with passion and has built a great team serving the seniors of Tucson and surrounding area. Since her start with Caring in 2015, she's focused on managing her team and expanding her services while maintaining a high level of quality. She's hands on and makes herself available to her caregivers, staff, clients and family members.
Ian Klaes is multi-unit franchisee with locations in El Paso, Texas and Galesburg. Illinois. Ian and his wife, Lisa, started their franchise in 2005 and then both joined the Franchise headquarters team in 2006. Ian's day job is Vice President of Franchise Operations and he still owns and operates his two franchise locations. Lisa continues to be involved and this dynamic duo work toward helping seniors remain healthy, happy and home. Ian shares his experiences in managing multiple locations and provides insights into what it take to be a multi-unit operator.
