The Africa Progress Panel consists of ten distinguished individuals, from private and public sectors, who advocate for shared responsibility between African leaders and their international partners, work to ensure African issues remain prominent in global development discussions, and push for the requisite level of support and action for African development. Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations and Nobel Laureate, chairs the Panel and is closely involved in its day-to-day work.
