I have attempted file embezzlement ,credit card fraud and check fraud and identity theft with his office. You can also get records from SunTrust Bank on Padonia and York Rd. He has had the account since May of 2008. He has also sent money grams/western union wire transfers to his mother Darlene Davis in Virginia to avoid detection. You can contact Paul Wienblatt he can show you the kind of money Jake Davis should have been turning in. He had $98,000 in gross sales on 6-13-08 and another $25,000 in catered events. SunTrust Bank has some of the cancelled checks. I have a few catered events to prove my allegations.He had a strong box with over $15,000 cash. I had him remove from my home on Lochner Rd.in July of 2008.
