This is an educational podcast for Shelby Ison's college students. This podcast serves as an auditory means of learning that allows students to learn on the go. As a current PhD student, Shelby recognizes that traditional learning often requires us to sit down for extended periods of time which can negatively impact our health and wellness. Her goal is to give students an optional means of learning which can positively impact students' wellness and meet individuals unique learning needs. You walk, she'll talk.
Over the course of our semester, students submitted weekly feedback and questions and I had a lot of fun organizing these questions into themes in order to make a cohesive episode that somewhat flows together. Overall, all the questions students asked related to Lifestyle choices/behaviors related to Nutrition. So, our title for this week is “Lifestyle Nutrition”.
