Matchday 7 of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar saw Robert Lewandowski score his first World Cup goal as Poland beat Saudi Arabia 2-0 to move to the top of Group C. Also in Group C, Lionel Messi and Enzo Fernandez both scored in Argentina's 2-0 win over Mexico keep their World Cup hopes alive. In Group D, France became the first team to qualify for the round of 16 after a 2-1 win over Denmark. Kylian Mbappe scored both goals in the win. Australia also picked up an important three points in a 1-0 win against Tunisia.

The gang asked Richie what footy fans and organizations can do to take a better stand against racism, and the team praised Richie’s recent tweet which eloquently, and courageously, sought to raise awareness on this important issue.
The gang were also joined by ESPN’s Janusz Michallik who talked about his thirty years in US soccer, and how the many short lived leagues he played in finally led to the MLS we know today. Janusz gave his views on the upcoming Florida tournament and broke down the qualities that are taking Canadian starlet Alphonso Davies to the next level at Bayern Munich.
With the Bundesliga back in full swing, Luke. KJ and Stevie looked back on Der Klassiker and highlighted the revitalization of Thomas Muller as key to Bayern' success, even though it was Kimmich who picked up the man of the match performance.
Dubbed ‘roadrunner’ by Muller - the gang discussed the continued rise of Alphonso Davies, and whether or not his pace allows him to compensate for some defensive weaknesses.
TFC’s Liam Fraser was the latest player to give his views on training within the social distancing guidelines, as well as breaking down how much time he thought the squad would need to be match fit and mentally ready.
FC Cincinnati's Nick Hagglund talked the gang through a fine headed goal in TFC’s victory over Portland Timbers in 2014, while the gang carefully studied replays of a Stevie own goal from the same game - with some debate (from Stevie) about the call.

‘Zooming’ in from his parked car - sitting right outside the TFC training ground, midfielder Nick DeLeon described the surreal experience of socially distanced team work.
