In this final installation on the BBI, we discuss the constitutional amendments that are contained in the constitutional amendment bill 2020 that will be voted on should we have a referendum. On Thursday 13th May 2021 a ruling on 8 consolidated petitions against the bill was made that declared the process unconstitutional and is to be appealed.
