A Buddhist Perspective
I realize Buddhism is not the majority religion in America. Most Americans probably don’t understand a lot of Buddhist ways and what we believe. In my country of Thailand Buddhism is taught and practiced in many temples and is an important part of our culture. Buddhist beliefs are wide and various. I can only offer you my perspective on Buddhism being raised in a country that embraces the Buddhist religion.

My only way of escaping is to close my eyes and imagine that I have wings and am flying away from here. To another place. Anyplace but here!

My home country is Thailand. We have never seen snow in Thailand. That’s why I get excited about the snow. “Let it, snow!”
Let it, snow…
Let me touch the flakes of snow…
Let me touch the cold…
Let me touch the feeling of the frozen snow…
Then, let me cough with the sub-zero weather here…:)

What a dancing child taught me about writing.
Play, laugh, be joyful
Dance to the sound of the music
Fun! Fun! Fun!
Out of frame, and come back in
Open mouth, lip-sync, make eyes fun
The energy of youth — Non-stop

“The most important thing is to know yourself. You need to know your body and mind. For example, if you have some equipment but you don’t know how to use it, it’s useless. Our body is equipment and our mind is energy.
I practice meditation two times per day. It is not a waste of time. Just observe yourself. So you see that a thing happens, come in your mind, and we will react to it. The only purpose of these things that come in our lives, is to come out. It is a truth of life. Everything ends as Nothing.” — Jirayu Tantrakul -

One day at church, the priest prayed for her. A light shone through the stained glass window above. The warmth of the sunlight felt like God touching us. We were crying, tears of sadness, tears of joy, tears of hope. Hoping that a miracle might come true one day…we never know.

Ways to strengthen your mind and find inner peace.
By Anni Noke @medium.com
Can we stop the sun and the moon? Change is constantly around us everywhere. We cannot stop it. To accept it is to find peace with now. To reject this truth is to bring pain in life.
We should always look for happiness in life. It is good to be happy, to laugh, and to find joy. But if we look for happiness in things we know we will eventually lead to pain. We must look for happiness in living with the truth of how things are.

An encouraging word can lead to a positive attitude. With a positive attitude, we can try things we never thought we could do. With practice and patience, we can get better. We can do it!

Old habits die hard and new habits don’t come easy
The Practice of Meditation is the path to bringing our awareness back to ourselves. Life distractions become meaningless and lose their ability to affect our thinking. In meditation, we can find peace and calm.
Years of old habits develop like the roots of an old tree. They grow strong and deep over many years. Our habits become familiar to us and we feel comfortable with them even though they may not bring any benefit to our lives.
Our old habits that lead to negative thinking are like a river that is broad and deep. They have developed over many years and have a strong force of water to direct the path. Changing the flow of the river is not easy. We must create a new path that is broader and deeper than the original path.

Be free, be natural. Don’t be afraid of who you are.
The first thing that I learned from him is to be myself. Don’t try to impress people with fancy words or deep thinking. Kao Kao dances from his heart, not his mind. He is having fun and doesn’t care about what anyone else thinks. The song has no meaning, it’s just a fun song to dance to.

When I’m faced with writing problems or distracting thoughts, I first try to find my path to peace. I try to relax my mind and control my thoughts. A relaxed mind can relieve stress, create focus, relax your body and get you into the mood to expand creativity. So, the answer to how to move forward and write will be in your mind.

Life Lesson Learned From This Event
“There are no events that are accidents in the world, but all things happen according to cause and effect. Everything has its meaning and is important in its way. All things will occur in an appropriate way and time. Everyone played a part in saving the life of the boys. We appreciate the efforts of everyone. This is a miracle.”

Love is not certain and hate is uncertain. Good is not stable and bad is not stable. Just be of this when things happen. We will be a person that can know and understand. All things happen and are not stable. — Anjan Chah

Is marriage the destination of love? The answer is “No”, marriage is just a starting point of a couple’s life.
If a couple were like a traveler, traveling around the world, their journey would only begin when they get married.

If you can release your anger and forgive, it will be better for your body and mind. When you forgive, it doesn’t mean you lose. It shows that you love yourself, not allowing yourself to be hurt by anything or anyone. Please love yourself more and take care of your mind.
These are the lessons I have learned in my life:
I learned how to deal with problems.
I learned how to look at problems with the big in mind, exploring all options and solutions.
I learned how to make the right decision (usually).
I learned how to make a good plan for life.
I learned how to benefit from my mistakes.
I learned how to learn. Learning is endless and priceless for life.

How to overcome a mundane working life and enjoy your life again.
How many times have you asked the question “Is it Monday again already?” I’m sure you couldn’t count, I feel the same way. The First Page Of My Book, Life’s Problems
All my life I have been faced with many experiences. Experiences that have brought me problems. Experiences that have taught me lessons. Problems have come from all parts of my life. Problems from work, other people, mistakes I have made and relationships I have build. Life always has problems, causing us frustrations and tensions to be dealt with.
“I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind but now I see
Was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved…”

Medium For People
Buddha taught that we must find a Middle Way in our thinking. To create a mind that is not too happy or too sad is to avoid suffering. We must not let our feelings go to extremes or we will suffer. We must find a “Medium” way.

Journey of Life
All of us are on a journey. We are all going somewhere. The old places we have left behind are a shadow of the past and are gone. Maybe we will go to a new place we have never been to before. Will we go to a beautiful and peaceful place? Will family and relatives that passed away meet us there? We never know where we will go. Only people that die will know.
You can learn from everything that’s around you. Life teaches lessons when observing our surroundings. Take a look around you. Is there something that is trying to teach you something? Please share what you learn so I can learn too. Thank you for reading my article.
The most important thing is to know yourself. You need to know your body and mind. For example, if you have some equipment but you don’t know how to use it, it’s useless. Our body is equipment and our mind is energy.
Self-improvement
My experience with drinking black coffee has become a metaphor for my life’s journey. Life doesn’t need to always be sweet and tasty to be enjoyed. Some of the things we experience will be bitter.
Our life is similar to a journey on a sailboat. When the wind changes direction, we need to find a way to adjust the sail to go further on our journey.
These feelings are coming up in my mind now. After I watched the news about the coronavirus crisis, I felt the world’s leadership transforming the world. My tears came through my face unintentionally. I felt sympathy for my life and the life of others as we face this crisis.
My home country is Thailand. We have never seen snow in Thailand. That’s why I get excited about the snow. “Let it, snow!”
The coronavirus crisis the world faces today has changed the lives of people everywhere. The situation gets worse every day as more people get infected.
The coronavirus pandemic that the world faces today can make every country lose the way. Failure to take action will not solve the problem. Doing too much too fast can lead to mistakes. Without good planning and management, we will fail to solve the problem.
