The irrational behaviour which leads us to invest our time and resources in a failed idea is rooted in our need for consistency. We often associate consistency with credibility and resist change. It delays this painful realisation to keep up appearances.
Instructing students' what to study and how to study does not help a student to learn. They need to know WHY they need to study to remain motivated. We help them discover that "WHY".
