Give yourself time and space to settle in a cosy corner with a pen & paper (or your equivalent to capture your thoughts.) This is a short meditation ideal if you find it challenging, or really easy to focus. You may use it simply to change your mood, or as an entry to take you much deeper.
Keep it simple. Clear your mind. Move into positivity. From there raise your vibe! Welcome in light and upward movement. When you are feeling clear, grounded and focused choose your next step and act immediately. Be in flow. X
