Guy defines the word glint to cater to his own interpretations. Is it an instant in time or is it a timeline? Also, when we determine a curve can we extrapolate? Can we say with authority that when we use the world's resources, we draw corresponding conclusions. What rights do we have as an individual who possess an observational mind? Also, where's my mountain bike? Why the shortage of something that I long for right now? Is it me? No, it's the retail establishments and their relationship with vendors, and vice versa. Guy remains hopeful that the bike he wants will be where he wants it to take him.

Jerome John Garcia died on August 9, 1995 and left behind a legacy of great music and anecdotal, yet at the same time, seemingly uncannily-accurate recollection and intellectual perspective. His Grateful Dead bandmates pay homage to him this day and offer their own apt tributes. My experience with this man and his band started in 2018 and I haven't looked back. Dateline Pawtucket, Rhode Island: Tropical storm Isaiah wreaked havoc in my front yard on Hunts Avenue. Everyone is okay except for my Norway Maple. I offer up another overnight odyssey... this one set and "Darkwater" USA by a large company that combines Google, Apple and other overtake-the-world ventures. Many of my dreams are about dank, slinky elevators in supertall structures and this is no exception. My new proposed gothic tower will be a showcase at 2500 feet... with part of it submerged in dark water in the unworldly deep Providence River... dwarfing the rest of the city's skyline. A would-be friend shows me his model of my tower before construction and with me having final say - it is wrong - off balance somehow - with the elements askew but still looking somewhat like my work. We conspiratorially hide the fact that is wrong and put it back in its box... he goes back to the drawing board. When I talk to a class of flame drawers they are impressed by me but somehow I'm not getting through to them. I get mad at the girl students because they're into only commerce. I wake up but not before biting into a juicy, crunchy, long, polished, glossy fingernail.

The phrase hook works all the time - establishing a rhythm to your podcast. Make your message clear as a bell and you'll discover there is a joy in this technogical medium. Whether you're hiking in the woods or at work, find inspiration in everything you do - when it comes to sharing your information with others. As a demonstration, I used poetic form at the beginning of this segment. I attempted to illustrate the full range and dynamics and it's easy to do. The formats can include discussion, panoply, poem, banter. They all work and it's simple if you just let yourself do it. There are great podcast tools out there to create your very own world of information and dissemination in an entertaining way.

Dateline Appian Way, Rome (via road to Ostia) - Pilgrims make their way to a nearby town en route to the biannual "Bazaar Populari" when out of nowhere a major interruption occurs to the northeast... distant Mount Vesuvius spews its bilious ash of gaseous cinder with the potential to engulf the entire planet. Remember, it's only a play. We can rely on poetic license to make this mountain cascade a slinky sin upon the already decadent row that is the Appian Way. The vendors we're first to topple over all of humanity in a feeble attempt to get back south of the explosion. You've heard the rumblings about the show on previous podcasts but host Guy Masse invites you to join in the frenzy. Coming in October - not too soon enough!

The columns and obelisks of Rome are haphazardly preserved with a time-worn patina to the eternal gods. Guy Masse presents another saga - this one west of the Old West. Although Rome's many provinces offer a striking panoply, this program is set in and around the Appian Way - a major commerce route to and from the city. The slinking thoroughfare offers a dramatic backdrop and the emperor is nowhere to be found in the grimy, cruddy, disgusting tracts beyond. Never before has there been an offering that unfolds through the radio tubes and into your home like this one. Join us on Claudia's row as you eat your grapes accubatio (chaise lounge). The taster and domestic help surround you in servitude. As if that weren't enough, the debut of the insightful PsychoNalysis podcast examines the subconscious as you trudge on this planet - before you try to get a grip on your personality and your communication with others. Slated to air mid-August.

God allows decoration and simplicity. Take cathedrals and monasteries, for example. He preordained humankind into existence only a short time ago on the scale of the eternal celestial display. Unimaginable is our own power to see oneself - by looking inward, and observing that we either don't care or are overwhelmed (love itself is in the music and in the chimes). From the bank robber taking his place in line like a willing participant - to the child being punished in the corner with the surround sound cries aching with misery. Existence doesn't have to suck. Another in a series.

Back in the sixties, the ad launched with the three-martini lunch... and the client's rather large budget. The account executive and creative director hobbled back with their marching orders - to create a campaign - print, TV and direct mail. I review pre- and post- Madison Avenue communications in this rather informative podcast. The lush and lavish poster played its persuasive role as well. Billboards were economy of scale as you rode down the thoroughfare. And the stat camera took up a whole darkroom. Act now you're guaranteed an entertaining journey through one of America's biggest industries... HURRY IN!... supplies are limited.

The Native American-head test pattern serves as a prelude to the compact western dramas, comedy and variety shows during the fifties and sixties. The concise exposition of programs like "The Virginian" served as virtual bellwethers to the era. Guy Masse introduces a new, fun approach to an old genre of the sidewinding sagas. From The writer's pen to the producer's promise to the marketer's message, the glory days of television were cast upon us. It's time to relax from your long and dusty commute home from the workplace and seek shelter under the canopy of nighttime TV offerings. He parlays his film experience through short scenes from such presentations as you lounge and lip-sync the great performers before you.

Guy and our own Buckles Branigan serve up a somewhat descriptive rundown trough scenes from "The Rifleman". Our television star is left to perish in a mirage-ridden-south-of-the-border desert until our hero is saved by local Mexicali and brought into la casa for recuperation courtesy the bedside aid of la chica para residente... but not before the varmints track him down. Our in-studio guests take it all apart bit-by-bit... bringing you into the action. It's mid-century TV western drama in a neat, multi-dimensional fashion... with a little fun and spice added to the mix. So grab the popcorn from the radarrange and sit back for a romping adventure! Martin Landau guest stars.

I take my portable studio this beautiful a.m. to my brother Pierre's backyard - surrounded by hostas in this part of Warwick. The distant traffic - not overtaking the birds chirping - and a lonely dogwood - which still sleeps in the early morning glow is evident. A runner jogs with dog not in tow... he's still sleeping in his corner of the bedroom. A slender, monk-garmented Saint Francis stands by the birdbath and gazes upon the Weber grill which performed double-duty only two nights prior. I relish lounging on the chaise. I like knowing the day has yet to unfold and I can still rest one-quarter dazed in my little dreamscape I experienced the night before. Can you hear the birds? They seized their song for an instant... and the coneflower stands pert and pretty.

Gladfully the Lord is around us! We pray out loud from the hilltop. Verdant and vast. The space between words - the space between hearts and existence - the space between happiness closes with this sadness in a sentence. Is it a Harley starting in the neighbor's yard or a small bird chirping by the window in the brush? Is it in the fields... is it in the fjords? Is it the evening cup of coffee? Is it in the fruit of wandering and wondering? Is it in rhyme... is it in the stanzas or in the static afterglow? A podcast at once enigmatic but not quite epic - a Rifleman episode and cleaning out your shed - a metaphor for understanding. Praise you and praise me! Hawkish on a glorious Sunday morning with the skies azure blue. I saw a cigar stub on the gritty ground... on my way to the flea market.

From tweeters to midranges to Joan Sutherland belting out "Lucia", you'll be amazed at the results... and not much time invested either. One doesn't have to worry about crossovers, phase or ohms (well you may have to worry about ohms). My experiences with stereophonic sound reproduction is borderline layman to say the least. Today, I sojourn deeply and get into it deeper... my flimsy tent and my beckoning coffee were my only solace. There was a certain fear, pathos with no outlet. Denied by the hemlocks, where hellish blue Jays morphed into little flying bastards... and the Lost River Valley itself, and the valley floor. Hades takes a back trip with myself... or not... depending on your stamina, you will not be disappointed.

The setting... Johnson's Gem Saloon... next to the tonsilary... across the street from the doctor's office and the marshall's office. It's a story of intrigue and sidewinders. Buckles enters the bar... walks up and orders an Olde Gold, top-shelf whiskey. Women from all around Southfork fein delight when they see Buckles large clasp, encrusted with fancy filigree... sportin' lettering emblazoned with Buckles Branigan and the initials, "BB"... his horse and initials at the bottom. It's heavy and it sits right on his waist. He brandishes his peashooter, only to put it back in its holster. A shot-up barmate makes his entry with the doctor in tow and the piano player plays on from inside the ante-room. Drama unfolds and rears its ugly head when Buckles makes the pronouncement that the drinks are not on him.

The ice storm to end all ice storms... we packed our papers up that cold, icy, and wet February day. The roads were glazed with mirror ice and the paper delivery was in peril. Our usually happy and wealthy customers, in this small section of Pawtucket, we're somewhat miffed... to say the least. It's the willful abandonment of publications by the banks of the Ten Mile River. It's a poem of wickedly-cold conditions... redemption on epic scale. Be it cold, rain or snow, the papers must go through or as the saying goes.

Jerry Garcia collaborated with rock and jazz greats in his too-short span of 35 years. His passing in 1995 shook the world as we know it. With 4500 shows under his belt and associations with the likes of David Grisman, Howard Wales and the Jerry Garcia Band... not to mention the Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan... he broke new ground with original as well as covered masterpieces. We examine his profound impact on the world stage and make a feeble attempt to enter the psyche of this master.
