Flaire Lighting is a luxury brand redefining the world of portable, battery operated lighting. The story began with our founders, husband and wife team Andrew and Claire, who saw an opportunity while searching for a battery-powered lamp for their charming 1920s home, which had limited outlets. Frustrated by the lack of unique, functional options, Claire immediately began sketching ideas for a new design. Her vision was simple: add a little FLAIR to every space, while creating the most durable and high quality lamp on the market at a price point one could justify for the quality. With experience as an interior designer in the hospitality industry, Claire has a deep understanding of the need for lighting that was both beautiful and practical. Having designed lighting for luxury hotels and restaurants, she knew that her lamp had to stand out by being stylish, functional, and exceptional. Moving away from the frustrating touchpad technology found in most battery lamps, she introduced the signature acrylic knob, combining on/off and dimming functionality in one elegant, intuitive design. After months of development and refinement, they proudly launched their first style: THE ELIZA. Shop at https://flairelighting.com/

For over 13 years, Hilary Ramos built a company called The Cookie Countess into one of the most trusted and beloved brands in baking and the cookie-decorating world. Yup — it’s a thing. 😉 It’s a world where creativity, community, and craftsmanship come together.
After years of designing products that inspire joyful baking, she found herself falling in love with another kind of artistry: mahjong.
And in the same way The Cookie Countess began — as a hobby (or, some might say, an obsession) — mahjong quickly became my new creative outlet. She was captivated by the history of the game, the sense of community it builds, and the way every tile set and tablescape tells a story about its owner.
She searched for a set that felt like me — one that captured where I pictured playing the game: on our boat, surrounded by the ocean waters of Rhode Island. When sheI couldn’t find exactly what I was dreaming of, she started designing my own. First in her daydreams, and then in reality.
The Newport Tile Set was where it all began. It celebrates everything she loves about summers on the East Coast — nautical stripes, lobsters, lighthouses, and hydrangeas, to name just a few icons of that world. From there while searching for the perfect mahjong bag she created Crown & Coastal, a handbag line.
The Royal Mahjong Society and Crown & Coastal were born from that same passion for design and detail that shaped The Cookie Countess — reimagining a classic game through modern themes, thoughtful storytelling, and beautiful craftsmanship.

Tennis is much more than a sport to this dedicated and engaged mother of four who lives in New York City. Her Friday tennis group, made up of close friends she’s known for over ten years, provided the spark and encouragement to create Up Down Sport. Week after week, they would show up with their tennis rackets in hand while juggling the day’s essentials. No one could find a bag they loved that could house their racket and all of the other things their active lives required. With an eye for design and detail, coupled with her ever-present desire to solve, Ashley set out to create something versatile— and beautiful— for her friends.
Like all things in Ashley’s life, Up Down Sport is anchored in her strong connection to family. The name itself, as well as the designs in her collection, are all inspired by the people she loves. When driving and listening to music with her daughter, singing a line from their favorite country song, Lily instantly lit up. Most tennis matches begin with a spin of the racket, choosing up or down to decide who will serve first. Up Down—that’s it! The name had meaning and the brand was born.

My name is Austin Gleason, but most people know me as AG (that’s a story for another time). I’m the owner and designer of Tipsy Threads, a brand born from creativity, change, and a leap of faith.
I graduated from The University of Alabama in 2020, and like many graduates at the time, my path was anything but traditional. I went from waiting tables in Tuscaloosa to selling clothing in Athens, Georgia from August 2020 to May 2022. Eventually, I moved to Fairhope, Alabama to help open that company’s fourth store—where I unexpectedly fell in love with fashion and the creative process behind it.
While I loved the industry, I reached a point where I wasn’t happy with my life or where I was headed. Everything changed after buying a hat in Turks & Caicos and realizing Icould make something better—something more me. That spark turned into Tipsy Threads.
I moved back home to my parents’ second house on Lake Martin, sewing hats on the couch and selling just a few at a time. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a brand, and that passion project has grown into what Tipsy Threads is today.
I’m excited to keep sharing this journey and creating pieces that are fun, thoughtful, and made with intention.

Lindsay is a wife and mother to four children. Several years ago when she reached her late thirties, she noticed her skin began to speak a different language. After attributing much of this to a combination of hormones and a loss of elasticity after multiple pregnancies, Lindsay spent years testing new products and tools to bring the most efficacious results. Her passion has been research and trials to gently slow the process of skin aging. Lindsay founded Storied Beauty to help guide you through the complexities of skincare ingredients and introduce you to luxury product lines from around the world that you may not find at big-box stores. Skincare is not one size fits all, but it doesn't need to be complicated. Mignonne Gavigan launched in 2014. It was a bit spontaneous. Mignonne, "Maggie", was experimenting with a beaded couture vintage gown and an embellished piece of fabric fell to the floor. She picked it up and fastened it around her neck because she thought it was a cool scarf vibe. On her walk home through Soho a handful of compliments and questions on where she had gotten her necklace came about and the first Mignonne Gavigan design idea was born. She always knew she wanted to create a brand, a community and a workplace that were all built on kindness and happiness. Maggie launched Mignonne Gavigan jewelry in hopes that each piece would bring joy and happiness to the wearer. Ultimately what she’s discovered is that women develop a significant amount of confidence when wearing an MG piece. That is so important to the MG team- that we are building a community of confident and joy-filled women.

At 34, Nicolle faced a daunting diagnosis: melanoma. It was a wake-up call that revealed a gap in the market: the majority of UPF clothing was tailored for women over 55. This void ignited the spark for Ivy Coast. But while skin cancer played a significant role in shaping Ivy Coast's identity, it wasn't the sole inspiration behind her venture into women-owned fashion. Nicolle’s journey began long before, at 17, when she set out for New York City to pursue fashion at the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising. The world of fashion and design felt like home, and her ambitions for entrepreneurship burned brightly. Yet, her grandmother's untold story added depth to her aspirations. She, too, had a passion for fashion, earning a full scholarship to the Fashion Institute of Technology. However, societal norms stifled her dreams. In an era where women were pigeonholed into domestic roles, pursuing art and design was deemed impractical and her father demanded her study at secretarial school. Nicolle firmly believes in the power of women to excel in all facets of life. We can be nurturing mothers, devoted wives, and leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Yet, she also recognizes the importance of self-care and pursuing one's passions. It's in these pursuits that we find fulfillment and become better versions of ourselves. Welcome to Ivy Coast, where fashion, wellness, and modern feminism converge—a sanctuary where women can embrace their multifaceted identities with style and grace.

It all began with a group of friends who shared a love for mahjong. Gathering around the table, they found not just entertainment, but a bond that grew stronger with each game. Inspired by their shared experiences, they embarked on a journey to infuse their passion for mahjong with their creative energy. What started as friendly games evolved into a shared vision: to create mahjong tiles that reflect the vibrancy and camaraderie of their club gatherings. Drawing from their diverse backgrounds, they set out to craft tiles that were not only functional but also infused with personality. They wanted each tile to tell a story, to spark joy, and to capture the essence of the clubs they frequented. Every tile is a labor of love. From the initial sketches to the final product, they pour their hearts into every detail, ensuring that each tile is as unique and captivating as the friendships that inspired them.

Jessica Riester and Eve Donovan are jae. They started jae in 2020 after reminiscing about their childhood Bermuda bags. Between their nostalgia for those beloved handbags and a shared passion for textiles, they set out to create a modern-day version of the Bermuda bag. Less than a year later they launched the jae Bag – made from finer materials and with greater utility in mind than the Bermuda bags of our youth. jae Bag handles are larger, crafted from solid wood and natural brass hardware, and feature slipcovers made with high-quality fabrics used in interior design. They have since added colored lacquer and acrylic handles that get “dressed” in the wide variety of slipcovers we offer. Design showrooms, estate sales and vintage markets are continual sources of textiles and inspiration for our handbags. Their aim is to be a go-to source for unique, artful, high-quality and well-crafted accessories that make a statement. Their handles and slipcovers are crafted in small batches by talented artisans in Southern California. Small batch production ensures that their designs are made with attention to detail, stay unique and fresh, and are worthy of becoming an investment piece that is versatile and lasting – perhaps future fashion heirlooms that will become prized vintage pieces someday!

The idea of Love Up was planted in her mom’s heart years ago as she desired to have a family business where Stiles could play an active role. Stiles started the brand design by drawing a heart with an up arrow on a piece of paper to look like the heart had 47 stitches to symbolize her 47 chromosomes. Today the brand consists of sweatshirts, tee shirts, socks and more. Learn more and shop at https://shoploveupwithstiles.com/
